I just want to say that this hotel by all levels is one of the most incredible places I ve been in, super nice service, rooms and atmosphere. We booked new year s eve room and it was just amazing. A bit trouble in the refund which was solved with a treat from the hotel management!

One of the best hotel in Abu Dhabi. 5 stars service with Rojen.

I arrived 12:30 they didn't allow me to do the check in or give me the room because as they say that the rooms "not ready" untill 2 but it i pay 180 to upgrade the room I can check in and get it!!!

I recommend the hotel is beautiful in all respects: cleanliness, furniture, service, restaurants and spa..Everything is excellent and elegant..and the prices are excellent compared to other hotels

Went to Easter brunch. Good food, great desserts, and great activities for kids. Would definitely go again

Good five star hotel. Couple of restaurant on site. Very good buffet breakfast 132 dirhams per person. Well equipped gym which is open 6:00-22:00. On the 23rd there is outdoor swimming pool for adults and another one for kids. In addition, there is jacuzzi, bar, sun beds with tower provided. Room is good size with incredible view of the Abu DAbi. Clean and spacious room. There are Zumba, cycling classes available in the gym.

Staffs are very nice....especially Alvin at breakfast buffet and Mutya of front desk. They are very friendly and accomodating to my needs. Keep up the good work! I LOVE IT HERE! :)

Asked for quite room, they put me in 18 floor in a quite room (as per them) wake up 4 am morning form the TV noise of the next room
So they didn't consider my request despite occupational precent was not exceeding 50%
Water boiler was rusted,
Staff are rude , not taking permission to enter room

Call center need to be improved to respond to callers when ever I call for room reservation either no answer or diverted me and then no one answer

Very bad experience! The cleaning service is extremely bad along with too many other issues! I was planing to stay in this hotel for a longer period but I decided to leave. I don t recommend this hotel at all especially for people who are looking for higher standards services

I stayed in this hotel and found all staff very helpful at all times. I had a room near very top of hotel and had magnificent views from same! The bedroom was massive as was the bathroom and 5 could have slept in the bed if necessary!! Hotel was spotless and the whole hotel was fully air-conditioned.The chef would oblige you any way he could. I'd have no problem staying here in the future.

Beautiful hotel, one of my favorite hotels in Abu Dhabi, I always enjoy here. The hotel is luxurious and huge, the decor is beautiful and comfort level is great. I highly recommend to book Dusit Thani hotel whenever anyone is visiting Abu Dhabi.

The Hotel is very nice, a little expensive which is fine, but the quality of the food is not that good and doesn't worth the price .
It has a nice swimming pool about 10 meters long, a gym with lifefitness equipment.
The room was nice and the roomservice tacking good care of it.
One side of the bathroom is made of glass which lets the guest watch TV while he/she is in the bathtub.

I give it 4 stars because the food was expensive and not worth the price.

Lovely brunch, great offers too. The food is amazing, so is the spread. Have been a repeat customer so I guess its one to share. Lovely for parties.
