I found a great vehicle on line at Autobahn and came in and test drove it with Eduardo P. Ed was very helpful with explaining all of the newer gadgets the vehicle had as I was driving an older car without the modern conveniences. I highly recommend Ed.
I love buying and driving older luxury cars. When my old 2002 RL needed to be put down, I met with Tim Klingenberger at Autobahn and told him that I wanted "a convertible for under $10K", then I started naming some pedestrian options: a Solara, a Mini Cooper, a Saab?
Tim said, "I see you in a BMW."
We agreed that Tim would see what became available. After a week I got a text message from Tim with a picture of a beautiful BMW 325ci convertible. It was a 2001 and had been babied by the previous owner: 86K on the odometer.
I found the folks at Autobahn to be completely transparent when it came to making sure that I was happy. Tim showed me the car, along with all its blemishes: a worn driver's seat, a broken speaker cover, some scratches on the bumper. Tim took me out for a test drive but, before I drove it, he pushed the car to see what it had. He pushed the brakes, transmission, and steering.
When I decided to buy the car, I did my homework on the pricing. Turns out there was no need for a negotiation, Tim's offer was exactly what the car was worth according to all my sources. The trade in offer for my Acura RL was also right on the money.
Over the next week Autobahn replaced the leather on the driver's seat, repaired the speaker cover, repainted the rear bumper, replaced the tires and brakes, upgraded sensors and detailed the car. It looked, felt, and smelled new.
In the end I got a pristine 2001 BMW 325ci for exactly the price that I wanted and I have been in love with my car ever since.
Purchased my 2014 Audi A5 here. Was very happy for 2 years but when I went to trade it in was given a CarFax that showed my car was damaged in February 2016, which is 17 months prior to my purchasing it. The CarFax Autobahn provided me at purchase had zero damage. Obviously a deliberate delay in reporting the damage to get more money from the unsuspecting consumer. I am also very disappointed that the dealership didn't bother to respond when I emailed them about this issue. I would not recommend buying a car here at all.
Beautiful car, friendly staff to deal with when you walk in the door. Totally incompetent with out-of-state purchasers and the needed paperwork for such transactions, which creates a bit of nightmare in trying to actually get the car you purchased and get it registered. If all goes well, their customer service really is is great. But god help ya if they get your paperwork wrong - they no longer care, and that great customer-service goes right out the window (managers and sales people alike will dodge your calls, but they do have a lovely gal-Friday who will take messages and fill your ears with fluff in response).
Credit where it's due though - thankfully the guy they hire to deliver cars is knowledgable and he helped get the mess Autobahn made all cleared up.
Wouldn't buy from Autobahn again. Maybe they're better with in-state sales, I dunno. Just watch it if they bunger something on paperwork, they will no longer care, nor will they return calls. Once they become dismissive to their customers, kinda makes ya wonder if you can actually trust what you're buying from there. Time will tell. I hope I don't regret the ownership of this car as much as I regret dealing with them for the buying process. ::fingers crossed::
* I would like to add that you'd think when buying a fancy-schmancy expensive car, that it'd be delivered with a full tank of gas, clean inside, and proper wiper blades. My new car came to me with a half-tank of fuel, and when I used the wipers for the first time 2 days ago, I discovered they are in need of being changed, already. Today, I sat in the passenger seat for the first time and discovered melted candy underneath it, most likely from the previous owner.

I worked with JD LaBruzzo on-line and we were able to come to a deal. They helped me with all the paperwork in advance. I arrive at the dealer and took the car for a drive. It was in mint condition. They had the car delivered to me in NY several days later. I have always had doubt about "used" car dealerships, but Autobahn appears reputable and trustworth.

