I had my Imac repaired by these guys November last year. The service provided was excellent. I had my mac back and working perfectly after about a week. They recovered and replaced my hard drive and kept me informed along the way. Reasonable cost too. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for mac repairs.

Excellent service that started with a call back phone call to give me some free advice about a problem I was having with my Mac Mini. How many companies would take the trouble to do that?!
My son's iPhone 6S screen was completey destroyed and we thought it was beyond repair. One quick assessment and we were told it was OK to fix - 48 hrs later he had his iPhone back looking brand new. Fantastic service - highly recommended. Thank you
Amazing services from the first call to the end result..I was informed every step of the way so i knew exactly what was happening. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will definately use them again
Excellent service, no fuss no messing, ring them up they got the parts, fitted next day whilst I waited --- well went next door for an hour to a most excellent cafe. Take home point all done in an hour and a pleasent experience all round.
What can I say MacAssist is tops! A speedy service, the prices I don t know how the do it. Great communications always answer your questions quickly. There is only one place to go, and that s MacAssist.
Wonderful service, wonderful people, very communicative. They couldn't find the intermittent fault preventing the iMac starting. I think that it may have been a dodgy connection to the main board, of which there are many. However, I opted for the ultrasonic deep clean and replacement of the heat conducting paste behind the processors, very worthwhile because it was overheating (does yours get very hot at the top?). There are many cases where overheating has been disastrous (including hard drive failure), so I would highly recommend this. In my case I wasn't worried about the fault being a major failure because I take backups and keep that drive hidden in the shed where it won't be stolen should nefarious turdy miscreants burgle the computer. THANK YOU MUCHLY MACASSIST. Charles (yes it's different to my Google name).
1) I asked for a quote for the repair of my son's laptop 2) I receive an email stating the laptop has been fixed 3) I call concerned that I haven't had a quote and I didn't agree a repair price 4) I am informed that it was a very simple to repair. In fact it was fixed as the issue was being diagnosed.
7) I query this doubling of the cost of the service but I am not told that is the cost but the laptop can but put back to it's broken condition. 8) I collect the laptop after 10 minutes of confusion amongst the staff and pay for the repair in full. I ask never to be contacted again and taken off any marketing database. 9) I am told that I will receive an invoice via email 10) No email is received, I phone requesting an invoice email. 11) Email then received. 12) I then receive a further email outlining costs etc... 13) I then receive a marketing email asking for customer testimonials
Sent with kernel panic which was resolved but returned with trackpad issue. Replaced parts that were not (trackpad)required and appear to be faulty. Would not let me speak to engineer and claimed the machine was fine. Pay more for face to face repair where you can demonstrate the problem, lesson learned
I had a MacBook Pro 17" with intermittent colour loss issues to the screen and additionally a faulty Optical drive. It was booked in, collected and repaired and returned without issues...a great service.
Sadly on return the machine presented a secondary issue which we now we believe was a consequence of transport and would not boot up.There was no hesitation or any hint of "wrigglling" from MacAssist about this being a different or potentially new issue. Because of the complexity of the potential problem and repair Mac Assist even offered to refund me the complete repair cost if they could fix the problem. The computer was recovered , investigated, fixed and returned at no additional cost.
Mac Assist provided a truly Gold Standard service taking ownership of the problem{s) and went above and beyond to provide a level of customer support and service rare these days.
Imagine it... wait, you probably are experiencing it that's why you're reading this, my beloved 2009 27" iMac suffers the infamous GPU failure. I am heart broken and staring down the barrel of buying a new machine, going to cost in excess More
After my brother had his Mac updated with Fixmybrokenmac.co.uk ( SSD upgrade) and was over the moon with the results I decided to have mine upgraded! I phoned from Germany the week before to ask about possibilities and was told to ring a couple of days before I wanted to bring it in. Did this and delivered it to the company in the Custard Factory, Birmingham and went to do some shopping in the near by Bullring and Central Station. Returned 5 hours later to be told that I just happened to have one of the Macs that contained VERY expensive and non standard original parts! This had meant that the part required for the update hadn't been available at the time I had delivered it to be updated. None the less, Jess and Will located the required part and still managed to update my Macbook Pro before closing time. They really pulled out all the stops! I didn't have to pay extra for the upgrade ( even though I have since learned from experts, here in Germany, that the upgrade using the parts required for my Mac would have meant that Mac Assist didn't earn much at all on my upgrade). I would definitely recommend them!!!!! THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Thank you Jess and Will. THIS EXCELLENT SERVICE ALSO TOOK PLACE DURING THEIR MOVE FROM ONE SIDE OF THE STREET TO THE OTHER! AS THOUGH THEY DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH TO DO!!!!!!
