In 1984, my mother replaced all her windows and a sliding door with Harvey. This August 2018, she had an issue with the door latch on her sliding door. I contacted Harvey Building Products to see if they would be able to provide my 96 year old mother with a replacement lock considering the door is now 34 years old. The rep I spoke with was so understanding and helpful. He sent us a new handleset with the keylock free of charge! Now that's what I call 5 star customer service! THANK YOU Harvey Building Products for standing by your product 34 years later! I would highly recommend you! :)
