Went in for oil change on my Explorer and left 2 hours later in a dirty used cargo van loaner. They had two recalls to do. Didn t ask if I had time to wait. Just started and then told me to get comfortable. Then sent me home in the loaner an hour later. When I show up to pay I find they threw in another $40 in filter changes without asking. So my quick stop for $39 oil change turned into a $90 2 day pain in the... and to top it off I get home and find a $10 coupon in the mail from the dealer. Couldn t even apply that to the bill.
