Brian was extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish. I never felt pressured to have to buy which I appreciated. He worked hard to make sure I got a car that I could afford and would love. Brian made the process of a first time car buyer painless. Thanks!!!

Fast, customer orientated service. Great communication throughout the process of diognosing the problem. My service rep, Joe was very polite, communicative, and honest. 5/5 service, will be back again for future service!

Update:

Upgraded my car in August 2019 , and got a Certified used Ford Edge sport 2018. Car looked immaculate upon inspection and test drive. A week later noticed deep scratches on the roof of the car (driver and passenger front roof) not seen upon initial inspection probably covered up with wax. Fast forward six weeks after purchase, had a nail removed from a rear tire and the rear rotors and brake pads were used up completely and needed to be replaced. It was certified used, so much for the 172 point inspection which is supposed to include brakes and rotors. Contacted customer service, gave name and phone number, I was assured someone would contact me, this was 2 weeks ago. Still no phone call. Also called the salesman, Scott Solomon, who sold the car to us, left him a voicemail, name, car model, color, and phone number. Again no call back. Be very careful when buy any vehicle for any dealership.

I bought a used 2017 escape and after 2 days the check engine light came on. I took it to auto zone to get the codes read & 2 codes popped out. I feel misled and very disappointed. What an inconvenience to have to go in on my day off to get it checked out. This is not what I expected from this type of dealership.

Quick and friendly service. Ron was thorough and was able to schedule a recall I was unaware of. The lounge is nice and updated with coffee while you wait. Would definitely come back for another oil change.

Understand that cars sell overbite. It happens but a courtesy call if it happens is appropriate to avoid a long drive. Unacceptable and have crossed off all Bob Rohrman dealerships for any future purchases.

Worst experience I've ever had! Salesman Nader was clueless on what to do left it in the hands of the new sales manager Larry who every time he opened his mouth he was lying! I was told two different payments by two different people so I left. I was called back by Nader and told they gave me more for my trade in to meet my payment what he should have said is be extended your loan by three more months to make your payment! Nothing but lies and deceit from the salespeople and Larry should go back to Barrington if those kind of sales tactics are acceptable there. Next stop the BBB

I had a fantastic experience with my car purchase from Schaumburg Ford. From the time I initially placed my factory order through delivery and after everyone was courteous and helpful with meeting all my needs and concerns. My salesman Fred was especially great to work with. He has a great personality and made the car buying experience fun and enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with the perfect new 2016 Mustang GT sitting in my garage either.

Wouldn t take my car for service or buy another car at this place. Be smart and shop around. Never pay market adjustment bs. Sold me a GT350 for 70K and now tried to buy it from me now for 38K. (Greedy)
Not to mention got my car scratched.

Worst company ever! After full payment and delivery of the car back to the salon, I received a message in the credit karma that I passed the car without paying! MY DUE - 0!!! the staff is just awful, there s always no one in the workplace, they are rude and avoid you!!! Avoid the Bob Rohrman Auto Group, otherwise you will constantly have problems .

The service department provided top notch service.
I was disappointed with the Front of the house. When I called to make an appointment I was told safety measures were in place and enforced, apparently they were not. We are currently experiencing a Pandemic however, the Sales force members as well as Finance were not social distancing, not wearing face covering or just wearing them around their chins; shameful.

Great service. Went in with a plan and Pat T. followed through and helped me with exactly what I asked for. He had the car detailed, paperwork, and everything else set so quick and efficiently. Pat was genuine and to the point. His team was there to help make things go smoothly as well. He made sure I left with the car I wanted and took the time to show me some tips and tricks in/on the car before letting me leave the lot. This is the second time I've gotten a car from Bob Rohrman's and I'm very satisfied. Thanks again Pat and team!

My husband and I purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer mid August. In October, the truck did not start! We had it serviced and returned in 2 days. One month later, it didn't start again. At this point, we were very frustrated. Schaumburg Ford was very accommodating and we were provided with a loaner for 2 weeks. Guess what? One week later, the truck didn't start for the third time after getting it back. You can only imagine how upset we were especially since we had just parted with our reliable 2001 Expedition after having her for over 15yrs. All I can say is that they took care of us! They bought back our truck. We got another 2017 Ford Explorer and look forward to having it for many years.

Sam Shalabi: Thank you for not hesitating to meet with us and resolve the matter. We know you have to run a business and that sometimes you are limited due to Ford Corporate. You came through after a little negotiating. You have our customer loyalty.

Bought a Ford C-Max car that had a price tag of $ 8900 and when he finally saw the documents at the finance office they artificially raise the price to $ 13,000. To fool. They provide poor service and misbehave. Recommend that deal and stay far from Victor manager he is crazy.

i called 5 times about one car, every single time they are changing the story and one sales person said , they didnt have and dont have this car for sale.... When i told them that, they said "You dont have to buy car from as"..... They dont care about potential buyers!!! I always have bed experience with dealers like ford, chevy etc...

John L. was an amazing salesman for the purchase of a car for our daughter. He went above and beyond for us and we were treated so well. The car we purchased we are so happy with and the process all went so smoothly. John L. was so real and honest and truly cared about what we needed and wanted for our daughter. We would recommend Schaumburg Ford to anyone and John L. and the staff were great.

Herb my service writer kept in touch and was good. However the actual service work being done on my car the past three weeks is seriously the worst I have ever experienced with a Ford dealership. And I have delt with Wickstrom and Arlington Heights Ford over the years. My car has been there three weeks. I was told it was ready to go yesterday. I took off a half day of work. Went to Rohrman to get it and like three weeks prior the car wouldn't start after I was told it passed all tests and was test driven. No way was this car tested. I bought the car from you Mr Rohrman 10 months ago. I thought I would be treated better than this. Same happened to my daughter's car 11 months before. It too was misdiagnosed and took SIX weeks to be completed. It was also never test driven. I would like Mr. Rohrman to see my review and respond. Like the Wickstrom always did.. I hope my car will be properly repaired soon. Thank you Kathleen Snelten.

Good work performed under warranty, but terrible communication. I needed to call to check the status of my repair. I picked up my vehicle at 5:30 and then received a text and email the next morning notifying me it was ready to be picked up. I ll be trying by a different dealer for service next time.

On another visit, my vehicle was ready and I was never informed. I asked about the car and then received it, after waiting 40 minutes.

Took my car in for a recall. They did the job and also checked car over for free. My only complaint was they never called to tell me my car was done! I had to leave a message when I called them and never got a call back. I just assumed the next day that it must be ready and went to pick it up.

Excellent experience! Andrew and Paul were most helpful in helping us acquire our new Ford. It's been a couple of weeks and we are quite pleased! Their follow up both before and after our purchase has been good. This is our 2nd purchase from Schaumburg Ford and we highly recommend them.

Mark DeLordo, Service Dept. Manager did a great job for me yesterday. In 2014 I leased and later bought a 2014 Escape with lots of features. The side front door unlocking feature always frustrated me as I didn't get it to work. I talked to Mark and he said let me work on it so i gave him the keys. Fifteen minutes later he came back---problem solved and he gave me the code and at NO CHARGE. Would you believe it. He even had the car washed. WOW!! Really appreciated what he did. Thanks. Mark
