I moved to the US last year and got a Mustang (2000) and I wasn t smart enough to get it checked by a mechanic but went with it and spent more than twice the price I bought it for to fix it.. when I had to replace it s ABS for the second time in less than a year (and the second mechanic too) I just wanted to bid good bye to the GT and go for another car.. Corolla, Accord, Lancer were the cars in my mind.. I test drove the Subaru Brz, Impreza, Mitsubishi Lancer, Outlander (sport), Accord, Crosstour, VW, Corolla . Not gonna say anything against these cars but the sales people? They wanted me to buy what THEY wanted to SELL instead of selling me something that I wanted to BUY!!

A good friend of mine pointed at autobahn when we were driving by and said That s where you wanna go! and I did the very next day..

Again, I was only looking around, no intention to buy a car yet coz selling my Mustang for a good price was a challenge.. PAUL a very nice sales guy! He asked me all the right questions..

I asked if I could drive the Maxima.. Sure!! Was his response .. Then I asked to drive the GX37 Sure!! .. BMW 5 Sure!! .. C300? Sure!! Yes, I drove all of them and was a bit afraid he would get frustrated with me and kinda like d the c300.. Just when I was going to say I ll sleep over it and get back to you! He introduced me to the GLK 350 and was as good as new.. I was really shocked for the amount of customer supportive energy the guy had in him.. Yes, he did want to make a sale but made me get the feeling that he was ready to show me 50 more cars to make sure I get the right one.. Made up my mind even before I test drove the GLK that I was going to buy.. I called up my friend to come over and he still doesn t believe that I bought the GLK 350 the same day! (I don get convinced that easy ) He actually gave me a pretty good price for my Mustang too..

It did not end there, Usually the after sales service sucks in most of the sales.. Not here!! The insurance papers were sent to my provider, registration, inspection.. I wonder if you d get the same treatment if you bought a brand new one from the dealer! Yes, definitely a place to get a car with no second thoughts! No worrying about being cheated etc.. Thanks Paul! Mr. Sure!!
