Diagnosed and let us know that this 2015 Transit needed catalytic converter replaced and they did it UNDER WARRANTY. So relieved. They ordered the parts, called us to drop off vehicle when the part arrived. The truck was ready on the day promised with no problem. The shop is clean, the staff helpful and courteous. What else can you ask for?

I had first called a Ford dealership downtown (closer to where I live) and they couldn t book me an appointment until MARCH! Called Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford (closer to where I work) and booked an appointment right away. Everyone that took care of me was so kind and caring; they even offered shuttle service to and from my work after I dropped off my car. Service was done very efficiently and was ready for me in the afternoon. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking ford automotive service. I was very pleased with the results!
Bought an Edge in 2015. When I made the final payment I received the title. We reading the title, it had a Ford Escape on the title. It has been 2 1/2 months and still getting a run around. Also 2 years ago I brought in my other car for an oil leak. Mechanic said it was the oil plug being stripped by jiffy lube. Went to jiffy lube and the manager showed me it was the oil pan leaking. Beware if you have work done. I am unable to trust their mechanics from this

Purchased a new car her. Expierence was horrible. I was trading in two vehicles for one. Long story but I get quotes upon the first time I was there sitting and hashing out prices for 2 hours. Then before I go They say they can not come down any further until they see my other trade in. I bring in the other trade in and they start 3k higher than I left 4 days before. I eventualy purchased my car because it was the car I wanted for 0% interest and I still got a good trade in.
A week after I purchased the new car, I get harassed by a sales person asking if I was still interested in buying a car, I proceeded to tell him that I purchased a car from schaumburg ford. He asked me why I went with another dealer, and I explained once again I purchased a car from your dealership.
I recently went back to have my winter wheels & tires mounted and road forced balanced. I made an appointment, they told me it would be a half an hour on the phone. When I walked in they said ok balanced tires, I said please make sure they are road forced balanced and I got a blank stair from the man at the service desk. (I have a feeling they were not as they have a vibration) I was there over 2 hours 4 times longer than the estimate.
Then when I got home I noticed that the directional tread on the tires was going in both directions on each side of my car. one wheel going one way the other going the reverse on each side of my car. 2 tires not installed properly. I ended up taking it to another ford dealership who did not charge me to fix their mistakes. If a service department can not even put your tires on correctly I wouldn't trust them for anything more.
The repair work was done well, however waiting 3 weeks for the prepaid parts, with no follow up calls and a rude customer service over the phone, is unacceptable at a dealership. Car was held in service beyond the promised time (2 days vs. 3 hours) and the customer service made no attempts to inform me about the delay. I had to reach out multiple times to get a status on parts delivery, and then on work readiness.
As always, the team at Rohrman's was quick, knowledgeable and great. Thanks to all for the personal care given to me and my "Black Beauty" Taurus.

Worst service ever. I was told my car would be taken care of Thursday before lunch. Thry didnt finish until Friday at 4pm. I had to find all my parts. The service tech,Matt, was very polite but did nothing in helping me to find parts for my car. Friday at noon he told me that he could not get the part until 4 p.m. that day. He said the car wouldn't be fixed until Monday. I hung up the phone with him and looked online doing a Google Search and found my parts in less than 2 minutes. I found them at a Advance Auto two blocks north of your dealership. He repeatedly said he would call me back in 10 or 20 minutes and it would every time would be an hour. Each time I tried to reach him at your dealership he was always busy. In the two days out of this terrible ordeal I called your dealership over 10 times and never once reached him. He also initially texted me and said that if I needed anything to text him. I texted him five times and he never replied. Again worst service EVER!

Charged for etch that was already on the car, knew I wasn t required to purchase add on s but they continued to tell me I HAD to. After purchase they finally (after many calls) agreed to refund. Been months and many more calls later and no refund. They have continued to go round and round with me never calling me back. Its a sham! You are not required to purchase any add on s just because they already put on the vehicle. To charge someone $399 for something that cost $50 is just plain theft

I am in the market for a Ford Fiesta S. Went to this dealer because is the closest to my house and I had done deals with Bob Rohrman's Nissan thinking they will have the same level of costumer service but they are not. This ford dealer are rude and arrogant salers. They just want to have traffic in and out but they don't care if they sold a car or not. Keep calling my phone asking me to go to the dealer but no car is available for me to purchase even at a agreed price. The sales manager while barganing the price told me to keep driving my car because at my price I will never buy a car. I just walk out of there and went to another ford dealer and purchase similar vehicle with a better deals.
They will trick you into a price and when you re ready to finance they tried to charge me the full price after I mentioned how much I want to pay. Tried to talk to my sales person and manager said he will tell him to call me back and never did. don t waste your time.

