I value time and the sales department at Autobahn values that. Selected a car, took an appointment, and showed up at the dealership. The car was ready for the test drive and so were the numbers. Negotiations did not drag beyond 20 minutes. As a customer I always wish that I got a better deal, though I got a decent one on par with the market. Loan processing was a breeze (i had a pre-approval). And that is it... drove back in my new S5.
