We recently had a new air conditioning unit installed in our home, and let me tell you, the experience from beginning to end was absolutely perfect. Jeff Johnson who was the assigned PM was very professional, respectful and thorough when going over the details with us. The team that installed the Air Conditioning Unit were great as well - they were punctual, efficient, professional and also very thorough in explaining the operation of the air conditioning unit. Overall - this was a 5 star experience - and I will most definitely be referring friends, family, co-workers to Arpis. We had our furnace and ducts cleaned. Arpis was here for almost 2 hours when another duct cleaning truck pulled up at my neighbors house, their truck left about 45 minutes later and Arpis was still here cleaning our ducts for another hour after they left. This is the difference in company's. My house is Dust Free. Thanks Arpis !! And a special thanks to Chris (one of our cleaners) who was extremely personable!

I've had Arpi's visit my home on 2 occasions in the last couple of years since I bought my home. My house was built in 1980, so my furnace is certainly aging. In both visits they gave me solutions to the problem I had been currently experiencing, but did mention that a new furnace in the next couple of years would be recommended. On both occasions, the technician that visited was kind, courteous and quick to solving the problem. I would recommend Arpi's and will be calling them when I do eventually get around to replacing my aging furnace.

As a former employee of Arpi's I didn't hesitate in contacting them for my A/C install as I value the quality provided by the trusted technicians who work there. They did an excellent job in taking care of the install as well as clean up and explanation of everything I needed to know. I had a new HE furnace and HE hot water tank installed. The team did an incredible job addressing my concerns and neatly tucking in the piping. Quality and craftsmanship was excellent. They also made modifications to accommodate my AC unit and clean up the previous pipe runs. Professional and courteous. 5-STAR!

Your representative was very courteous, friendly and professional. We really appreciated him checking our carbon monoxide detector and advising us we need to replace them and why. Also explained very well what we he found with our furnace and gave us tips on when to change furnace filter and why its so important. A very good employee.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this buisness. Needless to say I had 4 companies come in to quote us on a replacement furnace. Each of the companies carried from complete salesmanship to good quality representatives but high prices. Arpis was the last one we had come in. John was amazing and answered all my questions with honesty and integrity. He was able to accommodate all my requests and gave me quotes on a few different units . Even after that I was able to call with questions I had afterwards (even after 5pm he was more than willing g to help with my questions). The day of install was smooth and seamless. The installer Clinton and his co worker were polite and got straight to work finishing a furnace install in just 4 - 4.5 hours when I was sure it would be an all day project. They tested everything out and when everything was good to go they called me down to give me the run down of the new unit. I would 100% use them again for their service and prices. Good job guys!

We've dealt with Arpi's for almost 30 years and have always been happy with their service. They seem to be getting even better. Our last HVAC surface with Vanessa was absolutely spot on.

Vanessa did a very fine job of diagnosing and fixing the furnace problem. Her communications were excellent, before and during the service ca l.

I had a Hoymie Damper replaced. Jacob was excellent as usual and he was able to get my thermostat working the way I wanted.

First time I had this technician, Habte, and was very impressed. He not only completed the jobs he was requested to do very satisfactorily, but he took the time to explain alot of the care and operation of the furnace, humidifier and hot water tank. I'd like to have this technician again on my next maintenance work as per the aforementioned.

Delivered services as promised, left the site clean and well organized. There was one little hiccup with the installation but Kent came the next day and rectified the problem.

We recently replaced the Garage Heater and engaged Arpi's Industries to complete the replacement heater.

The entire process was handled promptly and the end price was exactly as quoted.

The installers Alex and David arrived on time and continued working until the heater was installed. They were polite and left the job site clean.

In September 2020 I contacted Arpi's to have a service tech out to do my boiler maintenance. The Company sent out James Neale. I was very impressed with James he was punctual and when he got to the house, I live SW of Calgary , he looked and acted with a very professional manner. The work on my boiler went very well and I was very satisfied. James was happy to answer my many questions with a lot of patience. I ask a lot of questions. James was following covid protocols and made me comfortable with that. In the end I was so happy with James's work and demeanor that I had him back to do work I had been putting off.
All in all I was very satisfied with James the Tech and the folks I dealt with at the office. I would deal again with Arpi's and in particular would be happy to have James Neal back again to do work at the house.

A few weeks ago I requested Arpi"s perform a Preventative Maintenance check on the furnace they had installed in 2015.
They booked an appointment for January 11th. and sent me a reminder email on January 10th. saying the tech would be at our house between
10 and 12 on the 11th and the tech (Robert) arrived at 10:20.
The interior and exterior checks were all performed within an hour with one faulty furnace part being replaced under warranty. The area around the furnace was left neat and tidy and before he left, Rob demonstrated a water leak detector that can be positioned on the floor by the water heater or washing machine and emits a loud beep if it senses water flowing across the floor; we purchased the detector.

Always very happy with Arpi's service and will continue to deal with them
for preventative maintenance checks any emergency furnace repairs that may be required in the future.

