I went there to purchase a car I saw online. They seemed disappointed I didn't have an appointment. They found a salesman willing to help me. Quickly did a soft pull of my credit to make sure I qualified for a loan. I ended up purchasing a car 7 grand more than the one I originally went in to see. I paid for the glass coating but had to bring my car back in the next week due to the quality of the application. I don't believe they ever used the glass coat the 1st time around. Once I returned the vehicle they then did a good job and it was obvious that it was never applied the 1st time around. There was even an obvious smell associated with the application that wasn't there the 1st time around. The service men were very polite and willing to correct the situation and even replaced my battery free of charge due to it not testing well. Overall not a terrible experience but I felt they could of done better. Very nice selection of used luxury vehicles. If it wasnt for the glass coat incident I'd give them 4 stars.
