I had an awesome experience purchasing a car this past weekend at the Autobahn Car Store in Westborough. Every car salesperson I interacted with, including the finance person, was friendly, kind, with no pressure and lots of help. I want to shout out especially to my primary car salesperson, Harry. Thanks Harry for supporting me through the harrrowing experience of finding the right car for me and my budget. I left with a beautiful car which I know will be a good fit for many years ahead. Autobahn is a great destination when looking to purchase a used car - great prices, honest and friendly staff, and willing to work around your schedule. Rick, one of the salesman, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and help me to make the right decision with my purchase. I went to this dealership with my father to look at their Nissian Maxima that has been there for 102 days, at the price $19,500. The dealer there seemed like a nice guy, and I test drove the car. When we sat down to negotiate, so that it would be in my price range, the "best" they could do was take $200 off to make it $19,300. We didn't make a deal. Now not even a week later I see the price has dropped, not too what I was offered but even LESS now at the price $18,995. So clearly that wasn't the "best" they could do for me. Shady negotiating.

Out of State purchase. received the vehicle and after 10 miles the check engine light came on. At 20miles on the morning of the first day of my job the car wouldn't start and had to be towed to the BMW dealer. Dealer said there was a history of error codes in the car ECU. contacted dealer several times with no response or call back like promised. extremely disappointed. stay away. Cant even get a call back

Went to look a preowned vehicle, everything was fine until I had intention to buy, after test drive didn't like few things with vehicle and decided not buy. The bad part was, the agent at Autobahn was very rude and forced us to buy, he didn't allowed us to let go. I don't remember the young guy name, he was very unprofessional, not sure how did they hire him. I was almost ready to yell at him. However, manager was very kind, he spoke with us while we were leaving. Looks like nice place except for that guy. Will not visit again if he is around.

My experience with Autobahn was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. The sales team, namely Jason, was polite, professional and appreciative for the opportunity to work with me. I shopped a number of places but found that pricing at Autobahn and ease of buying made this a clear choice. Above all I felt that they were straight forward, fair and I left with just the car I wanted at a deal that I am more than happy with. Working sales most of my life, and also being a former car salesman, I had my guard up and had done my research pricewise on cars and my trade. Autobahn had the best bang for the buck when combining condition of the car, price for trade in, and price for car. Come in prepared with your research, ask for Wesley Gopaul, and you should have no complaints! I SAY ASK FOR WESLEY SPECIFICALLY because he stuck with me throughout the sale, made sure my car was pristine, and even afterwards had a couple things fixed for me that I know if I had another salesman it likely wouldn't have gotten done after delivery. I'm sure I'm forgetting some of the other great things Wesley did, but they say you don't remember what a person did/say as much as you remember how they make you feel. WESLEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I GOT A GREAT DEAL, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM OVER ANY SALESMAN IN THE AREA BY FAR!

I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz from Autobahn USA in Westborough, MA. The salesmen and the sales managers were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. There was never any pressure to buy. They went above and beyond to provide excellent service. It was the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend them. This is my first Mercedes Benz and I am so impressed with this car. It is a C300. I have had it for about a month now. It has so many options and everything works so well. The 4 cyl. turbo is amazing. The ride, the power, and the handling is the best I have ever experienced.

The man has nothing to hide and does his best to support your vehicle needs. Even the dreaded financing part was a smooth transition. Respectfully ran through the numbers with me. No pressure given. Purchased a Mercedes C300 2 weeks ago from John Bellofatto who was very nice and helpful. Autobahn has a very good selection of top quality cars on their lot which made my choice a little hard since I wasn't sure what I was looking for. This is were John became helpful he knew about the cars I was looking at BMW, Mercedes, Audi and Acura. After a couple test drives it was the Mercedes hands down. Then the fun starts their cars are top quality but your trade is only fair no matter what it is expect low ball offer. I already had financing, and no less then 10 times they ask me to have them do the financing ( Bank Kickback ) When I let them do it through my bank they messed up the contract by giving me the wrong rate , my bank had to do it over a couple days later. I would still recommend them but plan on being there most the day no pressure sales but business office is very slow if you need financing. Service department looks great but they don't do on site Mass Inspection they send you to another dealer up the road which took me a hour to get a sticker. Overall it is their car selection of top quality cars that makes them a good choice.