Took a while for turn around - probably 3 weeks in total, but the machine is working well now and at a lower cost than apple would have charged! Equally they applied consideration because I'm a student, so can't fault them on that front
My beloved MacBook Air died. Wouldn't come on, no chimes, nothing. Phone call to Will and he diagnosed one of two things. Put it in the post that day and the next day I was emailed to say it was all done and fixed. I had had a quote More
Great reliable service with good communication. The video helped greatly and inspired confidence in choosing this company vs any other. My computer crashed after an El Capitan update. Got a new SSD card and have not lost any files or photos (last few of my mother before she passed away) despite not having any backup. Computer runs much faster. Thanks!
Imcompetent staff. and undervalued estimates. Be cautious of the great reviews this place has. (Most of which interestingly enough only have reviews for either this business or its sister company) i had a terrible experiemce with the rude unhelpful receptionist and laptop was then held ransom unless i paid a 30 pound fee which was never mentioned beforehand. Many nightmare stories about repairs consistantly failing if you search hard enough (if only i had done this beforehand) save your wallets and AVOID!!!
Edit to cover some of the owners points.
3. I was happy to sell my machine but after emailing my bank details through no payment was being made. After ringing i was rudely told by Jon that i was told the payment would be as soon as possible and as i hadn't been paid yet it obviously wasn't possible - Thanks for the update Sherlock. 2 minutes later i received an email from the "owner" (boy what a coincidence) informing me that he has had a stroke and therefore was unable to pay me for at least a few days (but hilariously enough he has all the time in the world to reply to the reviews on here) funny eh?
4. My comments about the parts was actually from the customer before me collecting his mobile phone stating that his screen didn't feel right after repair and that it felt a lot "more pushed in and different" then before and then Jon (always good old Jon) said that they had been having some issues with their supplier.
5. In summary i didn't review this based on a 3 hour diagnosis - Which didn't come through until the next day , i did it based on my poor experience with the rude receptionist that did quote me incorrectly despite this owners obvious attempt at damage control.
Mine was a complex problem that apple technical service could provide a solution to. Mac Assist provided a helpful and pleasant experience and resolved the problem within a day. I would recommend the service to others.
Brilliant work! Had a dying [but high-spec] 2009 iMac. As a writer and educational consultant, my computer is my living and the hard drive - though regularly backed-up - contains so much of what i do. Will and the team held my hand, and guided me through the process of installing SDD hard drive upgrade, explaining options and costs at every stage. Despite the fact that a drastic fail on installation meant the cloning had to be abandoned, they sorted out a caddy for my old drive and installed a top of the range SDD to compensate for the problems and delay. Phone support in accessing and re-installing old data was brilliant and my machine is now up and running as good as ever. Can't recommend these guys enough!
Really friendly and knowledgeable team, would highly recommend anyone looking to have their apple products repaired look to use these guys. They provide quality repairs at very decent prices and with quick turnaround.
Last Friday evening my much loved macbook air failed me. Black screen, apple logo but no startup and after several attempts to get it going I was sure it had died. What could I do?
Answer call macassist at 9am saturday. by 9.15 it was working and I never even left home. I was talked through exactly what to do and it worked like a charm. I cannot say how blessed I was by Will who really did save my bacon.
If you ever need help with your Mac, don't mess around elsewhere. Go straight to these guys. Top service. Thanks.
Macbook Pro 17" became almost unusable, originally booked in with Apple genius bar however was fortunate to come across Mac Assist after searching the net. Cancelled my genius bar appointment, best decision made as Mac Assist will truly spend the time and effort to fix your mac in my view better then apple would have considering the age of my mac. Took the time to fix my logic board as well as upgraded my hard drive to a ssd, mac is now running like new. The aftercare from Mac Assist is great also, they are always on hand to take your call and any issues they will sort it. Would definitely recommend.
I was hopeless to have my macbook fixed, I was in many places before but without any result. By chance I came across Mac Assist office, and in half hour they fixed perfectly my problems,! , great staff and service, thanks.
Very help full , And an unknown dealing which you always feel aprehensive at first of which turned out to be a very pleasant experience ,a little more that i first thought but wouldn't hesitate to repeat the service if a problem in future arises .