Arpi s Industries in Calgary is a joke! I wouldnt give them 1 full star; bought an AC unit from Arpis, worked great.. 6 days before the warrenty is up; the AC unit decides to not blow out cold air.. so call Airpi s talk to Jim on the phone tell him what s up; he get my contact info and informs me that this unit is still under warrenty.. to inwhich he says we can get a service technician out to see what s up (since its under warrenty, this would be free of charge).. the worker whom I couldnt understand his english checked the pressure of the AC unit said was fine, and legit did not check thermastat or furnace.. takes his tablet out and says ok; thatll be $131.25... he didnt do anything, and charged me when Jim at head office in Calgary told me it was under warrenty for this!! The service guy on top of that was 45 minutes late...They took advantage of a young female; they may as well sell used cars!! Complete joke; they do not follow warrenty and what was said over the phone and took place did not happen. Terrible service and shady people that are all about $ and not service!
45 minutes late, $131.25 charge for checking the pressure of the unit and at my house for 5-7minutes. And terrible service and lack of communication, no thanks!

Had a furnace issue in this cold snap and arpis was quick to fix it. They were prompt and very thorough with the work.

We received Five Star Service from our Arpi's and our Service Technician, Erwin. Erwin showed up early and worked diligently for hours to maintain and repair our air conditioning unit, all while educating me on the maintenance and care of our unit. While Erwin couldn't resolve our leak issue without letting the unit sit overnight, he made extra effort to schedule a next-day appointment to resolve the issue. A stroke of good luck to have found Arpi's and to have the most professional, kind and pleasant Erwin as our technician. I would highly recommend Arpis.

I discovered Arpis when I purchased my current home 3 years ago. Previous owners recommend them and their sticker was on the furnace. I have been happy with the past repair and regular maintenance I had received so I didn't hesitate to include Arpis when I became time to get quotes for a replacement. Hands down most professional and knowledge of the 3 companies I contacted. After reviewing the options and price points which were much more thoroughly explained by the Arpis rep (I learned a lot about furnaces/considerations/options) I decided to go ahead with the upgrade. I went with the 90K BTU Lennox 2 stage model EL296 as it offered the best value and fit for my home. Great presale experience.

Installation truely amazed me. They got me booked for install right away. David Wilder and his helper arrived 10 minutes early with my new furnace and materials all ready to go. They finished the install same day and even noticed some duct work that had come apart that I was not aware of and fixed it up. That really impressed me, truely above and beyond. I was fully expecting the "surprise extra charges" at the end for the extra duct work. I was charged exactly what I was quoted, nothing more. David said don't worry about it as the duct piece it required was inexpensive and it was more important to him that the system works properly and that I'm happy with it. Amazing attention to detail, thoroughly inspected and corrected the entire HVAC system, not just installed the new appliances and rush off like others I've heard nightmares about. Thank you Arpis for providing top notch professionals and for honoring your original quote. Thank you David for your hard work and going the extra mile. Truely exceptional, keep it up!

I'm really appreciated Tech person - Adi Garibovic incredible service with reasonable price. He is knowledgeable and got things done very quickly.

Just had an extraordinary experience with Arpi's. I had a furnace stop working at 4:30pm two days before Xmas. We called Arpi's immediately. They made is very clear upfront there was a call out fee, regardless of what they found. We had the error code, furnace model and everything they needed to come with the right parts.

The tech came around later in the evening, poked around for 30 minutes and declared we needed a new motor. He promptly quoted us $2500 for parts and labour. That's right, the retail cost of the entire furnace itself. I asked for a breakdown of the parts and labour cost and he refused to supply it, just saying it was a all in cost. Which is beyond bizarre. There are 3 motors in the furnace, each which will have a different cost and labour cost to replace, but he would not even explain which one (the most expensive one, which was not in the error code, is $400 online.)

I told him this was simply unacceptable and we could not afford it and asked to speak to his manager. which he refused as it was after hours. In the end we decided to freeze through the night rather than be extorted. In the morning I called a different company, who got there in a couple hours, quickly found the issue with the condensor not draining, and fixed it in under 10 minutes. No parts needed, and although it was xmas eve, they still came in cheaper for the call out and labour than just the call out from Arpi's. They were astounded by the Arpi's story, and noted that any one with any experience with furnaces would have found the issue in seconds from the symptoms. Not only was the Arpi's tech woefully under-qualified, but he tried to extort us for a crazy amount of money to cover his lack of knowledge. Needless to say, trying to call his manager today did not work. They are off for Xmas already, but can't even work out how to put a message on their phone system to that effect.

Clearly, if you have a furnace in need of repair, go anywhere but here.

Technician Kent is very knowledgeable, providing additional information to customer on safety aspects on furnace use and precautionary measures to take in case of a failure. Professional and courteous staff. I live in a condo and the installers practiced enhanced safety with frequently use of hand sanitizer, wearing of masks and maintaining physical distance between ourselves. They brought drop cloths to protect my hardwood floors and tidied up upon completion. John walked through the features of the unti I had purchased and final price was as quoted. Would definitely recommend Arpi's.