I was traveling from Virginia to Wisconsin when the air conditioning failed in my Ford Explorer. I called the service department of Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford late in the day to have them look at my vehicle. They couldn't see the vehicle on that day but told me they would be able to see me at 1000 the next morning. Joe Lambert (Service Consultant) was very professional and friendly. Repairs were made and I was on my way to Wisconsin within a few hours. I highly recommend this dealorship and Joe Lambert for repairs.
The worst dealership I have ever seen. I tried buying a truck from them they took a deposit and promised that I'll have my truck in three days. Two weeks later I had to go and get my deposit back.
I figured that I can give their service department a try after I purchased a truck from elsewhere. It was even worse then my previous experience and when I asked their manager if this is what he would like to get as service for himself he suggested that if I don't like the service I don't come back... OBVIOUSLY I'll follow his recommendation.
Went in today to address a recall issue. My first time back (at what was formerly called Woodfield Ford now Bob Rorhman Ford) as a service customer in many years....over 10 years. Upon first entering I was met by Ron my service advisor. He wasn t the most cheerful at first but did explain shortly thereafter that he had a bad headache this afternoon. Ron did kindly let me know that I entered the service bay on the wrong side. It was due however to noticing someone else was blocking the side I was supposed to go into but Ron said it wasn t a problem, which I appreciated. Ron said his team would start right away and to give him about an hour, which I was happy to do. Within 30 minutes Ron called my name and told me I was all set. I sincerely thanked him and told him I hoped he would be feeling much better and then I was on my way. Overall, Ron was very courteous and took time to explain some things to me I was unaware of and I so genuinely appreciated his assistance.

I was very happy with the service received from Schaumburg Ford with my son's Ford Fiesta. We took it in because of a loud noise coming from under the hood and they discovered numerous things that needed repair. It was under warranty still so they took care of all the repairs and Chip Hanks, our service advisor, kept us informed well. Though the repairs took a bit longer than expected - we are happy they took the time to correct everything while it was there. Thank you Chip and Schaumburg Ford for doing your job properly!

We were referred to Rorhrman Ford by a friend who told us to ask for Nick Magdalin. We first dealt with Nick in July of 2016. His customer service was outstanding! He was very patient with us (we had a million questions) and we wound up leasing a 2016 Ford Fusion. After we left, Nick called to make sure everything was running smoothly. We have taken our car in a few times for service, and if we ever run into a problem, Nick always steps in to make sure we have the best experience possible, even when we were a little stressed out about a service repair we needed. We cannot compliment his attention to detail and caring nature when dealing with us enough!

How hard is it to contact the finance department? It's been a month now and after buying a car, we received no info on the loans we made. Every time I call, they say they are not available and tell me to leave a voicemail..and then they NEVER EVER call back. I'm kind of getting worried about my credit.

I recently bought a 2012 ford focus from a use car dealership found out theres 3 recalls on my car 2 for the trans and 1 for the radio i made an appointment and 10 minutes later i get a call telling me if i bring it in and theres nothing wrong ill have to pay for looking at the car now when i call to talk to a service writer or service manager they wont pick up and when they do as soon as i say recall they hang up this is my 1st ford vehicle ive ever bought ill never make that mistake again hondas and toyotas from now on.
I came to get my passenger airbags replaced after the recall. Originally they said it was going to take 3.5-4 hours to do, however they did it in 2.5. All of the employees were very courteous and showed professionalism, when communicating with customers.
I was sold a lemon Ford Fiesta from this dealership back in May of 2013. I bought the car brand new and ever since I bought it, the car was making awful chirping, grinding noises coming from the transmission whenever I accelerated. Ever since I bought the car back in 2013, I have taken the car repeatedly numerous times to the dealership explaining to them the issues I was experiencing with the transmission and I wanted it checked out because the issue is not normal. Every single time I took the car over to them to check out, I was told that there's no issue; they couldn't hear the noises I was hearing and that apparently any noises I was hearing was normal for Fiestas. Again and again I kept taking the car over to them because of the terrible noises I was hearing and I kept hearing the same response that the car was fine. Keep in mind that my car is under full warranty during this period. I finally gave up and came to the conclusion that perhaps the noises were probably normal. Finally, in June 2016 when I take the car over for an oil change and tire rotation, the mechanic comes over to me and asks me if I've been hearing any grinding, chirping noises from the car when I accelerate! I told him that I have been hearing those noises and have had those issues ever since I bought the car back in 2013 and have been taking the car to the dealership repeatedly since 2013 for them to check out and I was always told that there's no issue and the car is fine. The mechanic tells me that the alternator needs to be replaced and that the issue is definitely not normal. I said to myself, finally the issue was found and will be solved after 3 years. Finally, two weeks later I take my car over to them to get it fixed. When the car is ready, I receive a phone call from one of the servicemen and am told the car is ready, but that one of my warranty's has apparently expired back in May 2016 and that the alternator isn't covered and as a result, I will have to pay $100. First of all, I bought the car with a 5 year, 60,000 mile warranty. Second, I was told in June 2016 when I took the car for an oil change and tire rotation that the repair of the alternator was covered under my warranty, and then I'm being told after the repair that it's not. Also, what a coincidence that after 3 years since 2013 of me taking my car to the dealership complaining about the noises, grinding and chirping, they finally find the problem AFTER they say my warranty has expired. They waited until after they claim my warranty expired for them to repair the issue so that they could charge me for the repair. Total scam! I tried explaining this to the service manager and I was treated rudely and with disrespect. I told the service manager that I was not going to pay for the costs because I have been complaining about the issue since 2013 and nothing was ever done, not until after they claim my warranty expired so that I would have to pay for the costs. I refused to pay because I refuse to be scammed and lied to. I did not end up paying and as I was leaving the dealership the service manager tried to lecture me about how it's not good being rude and disrespectful. Sorry, but who was the one being lied to and scammed since May 2013? When I arrived home, I noticed several scratches on the backside driver door. Those scratches were not there before I took the car to get repaired, as I always inspect the car before dropping it off at the dealership for service. They most likely scratched it on purpose for my refusal to pay. Please avoid this dealership at all costs to avoid being lied to and scammed. This is by far the worst dealership experience I have ever had and I will never again set foot there.