When my laptop broke a few weeks ago (Macbook air 2013), I was devastated- everything is on there and without it I couldn't work. I came to the shop quite teary, and fearing the worst. Luckily for me the staff were great- reassured me that worst case scenario I could retrieve my files, and said they could make a diagnosis in 3 days time. 3 days later I received the news that my laptop was fixed and ready to be picked up. It is good as new! I was really impressed with the speed, professionalism and kindness shown by the team, and really grateful for their help. If I were to have any problems again, I would be straight back there and also recommend it to my friends. So thanks again!!
Our mac had died and needed a new hard drive and system install - the team did it really quickly and now it works great again! I will go back with any of my mac future issues and definitely recommend them!
Couldn't ask for a better service, really. Macassist advised me on how to get Apple to repair my Macbook for free. This was after Apple had already decided I would need to pay for the repair. Macassist could just as easily have done the repair and charged me for the work, after all this is the reason I sent my machine to them to begin with! The entire process was more than worth the small diagnostic fee and the advice was stellar.
Where to begin with this abysmal company? I received a quote for the removal of a headphone jack which had snapped off inside a mac mini, pleased with the quote the mac was sent off to be repaired, a week later the mac was returned "fixed" I tried to plug some headphones in and to my surprise they wouldn't go in, I contacted mac assist and they said to send it back and the would take another look.
On a second inspection they said they was part of the headphone jack still in the socket and upon removal of that they diagnosed a second problem, when questioned as to why they didn't test the socket the first time they had it they responded "we didn't have time to test it" maybe if they weren't so eager to send it back then they could of diagnosed the full extent of the problem rather than doing a partial fix. I expressed my disappointment in the service so far but that fell on death ears, Mac Assist felt they hadn't done anything wrong.
Not happy to give them anymore of my money I requested they send it back to me, what should of been a simple request turned into 5 months of waiting multiple emails back and forth and constant promises that it was on its way. Finally I get my mac mini back I go to turn it on and it won't boot, Brilliant just what I want, a quick YouTube search and I'm to resolve the problem, some clever engineer forgot to attach the hard drive to the motherboard, I also noticed that two of the connectors on the airport card were no longer attached in the way in which they should.
A complete shambles of a company I would avoid them at all costs.
In response to your reply. I agree the communications were poor, very poor. But that wasn't because I didn't contact you it was because every time I did it was like talking to a black hole. I didn't record every phone call but there were about half a dozen times I explained the story and was promised a call back which didn't happen. Two weeks later I would phone again and it was like the call previous had never happened. Yes the cause of the issue was student vandalism but the cause of frustration was lack of co-ordinated communications and low standard testing. To balance how fair I am being they did a great job on my MacBook pro earlier this year which I seem to remember doing a good review on. This repair was very poorly dealt with.
An old G5 iMac failed completely. Made an appointment by email and took the computer to their work shop in Gibb Street. It maybe took a bit longer because they were moving from their old premises but two weeks later the computer was ready for collection. They had repaired the faulty PSU and I think they tuned up the system because the G5 is operating much faster now and boots up from switch on in about 30 seconds. Excellent service and highly recommended.
I had a slight problem with my Macbook Pro. After a diagnosis I needed a fan replacing. This was fixed within a couple of days without any fuss at a reasonable price. Will at Mac Assist clearly has deep knowledge of Apple Mac's with a really friendly approach and it felt no different to visiting a technician at an Apple Store. I'd highly recommend Mac Assist as a local alternative to a Genius Bar appointment. I'd have no hesitation using them again - great job!
I used MacAssist recently due to a stratified light effect on my Mac screen. Whilst the effect was somewhat colourful the overall usefulness was limited. They were fantastic, sent me a box, I got it packed away with the instructions and had it back in my study in no time. All repaired and working once again. I was extremely pleased with the service. Well done Mac Assist.
My five year old MacBook had developed a screen fault and I took it to MacAssist as it was out of warranty. After investigating the problem they told me that it would probably be repaired by Apple at no cost because it was a defect Apple had extended the warranty to cover. I only paid the small investigation fee and MacAssist were right, Apple subsequently repaired it free. Now they could have repaired it and charged me for that work and I would have been none the wiser. That they didn't means I have trust in what this company says.
Called about a repair for my MacBook Pro and was able to drop it off the same day. Problems were diagnosed after just a few hours. I was kept up to date throughout regarding the repairs and costs. After a few days I have a fully functioning machine. Very happy with the service I received and excellent value for money. Would recommend without hesitation.
