I have the crappiest ford experience. Ford does not care for their customers. I want a call back from Jeff regional of Chicago ford & my credit back for my 2014 focus they sold a BRAND that has been nothing but problems since day one. 2 doors have been messed up, clutch, gas tank my car died in the middle of the road after having it "repair" someone tell me if a brand new car needs all those new parts what is that telling you about the product? That is poor quality. We purchased a new car so we wouldn't have this problems. I am so fed up with ford. Smart comments & attitude it's all I get I'm tired & sick of ford I want my money back I want something I have been going back & fowards w mechanics & ford. What is this? This company sucks selling nothing but problems
