Worst experience ever. The broker was the rudest person that I've ever seen, never show up on time, curse on the client, and always have excuse for everything. I would rather sleep off the street than letting this person be my broker!!

Agent was friendly, competent, and professional (unlike so many other realtors we dealt with during our search).

I HIGHLY recommend working with Arthur at Red Tree. He immediately helped us feel at ease as we began the house hunting process. He was timely, professional and really listened to our wants/needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and empowered us by educating us every step of the way. He puts his whole heart into finding your perfect home so don t waste your time looking elsewhere!

My wife and I worked with Adam, and he was terrific. He expertly helped us quickly navigate the process to close on the house we wanted. He also quickly connected us to other great people that he know well.

Cancelled two showings back to back, one of which was 10 minutes before the schedule time. Super hard to reach and unaccommodating.

He has a very good eye and pulse on the market, and made sure to suggest places that he'd be comfortable with handing me the keys to. He's also a very knowledgeable person; he knew how to put in aggressive bids, but also made sure I was comfortable with the bids. Victor was introduced to me during the first showings, and also demonstrated good knowledge. He was able to answer any questions I had, and had very good insights on details I had missed or not known about.

Through out the entire time I worked with them (and even after), they've been friendly and responsive. I would gladly recommend either of them!

Purchasing the first home can be one of the most nerve-wrecking experiences. I came to Red Tree Real Estate to get help and ease of mind through the process of home buying. Arthur was that person to help.

He has a remarkable background in Real Estate and is well known within the community. I ve gone to several real estate meetups and I ve found people that personally know or heard of him. I knew at that moment that he is an expert at what he does.

It was important that he understood my preference on a property would be a personal home and investment property down the line. He can do the analysis and has the experience working with home owners and investors.

Red Tree kept our entire security deposit and even had the gall to request more money from us nearly three months after moving out. They claimed things like missing outlet covers as if we had for some reason stolen them. They also charged us for damages that were there before we were and that we had requested be fixed during our time living there (and never were). Terrible company, will steal your security deposit on the basis of BS damages.

Found great tenents for my 5 bed apt. Very pleased. Hope to do business with them again.

I've been working with John over the last few years and I couldn't be happier. He is easy to work with and best of all, he gets the job done. A few years ago I had an unexpected unit vacancy that I hadn't been able to fill by Sept 1st and I thought I would be stuck with an empty apartment for the year, then I met John. He not only gets the job done, he checks in periodically to make sure my tenants and I are happy. I never had an agent check on how things are going the way John does. He is very professional and really cares about his clientele and I couldn't ask for more. I have recommended him to friends, both owners and renters, and needless to say, we all have a great relationship with John.

We could not be happier with Red Tree. We met Arthur about a year before we started to look for a new home. We remember him from his candid talk and we thought he would represent us well. Once we met with him, he walked us through the entire process. Our situation was complicated as we decided to sell and buy after. This was a roller coaster of emotions and Arthur was always there with us presenting multiple options. There are few things he did that I will not make public, but enough to say he went above and beyond to make sure we got a great deal both selling and buying. I cannot recommend Arthur and Red Tree enough.

His years of experience saved us lots of time and money. He works 7 days a week and is always available which was a big plus for my wife and I. Undeniably, Jerome is the most involved and ready at all time to meet and listen to your needs, Jerome is second to no one I have ever worked with (and I worked with a lot of realtors). With the utmost amount of graciousness and understanding for my need to buy an investment property and make the most profit. Jerome fight indisputably to make that happen. The obstacleless transition from start to finish was flawless and seamless while maintaining one accord with one agenda and that was to make sure I was satisfied with the transaction (and not about his commission). Jerome is, unmistakably, the best you are going to find as a realtor and as a superb friend. I can't thank you enough. Jerome you're the best.

I have literally never had such poor customer service in my life. Called multiple times the agent for 19 bowen ave never got back to us. My mom called and texted him repeatedly and never once did he get back to us. We had to have a friend visit the place and ask if it was rented or not. Terrible service. Not to mention my mother and I would have been fully qualified to rent that place.

