Had a great experience! I live in an hour away in McHenry, but they agreed to a price over the phone and stood behind it once I got there. They didn t pressure me about extras and made the deal much smoother than any I d ever had. But this wasn t as impressive as the Explorer I purchased. (I m thinking of moving into it.).
