As your stereotypical middle aged male looking to by a sports car, I scheduled an appointment with Autobahn for a test drive. After receiving an e-mail from Shelby at Autobahn scheduling a test drive of a BMW Z4 28i (only $32.5K) and then a confirmation with Shelby for the Saturday morning appointment, I arrived as agreed, to be told 30 minutes later that I could not test drive the car unless I was going to buy it. I know most used car operations are very trustworthy but I can't imagine anyone buying a used car without test driving first...that just does not make sense. Business must be so good for them that they can turn away a very interested and likely customer. I'll find someone else to take my money, thanks.