As a student, I use my macbook for everything. I'm currently writing my university dissertation so to say I was gutted when my macbook LCD was damaged is somewhat of an understatement. I spent hours looking for the best place to get it replaced and was worried I wouldn't be happy unless I went through Apple. Well I am pleased to say that my macbook has been repaired and returned in an outstanding condition. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. The price is extremely reasonable, the service is fantastic and the end result is exactly what I asked for.
My MacBook Pro has been repaired and updated and now works faster than ever. MacAssist kept my laptop longer than expected but they did a first class job, and when speaking to the engineers all seemed to have an excellent knowledge of Mac hardware and software. Upon receipt of my repaired Mac I found it had been returned without the power cable and after a phone call I was promised that the power cable would be sent or another purchased. The following day a brand new apple power cable and plug arrived. I would readily use this company again and would recommend them to others.
A life saver!!! These guys are brilliant. My Mac was in a bad way and on the other side of the world in New Zealand. Will sorted it out so quickly and it's been perfect every since.
A Nigerian Prince wanting $1,000 dollars to transfer his millions to another bank account and offering you a 10% cut is more legit than the practices of this company.
Mac assist fixed my iPhone 5s when I thought it was going to end up dead! Had minor hiccups but considering I was desperate it was a very good job. I ended up getting a new phone anyway but the assistance and service has been fantastic, not to mention the pricing. Would recommend to everyone with APPLE products, 100%
Just the best tekkie service I've ever had! MacAssist picked up my iMac on Monday just 3 hours after I called and returned it fixed on Friday - new hard drive and OS. I even got a photo on Wednesday to show how it was getting on. Low cost, high quality service. Thanks!!
We had been having ongoing problems networking on our mac server with documents locking and corrupting. We are a small team but rely heavily on a few key documents that we can all access and edit, so it was causing endless frustration.
Will came in and has sorted the problem. It was a big relief to find someone who has so much knowledge and experience with mac servers. Will is great to work with and explained the problems and solutions clearly. I would definitely recommend.
My iMac died when I switched back on after being away on holiday. Using the various online help sites it seemed that the hard drive had failed, I tried to find someone to repair it....... Eventually got hold of MacAssist and spoke to Will. The online booking process was straight forward and a transport box was sent out to me, the iMac was despatched via a local drop off point. Will had a new disc ready and the repair carried out within a few hours. It was sent back the next day and is working perfectly. Throughout the whole process Will was reassuring, calm and efficient. The repair was priced competitively and the computer is now working well with an upgraded hard drive. Most highly recommended.
One word to describe, is AWESOME! Found that my MacBook Air had been damned to the vintage pile according to Apple, therefore making it obsolete and a reason for them to refuse to work on it (it had sticky keys!). These guys are more than capable and provide such a fast, reliable service for a fraction of the price that Apple would charge. (I had my Mac back within a week, and that was whilst waiting for parts!). What I really appreciated was the commitment to me as a customer. Their communication with me was second to non always keeping me in the loop and seeking permission before any work was done. @MacAssist you have made a loyal customer here! Thank you for such a great service and for restoring my Mac.
What fantastic service. Gave a complete evaluation of all my machine requirements with detailed costings. Could not have been more helpful on the phone and completed the work faster than promised and to a very high standard. I know where I will be coming for my Mac support in the future!! Every time!
They did what Apple wasn't prepared to do. I deeply resent Apple's built-in obsolescence model as it is environmentally and ethically wrong. That said, it allows entrepreneurial fixers like MacAssist to prove their worth. The team communicated well throughout and delivered us a fully working iMac a few days later - much appreciated!
Up until recently I was a devotee of the Apple computer. Then a lightening strike necessitated that I ditch my old friend for a new model. That is where, I suspect, my troubles began, trying to retrieve the data from my time capsule for my new machine. The problems that I encountered were far too numerous to itemise. My machine has steadfastly refused to work properly despite the attentions of two 2 hour phone calls to Apple Care in Portugal, two 2 hour remote access sessions to Apple care in Ireland and two in-patient admissions at Apple stores. An awful amount of time and inconvenience expended for no tangible results!
In desperation rather than hope I contacted MacAssist, having come across their address on my Pad, being at that time my only access to the internet. I took my machine, together with the time capsule to his apartment and was told that the way to resolve my issues was to go back to the basic configuration and then start to retrieve the data from a time prior to the lightening episode.
