I bought my 2012 G37x last May. Price was overall decent got the price I wanted. Not much for wiggle room. But I think the price of the car and essentially the easy process of buying it was the only good thing to say.
Sales guy was nice. I forget his name, Vin maybe? It was a hispanic gentleman. We bought the car on a Monday and was told to pick it up on Friday from 3-4pm. My friend gives me a ride to go pick it up around 3:30, not ready yet. Ok, 5:30 rolls around, plates aren't done yet. 6PM, finally everything is all set. I get into the car, and notice talk is ALMOST half full. Not even half! I thought it was standard to fill it up (the sales manager promised us a full one when negotiating the price). Then, the sales person tells me that the car needed a registration sticker and that they didn't get a chance to do mine, and if I were just to send him the receipt via email they'll cut me a check. Well, a week later I sent him a few emails and gave him a call, no responses. I know it's not a lot of $, but it's the lack of customer service afterwards that was a huge turnoff.
I had an excellent experience with the folks at Autobahn USA during my car buying process. They stood out to me among all the dealerships I went to: everyone was professional and helpful from the second I stepped in the dealership to when I drove out with my new car. It really made me feel like I was valued as a customer. In particular, Matt Waters was exceptional. Tommy at Autobahn went above and beyond for me. I had a very unique circumstance with my purchase and he accommodated me so well. Everyone at Autobahn was great, they got me the best finance rate as well as a great deal and walked me through everything. They really take pride in their work, I had to pickup my new vehicle on short notice so they weren't able to clean and detail it, but they told me to come back whenever is convenient for me. They came in early on a Saturday and put extra guys on it to get it done extra quick. Wow did it come out perfect, best detail I've ever seen.
The salesman Dwayne Spence was great to work with, very easy to talk to without any added unnecessary pressure. I was able to get the deal done on the purchase in short order thanks to him. I would highly recommend you ask for Dwayne should you be in the market for a new car. The vehicle I ended up purchasing was clean and presented well. However, upon registering the vehicle I was out an additional $190 for fees not accounted for in the original sales agreement. The runner I met at the dmv several days after the date of purchase made me cover the cost out of pocket before I was able to take delivery of the vehicle when in actuality it s the dealership who broke their agreement. I would caution you to pay close attention to the fees and expenses though I fully expect the dealership to uphold there end of the sales agreement for the omission by reimbursing me in full for the added expense.
ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK NOW AND NO RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT AT THE DEALERSHIP. THEY CLEARLY DO NOT VALUE A CUSTOMER POST SALE. ALL THEY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT IS CLOSING THE DEAL AND SENDING YOU ON YOUR WAY!
Funny how these things work. Heard from the sales manager and they chop it up to an honest mistake on the part of the finance guy. He apparently didn't account for government fees by not checking a box when he wrote things up. I'm still out the $190 not accounted for in the final sales contract. Last I remember the final sales agreement was signed by two parties. I didn't break the agreement, government fees or not, but they did...proceed with caution as the dealership does not abide by their written agreement. The car is great but not happy with how this ended up with the sales manager.

Recently purchased a used bmw 3 series from this dealer. The car buying experience was very transparent, laid back, honest and understanding. The salesman, Bobby, made sure we were satisfied with the car, the information provided, and was very informative about the history of the car. One small internal issue was found with the car. Showed up with no appointment, one of the service guys, Erik, took the car in immediately and took care of the problem very quickly. Explained everything and made sure the problem was fixed prior to us leaving. Overall great car buying experience.
Just purchased our 2nd car this year here. I Would highly recommend this place because they were easy to work with, they gave me a very fair price for my trade in and I felt very well taken care of. We will most likely go back, and work with Roman, when it's time for the next car!
About 4 PM on 10/19, we split our left front run flat tire by hitting a curb at high speed. We decided to call Aurobahn because it was a BMW dealer and nearby. I spoke to Eric and he very professionally checked on stock and advised me to carefully come in. Eric and the team promptly replaced the tire and did a thorough evaluation due to the nature of our mishap. He advised that the rear tires were 7/32 each while the right front was 6/32 and the new left front was 10/32. I inquired about the alignment and he described the advanced alignment machine and how it worked. I decided to also change the right front tire and align the car. Even as the end of the work day rapidly approached, I felt Eric was only concerned about our safety and satisfaction. He really provided service that exceeded expectations but more importantly, verbally and nonverbally he communicated caring. This is the X Factor of customer service. Keep in mind, throughout, the team knew we were transients on our way to Maine. Autobahn is represented very well by Eric as the point of contact and the technicians working professionally out of view.