Joe was helpful and friendly, and thanks for the car wash. It was needed, but your guys need to do a better job of drying. My front and rear windows weren't dried at all and neither was my roof. As a former manager of a full service car wash, you start at the top and work down to the bottom just in case there is dirt especially on the rocker panels behind the wheels. My guy did the sides first, then my side windows and mirrors.
Tom is great as a service advisor! Utilizing the text feature, Tom is quick to respond and he does so clearly. I'm definitely choosing this place for my future maintenance needs for my Mustang V6 2016!

I found a leak under my car and drove to the Schaumburg Ford dealership. They took me without an appointment. They found an antifreeze leak and got me out in a couple of hours. The total job was done for what they estimated after diagnostic.
Had an appointment to pay off my lease. 2 hours later and 2 different people, they finally took my money. Most of the time was spent waiting. For what, I have no idea since I watched them print off the documentation I signed in about 5 minutes. Substandard experience.
Prior to walking through the front doors at Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Ford, I dreaded the entire car buying process. I even brought my very informed neighbor and friend for "back up". All those negative thoughts about purchasing a car disappeared instantly when I was introduced to my salesman, Paul Van Duser. He was the most kind, knowledgeable and "non-pressure" salesperson I have ever dealt with, which totally earned not only my respect and trust, but the respect and trust of my friend and my husband. My experience at Bob Rohrman was excellent! Before I came to the Bob Rohrman dealership, I had been to several others, one in particular where I was treated vary badly. I ended up calling Bob Rohrman Ford, and I spoke with a Manager named Patrick. I explained my unpleasant experience with the other dealer, and set up a time to meet with him. When I got to Bob Rohrman, I met with Patrick and R.J., and, I must say these two gentlemen went above and beyond to assist me. I ended up coming home with the car that I have been searching for; I got a great deal, but most of all, the customer service was great. I felt like I was family. There was nothing these two gentlemen wouldn t do to assist me in getting the car of my choice. I would highly recommend Bob Rohrman to all my friends and family.

I had an issue with my coolant thermostat that was diagnosed at a nearby Firestone. I did some research and found that the part was part of a recall, so I thought. I called on a Saturday afternoon, when the service department is closed, and explained my problem to a lady at Ford. She ran my vin number and told me it WAS part of a recall along with another one she saw in the system. I was relieved and set an appointment for the upcoming Monday morning. After talking with a service guy, Tom, I was looked at as if I had 3 heads when I told him what was said to me over the phone. At that point I was told it was hoses and a new thermostat amongst other things! Grand total $1850+! I felt inhaled no other option and picked up my car 3 days later, paid, and went home. Next day, for whatever reason, my wife had to bring it back , with my 2 year old son, to have it looked at because the coolant was low. They topped it off and said they would charge me more money to do a pressure test, which should've been done in the first place! I also didn't notice on my bill where the $140 diagnostic was taken off since I went ahead with the labor. Very unprofessional! If you want to keep customers, don't RIP them off and stick to your word! More importantly fix the problem the first time! I wasn't shown any of the "broken" hardware and feel I was robbed. In order for me not to trash talk this place or bring my car here ever again, I believe I'm owed an apology and a free service. Or at the very least, my money back from the diagnostic check since I told them what it was to begin with!

I had a wonderful experience buying my new explorer. Chris Phillips was a great salesman he was super friendly and helpful. The finance team worked with me to get the payments I was looking for and a great warranty. Nick with the service department explained the different options available to protect my new truck and walk me through the process of getting a center console installed in my back seat and protecting the exterior as well as the interior. Nick also made sure everything was done before I was leaving for my road trip in my new explorer. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Go in and ask for Chris he will help you find the right Ford for you.
Do not do business with this ford. Getting my car fixed under warranty was a nightmare. I had to visit the dealer multiple times and drop off the car so they can diagnose the problem that was once done before.

For years I have taken my car to Ford in Chicago and the service has been deteriorate. There is always a 2-3 hours wait for just oil change. No one calls you back for the status of your repair. Even someone calls back they don t know what is going on and not sure when my car will be done. Getting tired of all that I found Ford in Schaumburg which is near my work. I was very impressed with the level service and feel that I am at the right location. My service advisor sounds genuine and sincere. He laid out clearly their findings and honestly recommend services that I should do to keep the longevity of car which is over 10 years old now. I feel very trustworthy in him and the location in general. I will continue to bring my car to this location instead of wasting my Saturday at the Ford in Chicago. I would recommend this location.
