HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I recently purchased a beautiful Mercedes that I was very proud of. I received delivery of the car and the breaks squeak very loud! They told me they changed them before it was purchased. I took it to my local Mercedes dealer and they said they are after market parts and do not fit correctly causing a vibration and the squeaking. You can not use after market parts on Mercedes breaks. After calling Autobahn they said they only use aftermarket parts and would not order and put Mercedes break pads on nor would they reimburse me should I have them done at the dealership correctly. Now I am left with a new car that sounds like a school bus breaking and faced with a $1,000 repair to get break pads that fit adequately. They service manager was beyond rude and even said they are suppose to squeak!! I made several attempts to contact the dealerships management with no return phone call. I even tried reaching out to my original sales person who I was told was too busy to talk to me and leaving for a concert! I worked so hard for this car and am shocked by their customer service to remedy this situation. Their voicemail says at Autobahn we don t treat you like a number, well clearly they do. I would not recommend a dealer that isn t using OEM parts on high end cars. I gave them multiple opportunities to make it right and based on my experience I would not recommend them.

No pressure at all, unlike any other dealership I've ever been to. Brandon Downer Is the man to see. I purchased a 2015 BMW 328I with complete confidence. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with literally every detail. Highly recommended!

Great cars... Great prices & the absolute best salesman I've ever ran across for the first time I actually enjoyed buying my car. When I went in to look at a G37, not only was Kyle patient, he drove me to look at other infinities that he thought I might like. He was very knowledgeable & there was never any pressure. I knew there price was the best and the infinite was in great condition. For the first time I bought a car on the spot. not because of pressure, yet because there was no pressure. I mean I had a decent experience with customer service only complaint and reason for three stars is that after completing the process it has taken more than a week to get possession of the vehicle which would i would be able to wait un-anxiously if i was communicated more with I have to call 6-7 times and email multiple times just to get an idea of what s going on I am still now currently totally clueless to the point of wanting to not continue with the process.....

I did my homework before walking into the dealership hoping that there would be no "surprises"...and there weren't! I went in on a Saturday afternoon, took the car I wanted/investigated on their website for a test drive, did all the paperwork (got what I expected for my trade-in), had the car Simonized, and drove it home that day! My wife and I recently purchased an SUV from here. I detest purchasing automobiles, but the Autobahn experience was totally different. Staff and management were extremely transparent with all of the information, gave us a great deal on our trade in, as well as the new SUV-which came in below KBB value. There is no 'let me check with my manager' shenanigans. The manager will come out with your salesperson and sit with you. In particular, my wife and I worked with Bob Walker, who I would highly recommend. He was patient, fair, and not at all pushy. We felt as if we were greatly accommodated while we were there, and can't speak highly enough about the customer service, and especially about Bob.

We were looking for an Acura TLX Initially found the car on CarGurus reached out to the dealership to set up an appointment and it was available. The Car looked amazing Wesley was our sales representative he was very informative, and not pushy at all. We got a Price that i think both myself and the dealership and myself was very happy with. Paul the Finance Manager was very helpful as well, and really made us feel like we were in good hands. We will definitely be back for our next purchase!

Brake light came on. Quickly got my appointment set for the next day. Fast, friendly as I waited. Turned out to be a relatively minor and inexpensive reset and I was on my way.

Buyer beware doing business with this dealership.

I accompanied my daughter to purchase her dream car, an Audi Q5, which she purchased in August 2019. Part of the documentation we signed was proof that we saw the CARFAX report.

Soon she was having an issue with the backup camera and rear sensors. She sent emails and left voice mails to Autobahn asking for advice, but they did not respond.

Since the vehicle was still under warranty she took it to a local Audi dealership who informed her that the car had been damaged, so they could not do the repair under warranty. The estimate to repair the damage was >$2,000.

She kept the car for a few more months but then decided to trade it in for a different vehicle. While trading in the Audi, the dealership we were working with asked us if we knew that the Audi had been damaged. We did not because Autobahn told us that the CARFAX was clean. This at least explained the issues with the rear sensors and camera.

