I had an excellent experience purchasing a car at Autobahn. Brandon Downer, Sale Consultant, was a pleasure to work. He was professional and knowledgeable without your typical "car salesman gimmick". I will recommend to my friends and family.
I went here with my wife to buy a new car the week before she gave birth. We test drove a car, had her trade-in appraised, made a deal on the car we wanted to buy, signed all of the paperwork, then at the last minute the salesman realized he had the wrong VIN. The salesman went to his manager and came back saying the price of the car was going to be $2,200 more than what we had just agreed to. Even though we had already signed all of the paperwork Autobahn refused to honor our agreement and insisted that it would be a bad business move to sell us the vehicle for the price we agreed to, and told us that we had signed all of the paperwork for the wrong car so it didn t matter....even though it is their job to give us the correct paperwork and know what car they are talking about before they sell it. We went to this specific dealership to buy a very specific vehicle (we only test drove one), but they botched the whole thing and wasted 5 hours of our day. We understand that people make mistakes, but it was how Autobahn went about handling it that showed their true colors. I would recommend you avoid this place at all costs.

The Sales Manager's response was essentially, "Too bad, that's the price of the car". Autobahn has my contact information if you really want to make good on this and not just say it to make this review less impactful.
Seamless, no hassle, streamlined process. Walked in and worked with Harry W., discussed my vehicle wants/needs. We reviewed the CarFax and other information and hit the road for a test drive. Harry is a true professional, telling me about the car and just very friendly. Would recommend Harry, if you need to stop into Autobahn USA.
Had a great experience all the way around. Called ahead of time and the car was ready for a test drive. The sales person, Robert Merrill, was personable and not at all pushy. Although I didn't get too much off on the asking price, I appreciated that the published price was a good deal to start with. I've had my 2011 BMW now for about a month and couldn't be happier with it.

The entire experience was great starting with their online staff straight through to financing and sales. I can't recommend Bobby, my salesman, enough. He was knowledgable, thorough, and patient with any and all questions. Due to a scheduling issue I had to bring my 7 year old with me and everyone was so nice and the process so streamlined that he enjoyed every minuted of it. The manager Kyle was especially nice, even giving my son a toy to take home with him. I hope to own this car for a long time, but when it's time to start looking again my search starts here.

