Very aggressive customer service by Matt Waters. While test driving a car, just asked if they could negotiate and do 23k for a car which was priced 25k. He was immediately asking me that why am I even driving that car if I don't have enough money!! That was really harsh. And when I said I'm just checking if they could do that price as there are other dealerships where I find the deal for lesser price than Autobahn advertised, he asks me then why shouldn't I just go and buy them. I don't know what kind of training they provide for such service. All we are expecting is a little respect and a polite denial if the offer price doesn't work for you guys!
