I was about to buy the 2016 BMW 428i Gran Coupe from Autobahn. But because of the bad customer service from Matt Waters, I decided not from them. You are not allowed to test drive a car if you say your budget is a bit lesser than their advertised price of the car. You will be insulted. If you show them a better available deals in other dealerships, you are asked to just go there and buy! Also you will hear so many bad comments about the other dealerships who advertise lesser price! Autobahn, please train your employees to respect the customers and teach them how to deal if the customer offered price doesn't work for you!