My experience with Arpis went very well. Kevin sized and measured everything and Brock and his helper installed the furnace and AC. Brock was able to answer all my questions in great detail.

The Service technician was prompt, professional, and answered all my questions in a timely patient manner. I had asked for a senior technician as my furnace is very old. The technician, Ryan Kromm, seemed very knowledgeable and I felt confident he would be able to clean and maintain my 20-year-old furnace, and to determine if there were any issues. Nobody wants to have to replace a water heater and a furnace at the same time. But if you have to (or you just need one or the other or repair), Arpi's is definitely a great company to work with.

Pricing wise they were very reasonable and the cost of the job came in exactly as quoted. They explained exactly what needed to be done (in my case an update to venting was also needed) in a way that was easy to understand and logical.
The day of the job they showed up on time and reminded me of the plan and how long it would take. Both technicians were super friendly and professional and worked very hard throughout the day, giving me periodic updates as to their progress.
When the job was done they went through everything thoroughly with me and left an easy to follow guide of what i needed to do to register the product for warranty and have the city inspect. They also did a thorough clean up job. The whole process was as painless as can be!

I had used Apri's once before to repair an issue and although that transaction was brief, it did make me appreciate their professionalism. I'm happy that for a bigger job they were just as consistent in their product and service offering. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help with heating, cooling or plumbing needs.

We were advised at the end of last season that our A/C unit needed repair or replacing. We decided to replace it so phoned Arpi's as they have serviced our equipment since we built our home. Rob quickly determined our needs and gave us a couple of options. Our service appointment was booked within a week. David and William installed our new unit today. I am very impressed with the knowledge and work i got. I ended up buying my own thermostats and was told that they could imstall them but it wont be covered under warranty. I would like to thank the two gentlemen who did an outstanding job installing our furnace, they even checked out the hot water tank which had a leak and notified me. If i could give 10 stars i would, highly recommend if anyone is looking for a new furnace to be installed.

Great experience. Kirk came to my house, quickly assessed my needs, and provided options in a clear manner. He set me up with portable heaters until the furnace install. Competitive pricing versus a couple other quotes I got . Kirk listened to my priorities balanced against my desired spend level, versus just trying to upsell me.

For the install, Jason and Matthew were skilled and professional. They were running just a few minutes late from a previous job, but called to update me. I was told by Attco it might be two parts to replace but When Adam from Arpi s came in,
To fix my furnace he told me U don t need replace both part it was not necessary to replace both just need one part only to fix your furnace will be fine and running again.
So helped me save some money for the December month and also did the tune up and did a chk up so I don t run in to any other or more problems.

Arpi's thermostat quit working in my house, Phoned to ask technical question, customer rep unable to help or pass me onto someone who could. Only response was, 1 1/2 month booking. I told her winter is coming. Zero customer service for their installed equipment.

Called regarding a furnace that wouldn't engage and they were at our house within 2 hours. Technician (James) was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Had the part in his truck so everything was handled on this one trip. Pleased, and will use them again.

I have been troubled by my furnace since I purchased my home. Previous owners having done some work and mickey moused things here and there. Finally able to afford to get it looked at and upgrade to the smart thermostats. After Rob came out and assessed things, their tech Vanessa came and worked on it. Things were a bit more troublesome than initially thought but Vanessa explained what her process was, what her plan was, what she was finding and what she was doing. She was amazing! Didn't try to up sell anything, didn't take shortcuts. Charged me for not only what they estimated but less as she wasn't able to do all the work and the fix will ultimately need some different parts/work. In the meantime she got the system up and running! I have never had such a great experience. Not treated like a dummy or irrelevant. Highly recommend her and Arpi's this time!

I recently had an air conditioner installed, I worked with Wayne H from sales who was awesome in providing me multiple options, pricing and warranty details as well as patiently answering my questions. Wayne was able to get me a very quick installation date, the installers arrived on schedule to begin the install process. John M and William W were the installers, this team did a great job on the entire installation, these guys are real pros, they were very neat, they were meticulous on all fronts of the install as well as a thourough explaination of the care and maintenance of the unit. Our furnace stopped working early in the morning and by 2:00pm the same day, everything was fixed!! Excellent customer service from when I called in the morning through to the furnace tech fixing the problem. Highly recommend Arpi's!

We had Arpi s come in for a few plumbing issues. They had good communication and arrived promptly. They helped us source parts for a specialty shower unit, gave advice, and resolved our toilet issues quickly and professionally. Their service was great and we will call them again in the future.

Tim and Erin were excellent and explained everything about my new system. My home was pretty weird in terms of how pipes and ducts were setup, but they navigated and fixed my heating system and it looks great. They cleaned up and I felt confident in the work they did. Thanks guys.

Arpi's service tech was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They called earlier to see if they could arrive ahead of schedule and once arrived did a thorough assessment of my furnace. In just over 1 hour they repaired the furnace and ran a diagnostic check.
The only deterrent was I had to wait 3 days to get an appointment, but as the repair was for the second furnace this was just a minor inconvenience.
