I normally don't write reviews but in this case my salesperson Cam at Autobahn USA deserves the highest of accolades! He was efficient, through and knowledgeable - in other words a true professional! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great experience in buying a car. Very happy with my purchase!

I continue to get high quality service at Autobahn USA. This is where I bought my BMW. Even this dealer isn t close to my home or work. I still go out of my way to get my service there. And when it comes time for my next preowned high performance vehicle this is where I will go first.

I purchased an SUV from this dealership on December, 17. They do seem to be doing the absolute minimum possible (+ cheapest) on the cars they have: washer fluid they put froze couple of days after I picked the car (cheap stuff), car ran out of DEF at no time (they did not top it off clearly).

Most annoying of all: they claimed that the car was never in an accident, I did not bother getting the car checked, you should. I found out that the car was in a body shop and the fixing done unprofessionally.

You can buy a car from this dealer, they do have a unique pricing model and if you are patient you can get a good deal on a car that is not moving fast enough, however make sure you get it checked,

Worked with Adrian extensively over the course of a week with my wife and I looking at several vehicles. I want to thank the true professionals at the Autobahn. I purchased the schedule back in July. During the entire process, the entire team did a great job getting my car ready for me. After driving the car for several months, it has performed as I was promised. I love the car. A couple of weeks ago I scheduled my first oil change. Making the appointment was easy as they were able to schedule it around my schedule. The day I brought it in, I was very happy with their professionalism. Adrian kept me informed on the progress. Once it was done, the cleaned my car and he brought it around to the front of building. These little thing make me a highly satisfied customer. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

I purchased a 2015 C-Class from these guys last summer, and absolutely love the vehicle from top to bottom. The maintenance/services team is the best I have ever worked with. Erik O. is spectacular. He and his team communicate very well and always aim to cut down costs significantly. I highly suggest purchasing an extended warranty through Autobahn - they will honor any fix as long as it's within the warranty! My deductible was even waived due to me purchasing the car directly through Autobahn.

Autobahn USA in Westborough, MA, like our country is a melting pot of hardworking Americans. Most of the helpful, friendly staff have worked there for more than a decade, like our salesperson, Ed, who has been there for 14 years. I happened upon this terrific, sleek new location in my own backyard, by accident. After buying a car from a big box dealer located several towns away, I was researching my new purchase and found an even better version of the car for $7,000 less than what I had just paid! Yes, you read right I had paid SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE than the cost of the same car at Autobahn! When I called the dealer about the discrepancy, they had no explanation. I cancelled the sale and bought from Autobahn a beautiful new (to me) car which was in pristine condition, despite having just come off a 3 year lease.

I waited a few weeks to write this review to make sure everything was as good as it seemed (too good to be true) and it is true. I have driven the vehicle several thousands of miles and it is like brand new. I have been back to the dealership with questions, and everyone continues to be helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Ed and Kyle who couldn t have been nicer tag teaming our sale. If you are buying a car, start with the best in Metrowest, Autobahn USA in Westborough and support a neighborhood business that offers world class car service and affordable, high quality luxury vehicles. Look for it on Rt. 9 East bound, under an enormous American flag.

Got caught up in a bait and switch scheme. Got a bid from them to buy my vehicle spent 3 hours of my time going there and meeting with them. Spoke with person evaluating my vehicle and was told "nothing was wrong with it and it is in great condition, may need tires in a year or so and maybe a front end alignment but we feel our bid that went out was to high". They then offered me $5,000 less then offer. I could see a few hundred or maybe $1,000 for the work they mentioned (that didn't need to be done but any excuse to lower price) but really. Be careful if you are selling them a vehicle as they seem to be good at this bait switch to get you in. NOT an honest way to run a business. Better off trying CarMax down the street

Lots of issues with the car I got. Service department gets the 2 stars. The only one who listened and seemed to.give a damn was the finance manager. I wish I knew his name.and could rate him seperately.

