This is by far the worst dealership experience I have encountered. This dealership is very unproffesional, unorganized, and not customer focused at all. Back in February 2017 I purchased a used vehicle from their inventory, sale men during the process convince and sold me a 3rd party extended warranty which I didn t mind at the time, did the whole paper work and I was on my way. Move only 5 months forward from purchase date and the whole motor, clutch, and turbo had to be replaced and the extended warranty denied the repairs so I had to pay out of my pocket over 10k in parts and labor because the warranty that I purchased did not cover the repair. At this point I m furious and couldn t afford to pay 10k so had to take out a personal loan on top of my regular lone to fix my car. Decided to cancel my extended warranty because it was useless. Finance manager attended me and did the paper work to cancel and refund me my money spend for the extended warranty and was told it was going to take 4-6 weeks to process. 4 months went by and saw or heard nothing, unable to get ahold of none of the finance or general managers I had to drive over an hour to get things sorted out trying to get an explanation what was going on. I happen to find out no paper work was ever processed what s so ever. I was very upset and furious for the type of unprofessionalism I have experience. A different finance manager attended me and gave out millions of sorrys and told me this will never happen again and did the paper work once again, another 3-4 months went by and did not see or hear anything from them, so at this point I was fed up and processed the paper work my self to get my refund and since the paper work was never processed back in August I got way less of a refund that what I should have originally gotten which made me very upset. (Note I had to get rid of my car because another expensive major repair had to be done on the car) lost and received a just negative equity amount on my new car loan. What makes this whole story worse was that the dealership refused until August of 2018 to hand over my extended warranty refund check. This process took a whole year to be almost delt with , and still awaiting on my gap insurance check, moral of the story don t buy anything from this dealership they only want your money and dont care about their customers, this will be my first and last time I buy from this dealership
