The service department was attentive and did a good job explaining what the issues were. The only obstacle was the fact that when I had bought the car my husband and I did the extended warranty. This didn't show up when the service provider looked up our account and I had to go to the financial officer to get it straightened out. The issue was resolved, but it is one of those instances where I wish it could have been avoided.