This dealership uses false advertisement and bait and switch tactics to get customers into their dealership. After days of online negotiations with AutobahnnUSA we came to an agreement price of $16250 plus $495 doc fee. I went to the dealership to drive and check out the car and to see if I could sweeten the deal. Their site on two different locations stated that there was a backup camera on this car when I noticed that it didn't have one the sales manager offered to have one installed at an additional cost of $ 800 on top of the agreed price.I told them I would need to think about it and left the dealership. In less than 22 hours later I emailed the dealership and informed them I could live without the camera and asked if they would be willing to sweeten the deal because of the false information on their site. I was then informed that the price of $16250 offer was done in error and the new price was now $17500 plus doc fee but if I wanted I could have a lessor car for $16500 plus fees. This in my opinion is both false advertisement and bait and switch.

Take it from me, the car buying experience has had it's share of pain points and it is hard to know what dealer to trust and where they are located, price etc. Take the pain out of the equation by visiting these guys. I researched various models of SUVs and time and time again these guys kept coming up with the best reputation and the lowest prices around. I visited them and it was probably one of the easiest and most pain free car buying experience I have seen. From the test drive to the financing to the delivery, Jason the sales guy was easy to work with, knowledgable and he did not blow smoke telling me what I wanted to hear. Plus the staff here is really cool to work with and Mark the Finance guy was easy, explained everything and got me into the car I wanted with no hassles. Don't worry about visiting the Automile in Norwood (won't mention names), stick to this place. Lowest prices around and best selection of luxury brands around!

I brought my G37 in under a warranty issue. The front bearing was bad on the passengers side which was covered under the additional warranty that I had purchased with the vehicle. The repair was done in just a couple of hours and the irritating noise from my car has since disappeared. The staff was very friendly and helpful in this interaction and will certainly be bringing it back for service there again.

I have been buying new cars for the past 40 years. After exploring 4 dealers, I pulled into Autobahn. I have to give applause to Danny and Wesley for making my experience PERFECT. Honestly, Danny and Wesley showed zero pressure, a ton of patience, and ( most importantly), incredible knowledge about the cars they sell. The overall process of buying a car at this dealership was fantastic. The general manager, Anthony, was extremely transparent throughout the entire process, very welcoming, and at no time pressured the sale. The staff was very friendly and made you feel comfortable during the entire process as well. The financing process was straight forward and the paperwork was minimal. This was the 5th dealership I visited to purchase a Audi A6 -- the experience was no pressure and 100% honesty (or at least Adrian treated me that way). Everything was as it should be for purchasing a higher end vehicle -- I brought my friend/ mechanic along for the ride and we found Autobahn didn't cut any corners on making sure the vehicle is prepared and inspected and ready to roll out the door.

I need to replace my wife's BMW in the springtime and I'll be giving Adrian a call to assist me in that search. This dealership understands my time is important and delivers the value and experience that makes purchasing a car a positive experience.

There is one down side to shopping Autobahn (they are too far from Boston!) :)

I recently had electrical problems with my vehicle driving to work. I call the service department autobahnUSA and they were able to get me an appointment the same day. When I arrived they immediately had one of ther mechanics troubleshoot the problem with my vehicle. Soon the mechanic was able to find the problem and replace the part that was causing the issue. I was extremely happy that from the time I got there with my vehicle and the time that I left was only approximately one hour. I have never received that kind of service in the past from other auto dealers.

We came up from Connecticut to test drive the Lexus we saw online and the car was exactly as described. Rodrigo and Al in finance were very upfront about pricing and the condition of the car. We will do business with Autobahn USA again.

They gave the most ridiculous offer for my Tahoe literally 1/6th of what CARMAX offered me, Don't waste your time with these people !!! Quote on email will be nothing near what they will actually give you when you show up in person.

I recently purchased a used BMW and I was very Satisfied with my Service. I had the pleasure or working with Fabricio and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. I have dealt with many salesman and he is by far the kindest most well spoken one I have ever spoken to.

My old car was recently totaled so I needed to buy a car and I needed it as soon as possible. I knew I wanted a BMW 328i X-Drive and I had visited a couple other places before stopping at Autobahn USA and I wish Autobahn was the first place I visited, their selection of vehicles was incredible, they were all in beautiful shape, had low mileage and were very competitively priced. I was looking specifically for the Sport Line 3 Series because it has some nicer features than the base model 3 series and it just looked nicer. Shannon Stewart approached me in the parking lot while I was looking outside and she was very nice, she said they had a couple Sport lines available and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles they had in stock. She showed me my options and took me around the parking lot to look at the 3 they had in stock. She put no pressure on me to look at anything I wasn't interested in which was great. Once I settled on a car she grabbed a plate and we went for a test drive. The negotiation process was very smooth and wasn't high pressure at all. When I showed up the following Saturday to pick up the car they had it detailed, registered and ready to go. The whole experience with Shannon and the staff at Autobahn USA was very pleasant and this was probably the most relaxed and inviting car buying experience I have been through. I would highly recommend buying a car here and requesting Shannon Stewart specifically.

