Had a problem with one window, called local King of Prussia, Pa., they were awsome. They listened, and referred me to warranty dept. I called them feeling like they were genuinely concerned and much to my surprise problem solved. No runaround, excuses or passing the buck. Just awsome customer service and fabulous windows. HARVEY is the benchmark for customer service and great products. Highly recommended. Thanks HARVEY Products.