Buying a car is always stressful and car dealerships are not my favorite place but the staff at Autobahn made me feel much better. I worked with John on trading in my high mileage car for a luxury vehicle and I am not disappointed. I still had to play a bit of the haggle game which is not fun but in the end we came to a great arrangement. I purchased my 2011 Mercedes Benz E-350 here at Autobahn USA, after shopping around "Larger" Dealership. I came across Autobahn USA this place looked small, but it had exactly what I was looking for. After getting greated by Luis, we went inside and we started talking about the different options the vehicle had. He very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for. After test driving the E-350 which I loved we sat Inside. (Update 2020) - I just bought my 2nd car at Autobahn from Bob Cofske. I'm thrilled and know I'll buy my next car from him at Autobahn. Do your home work and you'll see. Both my cars were priced at the low end of the fair market value. Financing is competitive with my own bank and service is great! I'm confident they are very picky when they bring in the cars they sell. My 2016 Audi A3 is like new! No sales pressure at all. They want you to come back. It was a welcomed change from my awful experience at Lexus of Watertown the week before, where I called ahead with the stock number of a car I was interested in test driving, and after waited two hours was told they could not find it!! (they eventually figured out that it had been sent out for service.) Disorganized, the price was higher, not worth going to the Lexus dealer next time I'll go straight to Autobahn.

Drove 2.5 hours to get a BMW 340i that was listed at 29.9k. When I got to the dealership I test drove it and decided to purchase this vehicle. The manager came to me and said I m sorry but I listed this as the wrong price online. It should be 32.9k. I will honor the 29.9k price if you buy it today so I started to do the paper work and start the buying process. About an hour in, he comes back and says he cannot do the price that was advertised on line and we had to do the 33k price. Needless to say I walked out and am upset that such an easy task could be messed up. (Unprofessional). My sales agent, Alex, was very good throughout the process and was very upset that the manager made a stupid mistake.
I purchased an '08 Infiniti G35x from Autobahn about a year ago, and the entire process was fantastic. Everything from the initial test drive, to negotiating trade-in value (they really helped me out here!), and even after I ended up selling the Infiniti, Stacey was there to help me cancel the extended warranty. I cannot give them a higher recommendation.
I dealt with Rick Cirino for the sales portion, and Stacey Seal for the finance portion. Both of them are true professionals, and the entire process was very consultative instead of just trying to close the sale. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a high-performance vehicle at an extremely fair price. These guys are WAY BELOW market value on these cars!

Let me begin to say I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life. My father and I went to the dealership last Friday. Gave a deposit to Ed for a BMW. Everything looked good on the CarFax and it appeared to be good enough for my Dad to give me the green light. I come back on Tuesday to pick up the car where they inform me that they learned the car had been in an accident, "we discovered there was damage to the back right side panel". This is told to me literally when writing the check. My father insists on having Herb Chambers BMW check it out to let us know if there was anything wrong with the car. Autobahn was suppose to bring the car to Herb Chambers at 12:30 to have the car inspected with me and my father there. We wait 15 minutes, call the dealership... "Alex is on his way." I call again after 25 minutes goes by, same thing is told to me. Another 10 minutes goes by and my father calls bullshit at them. They never showed up. We head over to Autobahn to get my deposit/plates back. Alex is still at Autobahn when we arrive? They inform us they sent someone else. Literally have wasted so much of me and my father's time. I should have gone with my gut. The dealership looked sketchy- and of course has sketchballs working for it. I would not trust absolutely any one of the guys that work there. Every last one of them lied and did nothing but waste a lot of time. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Had been looking for a late model euro convertible; the selection here was great (even had me considering alternatives to the drop-top) and the prices were very fair. Well I wasn't going to do this but I feel people need to know the truth about my experience. I know there are a lot of satisfied customers but it is all a bunch of smoke and mirrors. We bought the car from out of state so the dealer needed to go a little above and beyond the normal sale. When we made the deal we were told that they go through the car and do a close inspection and replace wipers check brakes and clean and detail car. So we made the deal and overnighted an check for the full amount in return they would overnight title so we could register car to drive home. Well they received check and 2 days later I call looking for title and no one knows were it is. I asked if they could remove small dent in door, they never did. Said it was in bad place and could get to it. They said they would clean crusty stuff off of carpeted floor mats. The salesmen said they tried and tried and couldn't get it off. They are all your friends until deal is done then when I called looking for title salesmen too busy to get back to me. Since I have had car for 2 weeks I have easily cleaned floor mats. My dent guy got dent out. I have replaced old wiper blades that were chattering across window and I am I the prosses of fixings busted fender well. Remind you this is a one year old car. I'm sure they will appoligize cause that's what they do best but I think they should practice what the preach.
Good deal or not? Whenever you buy a new or used car you want to get the best deal but at the end of the day, you may never know if you how well you did after your purchase was made but when I left Autobahn USA in Westborough I felt like I got a good deal on the car I purchased. I understand that every company needs to make money to stay in business, but the fact that when I left there I was satisfied with the price I was given.
The car I found online was competitively priced with other similar cars in the area and there was still some room for negotiations. When I test drove the car I purchased, there was a considerable ding on the side of the door. When we started negotiations, I made it clear that the ding needed to be fixed if I was going to purchase the car. They guaranteed me that it would be and they were exactly right. I can t notice there was ever a ding there.
The salesman I worked with was Kevin, a young kid working his way through college. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about cars. I was glad to see this company giving young kids an opportunity to sell cars. He was very through and extremely polite. I wasn t able to pickup my car at the dealership so he delivered it to my place of work.
Along with negotiating the price of the car, I was able to get a discount on 7 year warrantee for the car. Like I said before, I will never know if I got a great deal on this car, but when I left there, I felt like I did. When I started my search for a previously owned car, I didn't know Autobahn was right there on Western Avenue. I have to be honest and say I was a bit hesitant when I pulled in. It looks like an old used car lot....But put the perception aside, this dealer has a great selection of used cars in great condition, luxury level and priced extremely competitively. Their staff are very professional. Ed and Louis did not pressure me at all. Stacey, the finance manager, was great to deal with. Don't listen to anyone who says differently. He worked with me to get my financing where I wanted it to be. It was a smooth process from end to end. Don't be fooled by the lots appearance. I would say in this place, the salesmen only want to sell the car. They don t listen what you say and only want to sell. If you re not 100percent buy the car the day you get there. They don t even want you to test drive. After talking about nothing for more than 2 hours, I didn t get a chance to test drive the car that I scheduled. So, intense selling, pushing me to buy, not respectful at all. If you don t believe, go there, see what happens
Cam was absolutely wonderful! Knowledgeable, no BS, extremely nice! Pulled multiple cars for me, in the pouring rain and though I didn't purchase from him I would have if they had the model I want in manual ( extremely rare, he even searched the whole country for me!) . Will definitely be back.