The damage to rear occurred on 4/2/19 while the vehicle was owned by Autobahn, well before we purchased the car from them. We can only assume that the clean CARFAX we were shown was printed prior to the damage (first available to CARFAX on 4/24/19).

The bottom line is that you should proceed with caution when dealing with this organization. They are not trustworthy.

Fabricio has exceeded expectations with purchasing my first vehicle. I was unsure of purchasing a BMW however he was very helpful on a personal level in finding the best fit for me and making sure I was happy with my choice. I felt very comfortable with buying my car and was very happy with my choice. I will be going to Fabricio in the future for my car purchased and recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.

Very aggressive customer service by Matt Waters. While test driving a car, just asked if they could negotiate and do 23k for a car which was priced 25k. He was immediately asking me that why am I even driving that car if I don't have enough money!! That was really harsh. And when I said I'm just checking if they could do that price as there are other dealerships where I find the deal for lesser price than Autobahn advertised, he asks me then why shouldn't I just go and buy them. I don't know what kind of training they provide for such service. All we are expecting is a little respect and a polite denial if the offer price doesn't work for you guys!

I purchased a 2013 Taurus SHO from Autobahn. Every one of the people I dealt with was courteous and professional. I bought the vehicle without ever seeing it in person or driving it. I trusted the dealers reputation and they delivered. I had the car shipped to me in Mississippi and it is flawless as advertised.
I would certainly do business with them again.

Purchased a 2016 Mini w/ Fabricio. Very pleased with the service! He is extremely knowledgeable about cars in general, and eager to share. And they take care of the plates and registration in house, so that you can drive it away once you're insured.

I went into this location to test drive a car. I worked with Cam Todd. He was great at his job and also extremely transparent. I asked him if he could get it all done by the end of the day for me. He finished before the afternoon was over. I am extremely happy with my purchase and also with the service I received. I will go back to this location for my next upgrade.

When we first started our car search, we were looking for a Mini. Dominique, who helped us through the search process, kept me informed as new inventory matching my criteria came in. During the search we changed our mind and decided to go for a small SUV (Audi Q3). Again, Dominique was patient and helped us find the perfect car at the perfect price - there was just one problem - it was missing one option that we desperately needed. This is an area where Autobahn (led by Dominique and Paul) went above and beyond in getting that option installed and having the car ready in record time so we had it home over the weekend.
Not only does Autobahn have a great collection of cars - they have some of the best prices (deals) and and an excellent customer sales experience (persistent but not pushy that truly listens to the customer). We would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car - and be back for our next vehicle.

They have a great selection of vehicles and at excellent prices. Clean, professional, and they went the extra mile in regards to a minor issue that came up surrounding our deal.

I've one minor complaint, though. They could stand to offer more transparency when the paperwork gets going. I had to ask for copies of every single paper I was signing, one at a time, and make sure that I got them a few minutes later. Just have two copies of everything coming out, as an automatic part of the deal process. Having been in the business myself that can vary from salesperson to salesperson, though.

I can honestly say, I had my best experience to date in purchasing a new car. The salesman, Matt, was great. He was very knowledgeable and more than willing to be patient when I switched from one model/trim to another. He worked with me for HOURS in crunching numbers (along with his manger;cant remeber his name) and helped me come to a number that I thought was fair. All staff I encountered there were great and did a great job in helping me get into the luxury car ive wanted for years. Will come back here again in the future for my next purchase. Before I bought the truck salesman name alex started it and I noticed a grinding noise told him about it. Took it for a test drive I noticed a uncomfortable vibration. He said if it happens again it'll be fixed free of charge. All this happened 2 weeks ago. Brought it to them yesterday told them about the problem..... nothing was fixed... all the had to say it was normal.... I'm feeling like I got ripped off smh.i recommended anyone wants a used vehicle do not go them you'll have better chances elsewhere

I have purchased many vehicles from Dealerships and this by far was the easiest and best transaction. Ed was awesome! I even got to meet the owner to discuss where the car I was purchasing came from. Not a really exciting experience. My 2005 has good battery but not cranking. After a mechanic friend examined it was known to be a faulty starter. Around 10 AM I had it tolled to Autobahn for them to help replace the starter. At around 2:30pm my car finally got some attention. Erik said he would need to run a 2-hr Diagnostics at $140 per hour to identify and confirm the issue.