Despite the multiple negative reviews I have read about this company I did want to share that I had a great experience using them. I m not sure if it was the specific broker that I used that made it enjoyable and easy, but I experienced none of the things I found listed online. I used Isabell to look at different properties and lease the one that I found that I loved. She was always very punctual to appointments that we had set up, was willing to find out any additional information that I requested, and answer my 100 questions. She always got back to me very promptly and made my experience enjoyable! Finding housing in the Boston area was new to me and can be very stressful and demanding in comparison to what I have been used to but she never let anything fall in the cracks and was always very clear on the next step. Cant say enough great things. Rented our apartments within a week after multiple brokers failed for months. Attention to detail was admirable from start to finish. Multiple agents, multiple rentals, executed with perfection.

I have been interested in an apartment (479 High St. Dedham, MA) they have posted on line for rent for over 2 weeks. I contact John McDonough several times about the apartment. Finally after a week or so and numerous attempts to get an answer I was able to make an appointment. The day of the appointment I waited at the location and no show, no call. When I contact John to see if he was running late he said he had a flat and wasn't able to make it. I can totally understand so I asked if we could reschedule! AGAIN no answer for a few days. I kept reaching out to John about rescheduling and he finally got back to me and said I had to fill out an agreement/application in which I did on line. I again reached out numerous times to this guy to try and scheduled another time for a viewing. We finally scheduled something for this past Saturday at 4pm. AGAIN NO SHOW! NO HEADS UP! When I reached out to him he said his coworker Nick was going to handle the viewing. I called Nick and got his vmail that said it was full and cannot receive messages so I text him to see if he was on his way. I waited at the apartment for a good 20 min and no one called or showed up. Finally Nick tried calling me almost 1hr later and sent a vague text that said "Sorry I missed your call, call me back anytime" John & Nick handled this rental very poorly. I am still interested in viewing the apartment if someone else can handle the rental.

From the beginning we should have known this would be a mess. They made us wait 40 minutes in the pouring rain until someone got there to show us the apartment. The place looked great but then we had our problems. First problem was heating, we called the maintenance guy and he said the heater works, but only at 90 degrees! We have radiators in every room besides one which has an electric heater. The radiators don't work unless the heats set really high which we don't want because it's too hot.Then we get an email one day saying that they're showing the apartment to people who have signed the next years lease. We are supposed to be given the option of renewing and we talked about it. That didn't matter Red Tree wanted to make another broker fee and behind our backs signed a lease with another group. We by law and in our contract have the right to stay and must be given the option to renew. 5 weeks into our lease we were never given that option. From my experience they're scummy and just want to get another broker fee by being scummy. I say don't do business with them.

Three things you should know about Mr. Bibuld: A manipulative person, an exceptional actor, a liar from heart.

My suggestion: Avoid Mr. Bibuld if possible, or the whole Red Tree. If you have to deal with him(them), try to bargain, because they are earning on huge margin.

To Mr. Bibuld: it is shameful that a lot of the five star reviews indeed are written by your colleagues. It is also shameful that your business is built on lies and scams.

I'm writing to give a huge thumbs up to Red Tree Real Estate and in particular Micah Snyder who helped me to get a great rental. I had a specific budget, location and list of "must haves" and he helped me find a place that was as near to perfect as I could hope for.
He was very responsive to my texts unlike any other realtor I dealt with. He was persistent, prompt to reply, patient with my questions and doubts, and willing to keep pushing even when I had to bail at the last minute on a property I suddenly got cold feet for. Instead of getting frustrated he countered with a suggestion of another property and then when I asked him about yet another place he did the legwork of find out availability, answer my zillion questions, get me a video tour deal with the listing agentetc etc etc etc. That's where I ended up and I'm so happy and can't wait to move in. I know I wasn't the easiest client but Micah stuck with me and I'm more than happy to pay the broker fee because he earned every penny. Thanks Micah. You rock.

John from Red Tree Real Estate has been great from the very start, when we were looking for a new apartment. At that time, we toured several apartments - and were most confident in the ones John showed us. Not only were they great quality, but we felt comfortable with him. He was trustworthy, reliable, realistic and respectful of our time. Since moving into our apartment, our relationship with John has only grown stronger. As tenants, it is clear that he truly cares about our comfort and happiness in the apartment we are renting. He has proven to be an excellent and thoughtful liaison between us and our landlord. And, his reliable tendencies have been put on display time and time again. He is quick to respond to any and every request - whether it be chipped paint, a leaky sink, malfunctioning fire place, etc etc. And, he is always kind and friendly when he shows up. Now that I've moved in to 81 Beechcroft, it's time to update this review. In addition to the before mentioned problem of unenforceable provisions in our contract, I have had many other issues. The apartment has tons of problems--broken windows, a non-functional front door, a trash pile outside, etc. Brandon, our broker lauded this property despite it very clear flaws. The trash pile outside was clearly visible and not shown in any of the virtual viewings. I'd recommend avoiding redtree and especially anything rented by John Bannon. The only reason I don't give this one star is because the bare bones of the building are OK. It's just in bad shape and needs tons of maintenance. Redtree should have advised us of this fact. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS FOR VIRTUAL VIEWINGS.