My machine was kept as an inpatient for a couple of days and was returned to me in pristine health. My love affaire with my Apple Mac OS X has been rekindled.
Will has installed on my Machine a remote access ability so that in the eventuality of me requiring any further assistance he can give it to me without the necessity of physically visiting him. This is a great comfort, knowing that help is on hand.
Repair took 1 week longer than promised, bad communication with constantly being told they would call back with update but never did.
When I finally picked up my laptop, it had been downgraded from i7 8gb to i5 4gb and they didn't know why!
AVOID!
Ironically, the repair had been incorrectly diagnosed and a repair from Apple was both faster and cheaper so defiantly try the shop in New Street before bothering with a backstreet shop.
Promt, reliable and friendly service. Macbook Pro had glass of water spilt and subsequently died. Will brought it back to life and replaced some damaged parts. Now have a fully functioning machine again. Would definitely recommend.
Amazing service. Sent 2011 MBP away for a gpu repair because it was absolutely NOT working, comes back just a week or so later - I could even go so far as to say good as new! Highly recommend these people.
My imac logic board suffered a failure and an Apple replacement board was v v expensive. MacAssist were one of the few companies who were able to repair it instead and did an awesome job with excellent customer service which cannot be beaten (quick replies and great explanations). Computer is still running 3 years later after the repair! Sorry I did not leave a review earlier
After the initial consultation, the whole repair service was extremely efficient and handled seamlessly. After visiting the official retailer previously I was amazed at the price that I was quoted for the same job, and the service was quicker. On top of repairing the Macbook I was assisted with advice and a company recommendation for data recovery of the damaged hard drive. I think this exemplifies the extra mile that the company go to ensuring that your needs are met or exceeded. I would have no hesitation in recommending the service to friends and family.
Lovely repair shop, bespoke interior and respectful staff. Quite busy at times so delays are possible but technicians are happy to help, professional, clear and efficient!
I wouldn t use the shop again but provided 2* on the basis that other people may get a better service (? Purely speculative) 1. Took some effort to get my MacBook charger back after the member of staff failed to record it as being left with the store; 2. Condensing attitude (the type you used to get in Bike / Guitar shops); 3. Invoice provided was far removed from the initial guidance provided in person/over e-mail. All in all, I went elsewhere and got the product working at a fraction of the price.
I was recently visiting my parents when my MacBook Pro suddenly died. That wasn't the only problem. I now reside in Barcelona and my return flight was in three days time. I didn't relish the thought of getting it fixed in Spain as, with the greatest respect, our Customer Service is a general notch up from theirs. I went to the Apple Genius Bar who told me that it would be a minimum 7-10 day wait for official diagnosis. That's without any repair. They weren't interested in any sob story.
In desperation, I searched online for an alternative solution and found Mac Assist. I took it to Will and his team quickly diagnosed the problem: It needed a new motherboard, hard drive and battery. Will managed to order the parts and get it fixed as good as new within 48 hours.
I 100% wholeheartedly recommend this company. From now on there will be no visits to the Genius Bar from me. Mac Assist will be my first port of call. Thanks Will, and to your team.
I found the company online and chose it because the reviews were good and after watching Wills video believed that they were genuine. My MacBook Pro was virtually unusable having been virtually destroyed by my teenage daughter. Apple had suggested I buy a new one which wasn't an option for me. From first speaking to Will he accurately diagnosed the problems and sent an estimate to repair the laptop. I received regular updates once the work began and my laptop returned to me last week. It is now in perfect working order and in fact looks like a new laptop. I'd highly recommend them. My only gripe was that upon receipt of my laptop, work didn't begin for a few weeks due to a backlog of work, however, as it was unusable for several months and I don't need it for work I was able to wait. That being said I would definitely use them again!
Fantastic service! I contacted them about a broken MacBook Pro and arranged collection. Within 3 days, I had a diagnosis and firm quote and the Mac was back in a week. A SSD upgrade has also made a huge difference to speed. I then sent my ageing iMac for similar treatment because of speed problems and it is now back and working like a brand new computer. Communication, courier service and all-round efficiency make this a great company to deal with. Highly recommended.
Had a "Walk in" upgrade on my 21" iMac. Staff helpful and pleasant. Took 3.5hrs, bit longer than anticipated, but main thing is that it got done. Cost was as quoted so all good and im very happy. My Mac is working great now so i would highly recommend them.
It was a quick and reasonable cost of repair. I'm a very busy single parent and the service was completely pain free. I would definitely recommend and put any other business with them again. Hats off to you guys.