I disagreed with the extra charge, as we already knew it's the starter issue prior to dropping off the car. Erik said he needs to do diagnostics regardless, but tried to be fair that he would only charge me $140. Considering I also have a license plate light not working (even after bulb replacement), and I'd like it to be examined, we agreed with a one-hour diagnostics but to include checking why license plate light does not work. We both reached consensus and I authorized this repair service.

At around 4:00pm I got a call from Erik that my car was fixed. But he forgot to check license plate light. When I asked why he did not perform what we agreed on, he said to check license plate light it would be another Diagnostic service and he needs to charge $140. I'm shocked and really unimpressed.

3 star was my best and reasonable response as the starter was indeed replaced and car is working. But this service experience was far from being a good one. Other reputable shops heard about my situation and they were surprised why a license plate light checking could not fit into existing diagnostic and need another $140. I would not go to this place and would highly recommend others take necessary caution seeking service here.

Kyle was very knowledgeable he worked well with meeting all of my needs. He was very perceptive in knowing the car that I wanted - He saw what I was looking called me right way, I was completely happy with the service and would send all my friends and family to Autobahn.

I value time and the sales department at Autobahn values that. Selected a car, took an appointment, and showed up at the dealership. The car was ready for the test drive and so were the numbers. Negotiations did not drag beyond 20 minutes. As a customer I always wish that I got a better deal, though I got a decent one on par with the market. Loan processing was a breeze (i had a pre-approval). And that is it... drove back in my new S5.

I m a out of state buyer, looked on many many many car sites to stay local since it s easier to test drive car etc. when all my options narrowed down on the vehicle at Autobahn. I gave them a call and spoke with Jack. Immediately after answering my questions jack said he d send a video of the car with pictures. Immediately right after I received it. I drove up that weekend to test drive the car and see it. As a out of state buyer they may have issues with your local bank who is financing you but nonetheless We made it happen And now I m enjoying my car.

I just purchased a Scion FRS from the lovely people over at Autobahn. They were quick with a reply once I sent in a request to look at the vehicle. I was able to go down the same day I looked at the vehicle to test drive it. I fell in love with the car and they did everything in their power to get me this car the same day, but as well as get me the best loan for the vehicle, while being very upfront with everything. As your stereotypical middle aged male looking to by a sports car, I scheduled an appointment with Autobahn for a test drive. After receiving an e-mail from Shelby at Autobahn scheduling a test drive of a BMW Z4 28i (only $32.5K) and then a confirmation with Shelby for the Saturday morning appointment, I arrived as agreed, to be told 30 minutes later that I could not test drive the car unless I was going to buy it. I know most used car operations are very trustworthy but I can't imagine anyone buying a used car without test driving first...that just does not make sense. Business must be so good for them that they can turn away a very interested and likely customer. I'll find someone else to take my money, thanks.

I moved to the US last year and got a Mustang (2000) and I wasn t smart enough to get it checked by a mechanic but went with it and spent more than twice the price I bought it for to fix it.. when I had to replace it s ABS for the second time in less than a year (and the second mechanic too) I just wanted to bid good bye to the GT and go for another car.. Corolla, Accord, Lancer were the cars in my mind.. I test drove the Subaru Brz, Impreza, Mitsubishi Lancer, Outlander (sport), Accord, Crosstour, VW, Corolla . Not gonna say anything against these cars but the sales people? They wanted me to buy what THEY wanted to SELL instead of selling me something that I wanted to BUY!!

A good friend of mine pointed at autobahn when we were driving by and said That s where you wanna go! and I did the very next day..

Again, I was only looking around, no intention to buy a car yet coz selling my Mustang for a good price was a challenge.. PAUL a very nice sales guy! He asked me all the right questions..

