Fast, customer orientated service. Great communication throughout the process of diognosing the problem. My service rep, Joe was very polite, communicative, and honest. 5/5 service, will be back again for future service!
Update:
Upgraded my car in August 2019 , and got a Certified used Ford Edge sport 2018. Car looked immaculate upon inspection and test drive. A week later noticed deep scratches on the roof of the car (driver and passenger front roof) not seen upon initial inspection probably covered up with wax. Fast forward six weeks after purchase, had a nail removed from a rear tire and the rear rotors and brake pads were used up completely and needed to be replaced. It was certified used, so much for the 172 point inspection which is supposed to include brakes and rotors. Contacted customer service, gave name and phone number, I was assured someone would contact me, this was 2 weeks ago. Still no phone call. Also called the salesman, Scott Solomon, who sold the car to us, left him a voicemail, name, car model, color, and phone number. Again no call back. Be very careful when buy any vehicle for any dealership.