I have been searching for a car for the last 2 months and have done a lot of research on the vehicles as well as spending a lot of time online looking at the market car prices. I went to multiple dealerships and did a number of test drives prior to committing to a car. In all the other dealerships, the salesperson was the stereotypical "car salesman". Chatty and pushy. I am delighted that I did not purchase a car from any of those places prematurely. When I moved up to MA I came across Autobahn USA. Their prices seemed extremely competitive. Other reviewers have even commented that the prices were so good they wondered what might be wrong with the cars! It turns out the answer (at least so far!) is nothing! As was explained to me, Autobahn buy the cars at auction and simply believe in "low-margin, high volume" business. Consequently, they price their cars aggressively but end up selling more of them. The dealership building is not much to look at but it doesn't need to be and is another reflection of the lean style approach. They are in fact, however, moving to a larger centralized location outside of Boston to better accommodate their customers.
In addition to the great pricing, the other excellent asset of Autobahn USA is its salesman Kyle. He was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process. From the very beginning I got the feeling that he was there to help me find the right car for me, rather than make a quick sale. Amazingly, I exchanged 43 emails with him during the process of buying a car! Despite my continuous questions he was always courteous and helpful, yet never pushy. When he established what car I was looking for he really kept an eye out specifically for me and let me know when one became available. He provided an excellent personalized service that I have never encountered before in the business. When he found the car for me he went out of his way to make the experience as smooth as possible. The car had a couple of minor dents and scrapes and he took care of having them fixed prior to giving me the car. When I went to pick it up he made sure everything was in order prior to me leaving Autobahn. Overall, Kyle is a excellent asset in a great organization.
I highly recommend you getting a car from Autobahn USA. Ask for Kyle and you will not regret it.
Brian the salesmen was great, but the rest of the experience not so much. We purchased a used Volvo C70 which was in great condition. The following day the air pressure light went on and I filled the low tire. The light went on again so we called to make an appointment to have it serviced. We brought it in and they took care of the problem. The issue was a leaky stem which they should have replaced when they installed new tires on the car. The following day the light came on again, but this time it was another tire. We called to make appointment. I didn't have the patience to drive 1 hour there and spend a total of 4 hours to resolve this issue so i brought it to the nearest National Tire & Battery (NTB). The tire was fixed (another faulty stem).
My opinion is that they tried to cut corners and fix the least possible on this vehicle before putting it up for sale. I'm hoping nothing else starts failing us. I was definitely planning to refer friends and family to Brian the salesperson since he was so pleasant to work with but after this ordeal it's not worth it given that it was something so basic for them to take care of before selling the car. The other thing that was a turnoff was that they weren't willing to go the extra mile to touch up a couple of chips on the vehicle when we were negotiation. This is what separates good car dealers from great ones.
A few months ago I was in the market for a second vehicle and was interested in a BMW sedan. A variety of searches brought me to Autobahn USA in Westborough, MA. I have leased or purchased many vehicles over the years with questionable customer service, but Autobahn USA brought the entire experience to a five star level. When I first walked into their spotless showroom I was greeted by Nicholas who reviewed a variety of BMW s in my price range. I can best describe this stage as casual with no pressure. Simply an inventory review. Taking one for a test drive, Nicholas went over the variety of options and benefits around the type of BMW I was looking to purchase. I think many of us dread the negotiation aspect of buying a car, but this is another hallmark of customer service at Autobahn. It was a relatively simple negotiation. Nicholas pulled this model BMW up on Kelley Blue Book ran the Carfax and the price was right where it needed to be. In finance, Renel presented a variety of options and took extra steps to insure a competitive interest rate. When I picked the car up, I was introduced to Erik in the service department who gave me a tour of the facility and offered some service details on my vehicle. After my visit he emailed me a PDF of the manual (it s more of a book than a manual!). I have never written a review for an auto dealership but Autobahn USA represents much more than that. Given the quality level of customer service from all departments, I highly recommend Autobahn USA if you re in the market for the quality inventory they represent.

The team of Geoffrey and Marie is great! I had a hard to find problem with my G37 and they reviewed my issue and quickly set me up with an appt. The noise was intermittent in my car, but the Autobahn team troubleshot and believe they have solved the problem and it was under warranty! I will see if it completely solved during the next few days, but the approach by Autobahn was stellar and I highly recommend them!

Bought a slightly used car here last month. My salesperson, Ed P., was super helpful. I bought it without actually visiting the dealership, and Ed was very willing to assist by overnighting documents back and forth between us, and dealing with my less than helpful credit union that was handling financing. Couldn t have asked for a better car buying experience.

Great experience with sales personnel and the manager was seemingly nice as well...but these guys are out to turn profits bottom line! I drove in ready to buy an over priced BMW with a 06 BMW with some issues to trade they topped out at $2000 for my trade. I just put $800 into it a week ago and $1000 6 months before and they wouldn't budge. Manager was real good quick talker, so good he talked me right down the street to the BMW dealership where they gave me pretty much the same car for less money and $4000 for my trade...autobahn is good at what they do but don't get fooled and shop around...they wasted my time and actually cost me $800 dealership said they would have given me about the same with the starter gone.
I called about a vehicle that was online to be sure that it was actually on the lot. Once I learned that it was, I indicated that I would be in to drive it later that afternoon.
When I arrived, I was happily greeted and immediately was offered a salesperson, Roman Reptushenko . Roman responded to all of my questions and concerns, and spent time with me driving the car and even offered to pull the car into the garage to wipe it down and look closely at the body.
I was never rushed, pushed or felt pressured. I bought the car on the spot.