I asked if I could drive the Maxima.. Sure!! Was his response .. Then I asked to drive the GX37 Sure!! .. BMW 5 Sure!! .. C300? Sure!! Yes, I drove all of them and was a bit afraid he would get frustrated with me and kinda like d the c300.. Just when I was going to say I ll sleep over it and get back to you! He introduced me to the GLK 350 and was as good as new.. I was really shocked for the amount of customer supportive energy the guy had in him.. Yes, he did want to make a sale but made me get the feeling that he was ready to show me 50 more cars to make sure I get the right one.. Made up my mind even before I test drove the GLK that I was going to buy.. I called up my friend to come over and he still doesn t believe that I bought the GLK 350 the same day! (I don get convinced that easy ) He actually gave me a pretty good price for my Mustang too..

It did not end there, Usually the after sales service sucks in most of the sales.. Not here!! The insurance papers were sent to my provider, registration, inspection.. I wonder if you d get the same treatment if you bought a brand new one from the dealer! Yes, definitely a place to get a car with no second thoughts! No worrying about being cheated etc.. Purchased two cars within a year, one for my mother and one for me! Love both cars and the service has been excellent! Had an issue with my tire on my car and brought it back to be serviced, Adrian went above and beyond to fit me in the schedule and help me out with fixing the tire! We have loved it here so much we have referred to other friends, and both ended up purchasing cars here.

I needed my son roof fixed they took it in right away and took care of my problem

I went there to purchase a car I saw online. They seemed disappointed I didn't have an appointment. They found a salesman willing to help me. Quickly did a soft pull of my credit to make sure I qualified for a loan. I ended up purchasing a car 7 grand more than the one I originally went in to see. I paid for the glass coating but had to bring my car back in the next week due to the quality of the application. I don't believe they ever used the glass coat the 1st time around. Once I returned the vehicle they then did a good job and it was obvious that it was never applied the 1st time around. There was even an obvious smell associated with the application that wasn't there the 1st time around. The service men were very polite and willing to correct the situation and even replaced my battery free of charge due to it not testing well. Overall not a terrible experience but I felt they could of done better. Very nice selection of used luxury vehicles. If it wasnt for the glass coat incident I'd give them 4 stars.

Just purchased our first BMW from Autobahn USA in Westborough. During a time of social anxiety due to COVID-19 and human interaction, the staff at Autobahn made us feel welcome and comforted during the process. Cameron in particular took us through the process of purchasing the car, going above and beyond to please. I found my BMW 428ixDrive on the internet and contacted the dealer immediately. After inspecting the car, it turned out that some minor adjustments (paint issues) were necessary, Today I picked up my car - and what shall I say - the car looks as if it was brand new. Great work team! Matt was a great sales rep not only nice but very professional - responding to all my questions timely either via phone, SMS or email. They also walked the extra mile in getting me the inspection sticker.

I was about to buy the 2016 BMW 428i Gran Coupe from Autobahn. But because of the bad customer service from Matt Waters, I decided not from them. You are not allowed to test drive a car if you say your budget is a bit lesser than their advertised price of the car. You will be insulted. If you show them a better available deals in other dealerships, you are asked to just go there and buy! Also you will hear so many bad comments about the other dealerships who advertise lesser price! Autobahn, please train your employees to respect the customers and teach them how to deal if the customer offered price doesn't work for you!

Me and my mom came to get her a new car. The car is amazing but the service was not. We were satisfied until the next day when she realized that the finance guy (with the Lebanese accent for clarification) had lied to her about her interest rate between her bank which she wanted to go through originally and what the dealership could have given her. He lied to benefit himself and gain commission which is all people seem to care about nowadays. This is her second time buying a car through this dealership and I can tell you there will not be a third.

Buy a car at a gas station instead. I don't think you can call yourself a premier luxury dealer when you need make a customer sign off on the fact that there may or may not be floor mats on a 32 thousand dollar car. I bought 2014 Audi A6 Prestige and there were no mats in the car. I thought I was signing something that said there were no all-weather mats, because where could the mats have gone? The point is, if it isn't welded to the car, expect it to not be in there. They also said they would take care of a scratch on the car, but after I bought it, they said they couldn't do it. Just make sure you give yourself enough time to catch all the tricks they are playing. I have 3 young kids and didn't have that kind of time. They offered to give me weather tech mats which are probably a 3rd of what the Audi mats cost, but I had already driven back and forth to their dealership twice, and they wouldn't ship them to me, so i said no.
