My wife and I recently purchased an SUV from here. I detest purchasing automobiles, but the Autobahn experience was totally different. Staff and management were extremely transparent with all of the information, gave us a great deal on our trade in, as well as the new SUV-which came in below KBB value. There is no 'let me check with my manager' shenanigans. The manager will come out with your salesperson and sit with you. In particular, my wife and I worked with Bob Walker, who I would highly recommend. He was patient, fair, and not at all pushy. We felt as if we were greatly accommodated while we were there, and can't speak highly enough about the customer service, and especially about Bob.
