I recently spoke to Rachel LePine, Customer Experience Specialist.
It was concerning an old that I never picked up or received. She immediately took care of the replacement and just a few minutes ago I received an acknowledgement for the order.

In my professional life, I hire people for my company. Rachel is exactly the kind of person whom I would love working for my company! Her customer service is well beyond the scope of personnel you find today in customer service.
