I had new Harvey vinyl windows (3 double rolling & 1 triple rolling) installed in my condo in October 2018. After the installation was complete, I noticed that the mechanism to hold the screens in place for the triple rolling window was unexpectedly different than the 3 double rolling windows. After a lot of communicating back and forth, a solution to fix the screen issue was proposed and then implemented. Problem solved-- I now have the exact product that I wanted thanks to the folks at Harvey!

I would like to note that ultimately the issue with the screens was likely due to the way my contractor placed the window order, but the folks at Harvey were very helpful and worked with me to understand exactly what the problem was and proposed (and implemented) a reasonable solution to fix it. They could have kicked the problem back to my contractor, but after realizing that the contractor was being less than helpful, they very kindly agreed to work with me individually to solve the problem.

Special thanks to Ryan Gero, Craig Brown, Jason (Jay), and Jeff for all of their help. Ryan, Craig, and Jason were all instrumental in determining an appropriate solution. Each of them spoke with me via telephone on numerous occasions, patiently answered all of my questions, remained calm even when I expressed frustration, and simply provided an exceptional level of customer service. Jeff (the technician who installed the solution) showed up on time, worked quickly, and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. He was very friendly and also took the time to make sure that any of my remaining questions were answered.

I won't hesitate to recommend Harvey windows to anyone in the future, not only for the quality products (we really love our new windows!) but also for the unparalleled customer service.