My fiance and I traveled over an hour to visit this dealership. We saw a car she absolutely loved online and when we went to test drive the vehicle we recieced an AWFUL experience from John, one of the sales representatives. We were so rushed and insulted. John was disrespectful and completely unprofessional. He even asked my wife if she only smoked cigarettes or pot ( marijuana ) to! She was so dismayed by his comment we drove home with great dissatisfaction. Also, we were rushed the entire time. He continued to make rude remarks that it was supposed to be his day off. (Sunday) DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The service I recieved was so INSULTING!! These are the people they hire to represent their company....what a shame.

Overall I am very impressed with the operations at Autobahn USA in Westborough. This was my first time purchasing a pre-owned luxury car and the experience at Autobahn was on par with what I've experience at many Audi dealerships in the past. Having searched on-line and at physical car dealers in the area, my searches kept bringing me back to AutoBahn USA. Heading up there to view and eventually purchase my Q5, the whole experience was positive. Luis worked with me from start to finish -- purchasing price, financing, and warranty were all covered with expertise and ease. Typically a pessimistic consumer, I was even highly satisfied with the customer service and advice I received about 6 weeks after my purchase when I had to bring my car back-in for a quick check-up. All the folks at AutoBahn have been great, but Luis has really lead the way for me in making this a positive experience. Next time I'm in the market for a car, I will definitely re-visit AutoBahn. Great experience. Our sales man Bobby Cofske is an awesome person and helped us very professionally to buy our car. They just explain about extra options but not really pushy to sell other warranties and extra stuffs. I felt, they price the car very reasonable and offer decent trade in values. We purchased 3 year old Mercedes Benz ML 350 but it looks and drives like brand new vehicle. We strongly recommend Autobhan USA especially Bobby Cofske for premium used car purchase in new england area.

If you buy a vehicle from this dealership, you need to be proactive and patient. The day of the sale, all went well. Afterwards, the sales person we worked with was MIA for several days, his colleagues didn t know his work schedule or return date.

We spend hours on the phone for three days trying to coordinate a vehicle pick-up time. The level of knowledge or experience is questionable, the finance person was asking my bank for the RMV-1 form.

As the buyer, plan on spearheading the entire procurement process and expect to do some hand holding. The execution of the sale was so poorly managed, I had to take time off from work to pick up my vehicle, I waited several hours while the paperwork was finalize because things were not communicated proactively.

Each call you make, expect to repeat your situation, I got the perception the left does not know what the right is doing.

Dealing with Erik at Autobahn was a pleasure, he really made us feel at ease, there was no pressure to buy he was just helping us make the right decision for us as a family. Although this time we opted for a car elsewhere we will definitely be back when our 2nd lease is up as the Autobahn cars were great quality and fairly priced. All the staff we dealt with were great but Erik really made the experience for us great!

Amazingly delightful experience. I normally cringe dealing with car dealerships. Anastasiya Kharzis made my purchasing experience delightful. She was completely proffessesional, courteous and helpful. No pushiness or ultimatums that I usually experience and get turned off by. Danny in finance was great too, easy to work with, helpful and didn't push hard on the extras, he just kept me informed of my options. I was a a little skeptical at first before I met everyone, by some bad reviews, but that turned out that was from the previous owners. Found the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase on cargurus. It turned out the dealer that had it was Autobahn USA, so I took a drive. It was only about 1 hour and 15 minutes from me and the specific vehicle was tough to find. To my surprise, they played absolutely ZERO "dealer games" when I walked in on a Monday evening two weeks ago. More specifically BRIAN was ready and able to help me right when I walked in the door, and I don't mean in a pushy kind of way.

