We purchased a house where Harvey windows had been...

We purchased a house where Harvey windows had been installed in 1999. Improper use cause a few windows to malfunction. We contacted Harvey, and we were sent replacement parts for free, and we were sent a link to a video that showed the repair process. We especially want the thank Harvey's Kenneth LaBonville for his help.
