Buy a car at a gas station instead. I don't think you can call yourself a premier luxury dealer when you need make a customer sign off on the fact that there may or may not be floor mats on a 32 thousand dollar car. I bought 2014 Audi A6 Prestige and there were no mats in the car. I thought I was signing something that said there were no all-weather mats, because where could the mats have gone? The point is, if it isn't welded to the car, expect it to not be in there. They also said they would take care of a scratch on the car, but after I bought it, they said they couldn't do it. Just make sure you give yourself enough time to catch all the tricks they are playing. I have 3 young kids and didn't have that kind of time. They offered to give me weather tech mats which are probably a 3rd of what the Audi mats cost, but I had already driven back and forth to their dealership twice, and they wouldn't ship them to me, so i said no.