Very unpleasant experience. I came in last Friday to see VW CC and I was welcomed by one their sales man. I told him what I am looking for he search his inventory brought car to front door and showed me. It turns out that is not the trim I was looking for so he went back inside with me and looked in his inventory again. Then he find out that car got sold so I asked if I can take a look a the one he already brought in and go for a test drive. His answer "I am not going to waste my time driving around if you are not buying this car". I couldn't believe what I just heard.

His honesty and chill attitude let us think through the process and we really did not feel the pressure to decide on the spot. We actually left autobahn, grabbed lunch nearby after we test drove the car, had a great discussion about the car during the lunch and decided we would go back to get the car. It literally was a painless process, Josh actually went out of his way to ensure that we were taken care of and all of our paperwork or additional questions were handled immediately! Highly recommend seeing Josh!
I want to start off with saying that my experience with this dealership was horrendous. The only reason I gave it two stars was because Nicholas Latta the salesman was fantastic. I highly recommend him as he was very knowledgeable and very eager to help. Unfortunately that s all I can say about this dealership because the rest was a horrible experience. I was a out of state buyer and I knew this process was going to be difficult but the management team at this dealership was just atrocious. Every single thing they had messed up, from the purchase order to giving me false information about their services. They had repeatedly messed up the purchase order as well as making it insanely hard to contact them. One day I had called 17 times and eventually I had to threaten to cancel the deal if I didn t get a call back. To be fair I did call back to back, but besides the point. Michael the sales manager was really unprofessional, repeatedly gave wrong information where Nicholas and Renel had to correct. Honestly, I would never buy from this dealership again. Even the General manager Barry gave a half hearted apology and didn t offer any compensation. In the end all I wanted was a apology from Michael or someone but I didn t receive that until I had talked to Barry at the end of the day. Also I am still waiting on my refund from this dealership which I don t have but according to the office manager they were err sending the check Friday morning and a week later still don t have it. Honestly everything about this dealership was poor except Nicholas. If the owner is reading this, I know you record your calls as well as copies of my email. Please check because at the end of the day, the salesman gets hurts the most from poor management.