I've bought my fair share of cars and have had quite a few bad experiences. This dealership was completely different. I had been looking for a specific type of rare car and they had the exact model and color I was looking for. I called, made an appointment for a couple days later. They had the car detailed and ready for me right out front, and they came out and greeted me upon my arrival. Sales manager Bob came over and greeted me as well. I dealt with Tommy the salesman and he was phenomenal. These guys are very professional. After I took the test drive and fell in love with the car, they gave me a very reasonable offer for my trade. Fabricio was fab! A couple of weeks ago we were on the dreaded hunt for a new car. We were sent into Autobahn by the general manager David at McGovern GMC. (Who by the way was fantastic to us) When we arrived we had the GM of Autobahn greeting us at the door. He gave us a little snap of how they operate and set us up with Fabricio right away. Fab listened to my wants/needs as my car needed to work for my interior design business and needed to be family friendly too. He really tried to narrow the search and then proceeded to have us test drive within minutes. All of the staff at Autobahn were professional and pleasant. Utterly disappointed. Found a car on internet I was interested in. Called and spoke with salesperson who assured me that they have room to negotiate price but I needed to come in to the dealership. Drove 2 hours oneway. When said and done they offered me $200 off on a $32,000 car. Is that a joke? Would not have been a problem if they were straight with me from the get-go. No room to negotiate? Not a problem. Be upfront and say so. No integrity.
What else would they lie about? This is classic "say anything to get 'em into the dealership first" tactic, a variation on bait-and-switch.

Whole experience was easy and free flowing with Brandon Downer. Didn't feel pressured into buying (although I did walk away with a 2016 Camaro SS). They let me take it for a test drive which a previously visited Chevy dealership refused to let me do. Chevy dealer must have figured I wasnt serious about buying the car for some reason. Over at Autobahn however everybody was very professional. Nobody was overly pushy about warranty items which I appreciated. The only hiccup was with the car delivery(I live in Rhode island and wasn't transferring plates). I was told it would be ready "in the morning" so I took the morning off. I finally got the car by about 4pm which kinda messed up my work schedule. Just plan accordingly.
My son and I bought a car today at Autobahn - it was actually fun. We had fun with our sales professional and managers, bob, Kyle and Anthony and I actually enjoyed spending money on a car for my son. Very well done and exceptional service ... highly recommended.

Their sale representative is very professional and nice. Dwayne, the one who helped me explains a lot knowledge about the car to me, and show all the service record like tire and brake measurement to me. That kind of factor is very important for making decision, after all, when shopping around the cars, the final price differences between is largely within 1000, the brakes and tires difference can easily change the decision. Besides that, Dwayne has demonstrate me on how the good sound system makes a good difference, which makes me know I actually can't bear with car without premium sound system. He tries his best and with the the help of his manager to give me the best deal for the car. Highly recommend Autobahn, and the sales representative Dwayne, they did a very good business.

THIS REVIEW IS GOING TO BE LONG BUT PLEASE DO READ IT BECAUSE IT MIGHT SAVE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND MONEY !!! So here we go... Monday I went to this dealership to do a trade my car for a used BMW, i was being helped by sales person name Kyle. Things went smooth and we made a deal but unfortunately my dad who was not around at the moment was the title owner of the car that i was trading so i was told by the sales person to get a power of attorney signed by my father and by Friday i'll get to take the car home (interesting part is the car i purchased was unavailable at the moment and i was told that its in BMW dealership getting checked two days in Wednesday i called the BMW dealership to find out the status of the car or if they have heard about this car by giving them the vin: shocking news was released to me that this car never came through the BMW dealership for inspection, as i was told by the sales rep at Autobahn USA that he'll find out about the car and will call back...he never called back...4 days later i haven't seen the car i purchased so i decided to show up in autobahn and asked for the car...for good 20 min i was ignored when asked why i was there i was told to come back after two hours to see the car, when i finally test drove the car it was complete opposite of what they listed and mentioned on there advertisement, when i asked the sales rep he played dumb acted like he doesn't know anything... so on Friday i brought all the paper work that they asked but they weren't satisfied and asked to bring more paper work on following Monday and i get to take the car..Monday came i called Autobahn USA and sales rep Kyle said that he doesn't know where the car is and i have to wait till next Wednesday for the car... after fighting an arguing with them i some how got my deposit back......BOTTOM LINE I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BUY OR SELL THERE CAR BECAUSE THIS DEALER AND HIS EMPLOYEE'S HAVE NO CLUE WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONCE YOU PAY THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY YOU ARE LAST PRIORITY .... I HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS.....