I recently bough a car from Autobahn USA and worked with Jack Lourenco. Jack was friendly and was able to answer all of my question about the car I purchased and the other cars I was interested in. I would definitely recommend Jack to potential buyers based on his knowledge and personality.

When it came down to negotiations with management, it was fairly painless but several 'dealership tactics' were used. They were also not willing to budge on the posted price of the vehicle, which I find odd for any dealership. Lastly, their finance department was not very competitive. Their best finance rate was 1.5% higher than what I found on my own. I would recommend getting pre-approved and securing your own financing.

With all that being said, they delivered the car in excellent condition and I am happy with my overall experience.

Prices were somewhat fair. After the sale was horrible. I really dislike the financing experience at all dealerships now. They try to sell you every warranty possible.

And instead of responding to my emails, you respond to my google review and I still don't have a sticker 7 days later.

My friend Erica Cole at McGovern mentioned shopping with the company a few months ago. She mentioned that most of their pre owned vehicles are backed by AllState with a lengthy warranty.

A few months later I visited the Westboro AutoBahn dealership and worked with Adrian. He was very pleasant, helpful and answered all my questions. He always got back to me in a timely fashion, even on his day off. We came to a deal in less than a week. The certified car comes with a 5 year or 100,000 mile warranty - whichever comes first. You can also purchase additional coverage on other parts. I called AllState cause it was new to me to not buy from a brand specific dealership. Everything AutoBahn told me was confirmed with what AllState told me. That put my mind at ease.

I would absolutely shop with and recommend Adrian at Autobahn in Westboro again. He always came to the phone and got back to me, was never pushy, and very friendly. Thank you!

I recently purchased a car through Autobahn USA. I live in Virginia and did an unseen purchase. I worked with Cameron Todd who did an amazing job from sending a full walk-around video of the car and answered all my questions. He walked me through and was with me throughout the whole purchasing process as well as getting my car shipped out to me in Virginia. Definitely no complaints on my end. Highly recommended for their professionalism and hospitality!

I came In on Friday around 430 to try to purchase a car that day, Lets just say that the salesman over the phone had more of an idea of how to sell a vehicle to me than the guy Eduardo did.. terrible customer serive, he had no interest on even trying the slightest bit even negotiating with me about anything. Very poor experience

these guys are pretty good as far as buying a car goes. They did a good job getting me financing. they don't really negotiate on price, I think I got them down 2 or 3 hundred but the day I went to sign papers and pick up the car I saw that they had changed the for sale price on line and dropped it $500 below what I had negotiated. I was upset that they had dropped the price and that it was probably going to be a nightmare to get them to honor the new price with me but they just said OK. I was very pleasantly surprised!!!

After going through around 20 dealerships both new and used, Mercedes authorized and not, after test driving soooo many Mercedes-Benz, I came across Autobahn USA and my search was over.

As soon as I came through the door there was someone waiting to help me with anything I needed, no waiting around, no pushy sales person. Brandon helped me with anything I could need and he got straight to the point, I had a specific Mercedes-Benz in mind and I knew it was hard to find, but I also knew most dealerships had a least 1 amongst the 100s of cars. Other dealers would offer me tons of cars close to what I wanted, or even tried upselling me more than I wanted OR could afford, I wasn't very keen to this, but Brandon asked me exactly what I wanted, he didn't try to upsell me or anything, in fact he found me a cheaper car and tried to sell me that one first pointing out that it was below my budget and perfect for savings. We talked and talked about tons of things until finally I said, ok THIS is the dealer for me, and THIS is the car for me.

