I did my homework before walking into the dealersh...

I did my homework before walking into the dealership hoping that there would be no "surprises"...and there weren't! I went in on a Saturday afternoon, took the car I wanted/investigated on their website for a test drive, did all the paperwork (got what I expected for my trade-in), had the car Simonized, and drove it home that day! It was a very easy, pressure-free experience. Wesley Gopaul was a pleasure to deal with!