I have met multiple agents, brokers and staff at Red Tree and they work incredibly hard every day for their clients. Real Estate in Boston is a beast, and I do not envy them for what they have to go through dealing with landlords, compliance, the ever-changing requests of clients, and even the insanity that is college move-in month in Boston. Every interaction I have had with them has been friendly and positive. I feel that most people do not understand the lengths an agent goes through for a showing (juggling landlord, tenant, client schedules, etc.), only to have the landlord not answer their phone or the current tenants refuse to open the door. The clients only see the tip of the iceberg. The agents deal with this craziness every day, yet show up to the office the next day with a smile on their face, ready to do it all again. I recommend them to all my friends and saw first hand how they helped my friends get their first condo, others an awesome first house. People love to complain about real estate agents, but this group is way above status quo and are a well-deserved 5 stars.

Arthur is a rare find in this world. He combines the qualities of an amazing sales person, while also integrating the most phenomenal customer service I have ever experienced. This company needs to change ownership. One of the owners is constantly posting negative and hateful posts on social media. Why would anyone want to do business with them if they are spreading all this negativity?

James Roche who gave them a 5 star review works for Red Tree Real Estate. Terrible service. Very rude. Will demand money for a new place many months in advance claiming its the "industry standard" . I have been through other realtors and have never encountered any of the "industry standards" that they try to pressure people with. Arthur is especially rude.

What a joke. Made an appt to see a place, drove all the way over, and then 1 minute before showing he says landlord is an hour late and has the keys. Agent said he was in front of the house but nobody was there. I was literally standing there and looking in every parked car. Tried calling him and he would not pickup. Definitely not doing business with these guys or their landlords (don t know whose fault it was, but don t really care either).

We had an excellent experience buying our first house with Arthur. He took the time to educate us on what to look for in each house like siding type, window encasements, basement structures and utilities, finishes and more. We chose to work with Arthur because he has such strong knowledge in so many areas related to real estate, which we found lacking with other realtors we spoke to. He was never the least bit impatient when we looked at many houses, and was a strong advocate for making sure we got a great value for our investment, all the way through to closing. Even as the market evolved through the pandemic, and open houses stopped happening, he kept his radar on, knew exactly what we wanted, and eventually found us the perfect house! We highly recommend using Red Tree for home purchase.

We ve had some serious safety and credit-related issues with renting one of their units.

First major issue.... Our gas meter was improperly labeled, and we had been paying a neighbor s gas bill for months. It wasn t until winter hit that I recognized the issue. Our unit is the only one in the building with electric heat, and we got a bill for gas consumption correlated with heat. I had to write maintenance and the landlord multiple times over the course of three months and it wasn t until I threatened legal action that the landlord even contacted a gas plumber to trace the gas lines. I have since been emailing repeatedly asking if I need to take any action to update National Grid, and have been blatantly ignored.

Second major issue... It gets very, very cold in Boston. Our front lock jams intermittently and we can t get into our apartment. It s become a seriously safety concern - I m 5 months pregnant and I don t have a car I can just jump into when I can t get inside of my apartment. We ve had to call maintenance to let us into the building multiple times - once when it was 5 degrees outside and we waited, in the cold, for over a half hour before someone showed up. One of the maintenance guys even verified the lock needs to be replaced and documented it. Instead of having a locksmith replace the lock, our landlord had a locksmith check the lock out (again, after 3 months of begging and finally threatening legal involvement) and the lock still hasn t been replaced because the locksmith couldn t recreate the issue. So, every time I come home, I m not entirely sure if I m going to be able to get into my apartment.

I m not normally one to complain, but the blatant disregard for my safety and well-being on behalf of this company is deplorable. I am working on contacting Boston housing court about the lock because I seriously can t believe that these people are so cheap they won t replace a lock to protect the safety of a pregnant woman.

I ll be sure to be around while any future potential tenants tour the place so they understand the depth of what they re getting themselves into.

Honestly have never seen a team more dedicated to serving the public than this the Red Tree team!! Keep up the good work!!