A few days later I had to come back down to finalize some paperwork, on my way here I got an odd error code on my new-to-me car, so I thought "alright?" but it quickly faded away. As I was singing some paperwork, I asked if they could take a look the car and so I talked to Michael (sales manager) and he assured me they were going to see what was wrong, a few minutes later they didn't find anything odd, but they kept looking, about 30 minutes later they came to me saying their mechanics did manage to pull 'stored' codes, they would appear sometimes and go away, and so they scheduled me for a checkup at a Mercedes dealership near me, all under warranty.
My point is, never did they even doubt me, they helped me as much as they could, and even when they found nothing, they took my word for it and still kept looking for issues, that kind of trust and service is why I am leaving this review. I am super happy with my experience here, and would 100% buy my next car here.

Never being there before I was somewhat reluctant because the dealer I went to before Autobahn was trying to fool me into thinking I was getting a good deal and he was very pushy. WELL let me tell you about Autobahn. From the minute my wife and I entered, we were pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and courtesy rendered by everyone I spoke with.The sales person I dealt with was Brian. He was so nice, organized and just overwhelming transparent with everything we spoke about. He was more than helpful .Everyone involved in the sale was professional and kind. They did not pressure us into anything.I met the service manager and he too was very informative and very nice. I looked all over Oklahoma for a specific BMW and I found what I was looking for at Autobahn USA in Massachusetts. Elizabeth, in their online sakes department was a total gem to work with. Chad in finances and Anthony in management were top notch. This was the first time I've bought a vehicle without seeing it first, so I was nervous, but the team at Autobahn USA made me as comfortable as I could be and now I'm the proud owner of my first gorgeous BMW.

Terrible experience. Sales people call and promise to call back later but never do. Leave messages on voice mail, still no one calls back. Start a online chat and they leave you hanging for over 45 min, had to close out.
Filled out an extensive questionnaire to receive a trade in quote then they play games and you never get the quote promised. Talked to manager and explained my experience then they call the next day, I tell them we are still interested Shelby says I'll call you back, never did. I called next day to see why, no reason stated I should leave a message with the salesmen. I did in the morning, no call back. Don't waste you time dealing with this dealership.

Awesome experience! I've been looking for a particular vehicle for a while and test drove a few around the state. I asked a few people regarding their experience at Autobahn Westborough and everyone had good things to say. I contacted them via cargurus app and they got in touch with me right away. My sales person was Bobby Cofske and he was outstanding. Never pressured me or gave me the "used car salesman" vibe. They helped me out with the financing and got me an awesome rate. When looking for a used truck, I saw an ad from Autobahn USA. This was to be my first experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealer as well as my first experience financing a vehicle. Well.. I made the drive from CT and was lucky enough to get a young salesman by the name of Camden Blair. Camden as well as the finance guy (I'm sorry I forgot his name), made the entire experience very pleasant and stress free. I made the purchase and they delivered the truck three days later. I would highly recommend this dealer (especially Camden) to anyone.

Josh was fantastic. He set expectations for what he could do, and then was efficient and knowledgeable throughout in reviewing his inventory based on my interest, a thorough test drive and finalizing the sale of the car. I feel like I got a great deal, and received top notch service.

I started going to Autobahn USA because I was tired of the dealership prices and hassle. BEST.DECISION.EVER. The technical and customer service is one of the best I have experienced at any. The service advisors I have dealt with have been amazing and genuine. During my experiences, the advisors were all caring when calling me about issue that needed to be resolved with my vehicle and not once did i ever feel pressured to get something fixed! To add on top, I was given a complimentary detailing for my continued service which removed quite a few of the swirls and scratches from my vehicle. That was a great jesture to me as it showed they rly cared. I highly recommend this place and any service advisor you get, you will not be disappointed!