As a woman not knowing much about cars, I went into the dealership with my "rent a husband" who actually belonged to a co-worker, and much to my surprise... was not needed. The experience was professional, transparent and I also received a great price for my trade in. Check out the finance guy too, he's magic. The customer service is amazing and I will continue to use them in the future, for general maintenance and refer them to my friends and family. Love my new car and the price was way below market!!

Enjoyed a positive vehicle buying experience with a sales associate Bob Walker. He was courteous and patient while addressing our concerns. We believe we were fairly treated and not pressured. The two cups of Starbucks coffee were a plus too!
I would have given the dealer a 5 star but the Finance Manager George Matta is very rude and sarcastic. Our salesman Sean Mitchell was amazing! We loved working with him but it all went downhill when Sean was showing us a video and George shut the computer off and introduced himself. It was very rude. We had our own finance prior to making the purchase but George said he could beat the interest rate. He needs to be honest and explain things correctly because the entire process was extremely confusing (and this wasn t our fist vehicle purchase). When we wouldn t sign the paperwork because he turned our 72 month loan into an 84 month loan because he said the payments would be more affordable (not exactly sure why he felt that we couldn t afford the higher payment) but he got annoyed and said ok let s go over this very slowly so you can understand and at that point I was done and we just wanted out of his office. We had to come home and refinance the loan and go with the one we originally had. The only reason we purchased the vehicle was because Sean did an amazing job. Furthermore I ve never purchased a vehicle that didn t have a full tank of gas. We drove an hour to get there and had to stop to fill the tank because they only gave us a quarter tank of gas and there was a lot of traffic.
I had a good experience at Autobahn USA when purchasing a two year old car I found listed on CarFax. The car was in excellent condition and my salesman Fabricio worked hard to make all things as easy as possible, including turning in my lease car at a nearby dealer. In fact, Fabricio went out of his way to have his atutobody shop fix a blemish on my lease car at a very reasonable cost. It's great to know about this dealership with its unique and polished inventory of pre-owned vehicles.
Best car buying experience I have ever had. Very nice, clean dealership. My salesman JD was very personable, low pressure, easy going. The "back room finance guy" Paul was also low pressure, easy going and friendly. Didn't try to pressure me into warrantee but laid all out and I bought the warrantee because it's a great value. Love my new (to me) Audi A6 - looks, drives and feels like a new car for half the price!

At first I gave this place 5 stars because I thought everything had gone & would continue to go smoothly. Needless to say I have since changed my opinion & edited the review.
I went in 4 days ago & thought everything was fine/all set. I liked how quickly everything was handled. Delivery was set for tonight. I was not notified that anything was missing for the deal to be completed. They dropped the ball completely. I'll be paying for a rental out of pocket. Now I have no idea when delivery is occurring.

I've been to many many dealerships and this one stood out among the rest. The salesman and manager were very friendly and understanding. They were patient with the sale and it were extremely catering. I've walked away from many dealerships without a sale, happy to have escaped the pressure tactics but this place was very far from pushy and more than happy to let me explore their inventory to get a feel for what I'm looking for. Very pleased, will visit again.

I live in Maine and had 5 months left on my lease. Was in the market for a Mini convertible and saw one at Autobhan online. We made an appointment that day and made the drive. I wasn t expecting much because of my lease. It was so easy! They arranged it so I turned my lease in early and even drove the car up to Maine for me to register it and took my old car for me! Was so easy!