I stupidly smashed my computer screen in a drunken attempt to get into bed. The service here was excellent, it was really convenient to drop my laptop back a week before pay day and received it back as good as new, just a week later. 100% would recommend.
Went here to repair my cracked screen on iPhone 7. First time I came, my home button is still working properly and the cracked is at the right top of the iPhone. Waited 45mins for my iphone to be repaired, had to pay extra 10 quid for fast service. After waiting for 45 mins, they give me back my iphone 7, that time I didnt realise that the home button didnt work, what I realised is that the color of my screen was different from before when using the original one, and the screen lagged a few times. I came back to ask why and to exchange it with other screen since they have 3 months warranty. They said that it was the last black screen available and I have to wait til Monday to get it fixed (it was Thursday when I came). At first they assumed that because I use assistive touch, the home button was already broken (obviously not since I use assistive touch to keep my home button from broken easily).
I came on Monday after 4 days using a lagged annoying iphone. Had to wait 30 min to change the screen, but when I came, they just said we have a problem. They said that the home button is "mechanically damaged" and I have to wait for the parts to come for another 4 days and pay another 50 quid to repair the home button. Or they said, they can put back the original screen back and I can go to apple store to repair there and we'll refund your money. I chose to repair it at the apple store because I dont want to wait 4 more days using an annoying iphone. When they bring me back my iphone with the original screen, I was surprised because it was so severe that it has a big hole near the home button. I said that wasnt my old screen. And what they told me was really shocking "you're going to apple to repair the screen anyway right? So it doesnt matter which screen as long as it's original?". Wow that was unexpected. What if I dont get an appointment at the apple store right away and have to live with that nasty iphone for days? Finally, they put back my old screen after I sound a bit angry. I was sure that somehow the home button was broken because it was not placed properly, but they said it was "mechanically damaged" instead and sent me away to apple store.
Luckily, I got an emergency slot at the apple store that day and I got a new screen AND a home button fixed at the same time at THE SAME PRICE if I were chosen to fix it here.
My point is, dont get your screen here because the color on your iphone wont be the same as the original one, they wont be responsible for breaking your home button if something goes wrong, and it is pointless to pay the same price as the original if you can have the original one at apple store. The only good thing about this store is that they fully refunded my money. Sorry for not giving a good review, but that what happened to me.
After my son had properly damaged the screen on his MacBook I popped in to see these guys.....very helpful and great communications throughout the process.I would definitely recommend them.
These guys were amazing, after the mishap of going elsewhere first, they took the job on no problem fixed it before they quoted it'd be finished by and its didn't break my pocket. Diamond geezers. iMac is now safely back with his little brother macbook pro.
Will at Macassit was very professional and prompt with the repair good value for money and id definitely recommend to other mac users who have a problem with their computers
Defect was identified quickly the quote for repair was followed detailing cost and required action. Repair was effected and machine runs superb. I will not be using anyone else to rep[air my ageing machine. Great Communication. Great job.
my mac was running slow for quite some time and I thought that perhaps it had been a battery problem I was almost about to take it upon myself to fix it but I took my mac down to the friendly people at Mac Assist and they assured me my battery was fine and didn't need replacing but fixed me up with a new hard drive. My laptop has been a lot faster since and it has made big difference!
I won't be going to the apple store again. I had my fusion drive replaced with an SSD and the service, advice and speed of repair from start to finish was A+. I will be recommending to friends and family alike!!
The service was efficient and accurate from the beginning and saved hours of trying to find a local techie. The cost of supplying a new keyboard for my MacBook Pro was very reasonable, and the collection and delivery service for my laptop was brilliant. There was good communication using emails and phone calls from start to finish and my laptop was returned ahead of the scheduled date. I have already recommended the service to a friend and I would use the service again. Many thanks Ann Carter
Took my iMac in to have a new SSD installed to speed up performance and it works a treat. I delivered it to the shop on a Saturday morning and it was ready for collection on the following Wednesday. Great service and my iMac is back to its best!
Will and his team got my ageing MacBook Air up and running like new again when everyone else told me it was not viable to repair. Excellent service and economical cost from these friendly experts. Highly recommended
Would highly recommend MacAssist, fitted a new hard drive for me, great communication, reasonably priced and I'm very happy with the quality of work. Many thanks.
The repair to my MacBook Pro was carried out to my total satisfaction at less than half the price quoted by Apple, and without loosing any of my data. I will definitely use the service again if needed.