I had a great experience buying my 2014 Toyota Corolla here. Bob was very accommodating and made everything really easy for me, as it was my first time purchasing a car on my own. I originally went to Autobahn USA because I was car shopping on CarGurus and found Autobahn had the best price of the car that I could find anywhere in 50 miles. I made an appointment and when I went in I was met by Adrian who was very excited about the car I was going to look at. I was looking at a beautiful Cosmos Blue Metallic 2017 Audi A3 and Adrian was able to show me all the bells and whistles to the car. It was tough because of buying the car in COVID-19 times and there were only so many managers who could help me complete the car purchase. Adrian was very helpful and was very nice to work with to help me get an amazing car. Autobahn has many premium style cars with low miles and GREAT conditions and I will definitely be shopping with them in the future. Oh! And they give a 5 year/100,000 mile odometer warranty on powertrain, transmission and engine of the car included in the original price! So excited to be driving in my first Audi! Thanks Adrian!

I found the car I was interested in, a Honda Crosstour V6, 4WD online at two dealerships. I first went to Autobahn because the car they were selling had lower miles and better reviews online. I walked in, found a rep named Josh, and 15 minutes later we were test driving the car. Let me say, that I did not intend on buying the car that day. I wanted to test drive and mull it over. I enjoyed the car immensely, went in, numbers bounced around, and a deal was closed in about 3 hours. They took my trade in and gave me what it was worth.

Each aspect of my experience was positive and I would definitely recommend them to friend or family member.

They sold me a BMW that had been in an accident and was considerably damaged underneath without telling me this (they told me prior to buying that it had not been in an accident). They did not reply to my concerns, and I therefore strongly suggest you go elsewhere to buy a pre-owned car. Although they did their sales job well in that they weren't pushy, they sold me a product that was in much worse condition than they claimed, and did not tell me about any of it.

I contacted Autobahn USA shortly after I learned that I had been sold a previously damaged vehicle, asked for compensation / assistance in making repairs, and was told that they were not going to help. Very disappointing experience.

Really great experience working with Autobahn. I wasn't in a rush so I wanted to find the perfect car for my wife. I went to 5 other dealers over 3 weeks. My sales person Matt and his manager Bob followed up with me nearly every week with inventory changes. Autobahn exhibited a high level of professionalism and showed me that they wanted to earn my business and they did so without pressuring me which I appreciated.

Brought in a 2011 BMW 328i-xdrive for trade and received a fair appraisal and was able to negotiate for a lower price for the car. We did not purchase the car because needed to receive approval from a lender but, the service was excellent and the GM was funny and kind. I will return again to this location and recommend them!

Autobahn was fantastic to work with. A great selection of nicely equipped vehicles, great prices, and attentive sales staff (without being overly pushy). I truly enjoyed working with Erik O. who invested a good part of a day test driving cars with me and sharing his expertise and knowledge of the various vehicles in finding the right match for me - which we did. I did an inordinate amount of research during the purchasing process (from dealers to wholesalers), and can honestly report that Autobahn hit the sweet spot in offering the right cars, at the right price, with the right attitude. Having driven the car for about a week, I can't stop smiling.

We had an excellent experience with Autobahn working with Fabricio. We got an excellent deal on a BMW. Everyone we dealt with was attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. The process couldn't have been easier. Others have made comments regarding the "no haggling" policy. At no point were we given any of the stereotypical lines like "why aren't you going to sign today" or, "you know...this car could be gone tomorrow, there are 5 other people coming in today to look at it" so we chose not to do any of the "I'm walking out now" baloney either. I bought a car from this dealer and paid for the inspection fee. They did not do inspection by the time agreed by both party when I picked up the car. The sales person Bob agreed to send me a check after I fax the invoice, which I did. But after days I never heard back from him after multiple voice mails. Of course I have not seen a check from them either. I can't even reach him anymore. So these guys got my money and does not want to deal with me anymore...

Worked with Wesley to get the car that I was searching for. He was very professional and accommodating.