I have to say that my experience at Autobahn USA, and specifically with BRIAN, has been the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Absolutely painless, quick, and they went above and beyond to satisfy my needs and wants. Few nicks? taken care of! Snow storm coming? Didn't slow down the delivery!

Purchased my car from Bob Cofske almost 2 years ago, love the car and the great service!

I bought my car from them 2 weeks ago. Easy process and helpful with registration and insurance.

Poor judgment, poor customer service. My wife just wasted 4 hours of her time for an insulting and unrealistic offer on our RAM. We live in central NH. It's a two hour drive one way to Westborough. She called ahead, explained the mileage and financials to the woman who answers the phone at the dealership. My wife was very clear that she did not want her or the dealership's time wasted. Even after she explained that our truck was a high mileage vehicle she was assured that she should still come down. She drove the two hours only to be insulted with an offer $3,000 under KBB value. I'm certain if we were walking in there to just cut a check for a new vehicle the service would have been outstanding. But intentionally letting someone waste 4 hours of their time shows a lack of good judgment. At no time did we value our trade at $20,000. KBB fair trade on our truck was $10,000 Autobahn insulted us with an offer of $7,000. We did trade the truck in With Key in Portsmouth and they gave us $9,750. I guess I wasn't to far off on my assessment. She implored to the woman on the phone at Autobahn the distance she had to drive and the MILEAGE on our truck and asked if they still wanted to make a deal with us. She WAS assured to come down. If the mileage was the biggest point of concern she should have been respectfully been told they would pass. BELIEVE ME, She would have understood.

I recently purchased a BMW from Autobahn USA with Josh McClaskey. I found Josh to be very up front and not your typical pushy car salesman. In today's society where we do most of our car shopping/research online, this is a great approach. Autobahn had great prices and quality vehicles. It is one of the better car buying experiences I have had.

We have purchased multiple cars from Autobahn and have had a great experience each time! Bob is a great sales rep who had the car pulled out and running for us to test drive upon arrival. They always have the top line cars available.

Their cars seemed to be a lower price than other sites, (studied a lot on-line for a few months).
when we got there, met with my sales person Kyle ,who listened to what I was interested in. They do have an abundance of cars to look at. I did want to see all my options for this style. Which I did! it was like a little kid in a candy store ! All good condition and clean. Kyle did keep me focused so as to test drive what I really would consider, and of course it was the car that brought me to them in the first place.! The rest was the usual, financing, trade-in info ( could have been more and didn't negotiate ) and had to purchase a second key ,so added $, but nothing that would keep me away in the future. Good salesman, nice people, good inventory and prices. I definitely don't like buying a car and it can be very stressful... but not that day, it all was pleasant and I'm very happy with my used but looks new Audi. They are a professional dealership and if I need service I hope to write a good review for that too . Ask for Kyle S. and he will take care of you too, I'm sure :)

I worked with Bob Walker and thought he was great! He made me feel totally at ease (which is tough to do when buying a car). I loved that he didn't use any harsh sales tactics and let me be in charge of figuring out what was the right car for me. I also feel I got a very fair trade-in value for my car. Overall, I thought Bob was terrific and would definitely do business with him again.

Such a bad experience today 07/14/2018. I went there with my friends for the BMW 435. The white guy who sit next to the front door with glasses severed me so bad. I ask for the test drive with my international driving license, and he rejected and looks no patience. Then we ask him to drive us around and he said no as well. When we came back, another sales people called back to ask about are we still interest with that car, we told her our experience today but she said we suppose to do the test drive with my international license.We drove 40 miles there from Malden and the sales people was so rude and looks like a racist(We are Chinese). A company should not have a sales people like him and that was so shame.

Got my dream car ... 2017 BMW 340ix with the "very rare" manual transmission. Positive and honest experience all around. Fabricio (sales) and Chad (finance) made all go smoothly. I want to give special thanks to Anthony, the General Manager. Here's why:
After driving home that night (70 miles away), I had what I thought was a mechanical issue but it was just my lack of knowledge about the complex car computer. (for the car geeks: I wanted to turn off auto rev matching and the owners manual doesn't say how because it virtually ignores manual transmissions). It was evening and Anthony happened to get the call from me. He offered to meet me half way between us, the next day. He didn't have to do that.
