DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!

Very rude and unqualified supervisors that not only refuse to train you on your first day, but also harass their own employees that have worked there for months.

Also, you work 12 hour shifts with no breaks! Not even a lunch break. Absolutely pathetic place of employment. Keep in mind these are only a few of the problems going on at Longmont Dairy. What they are doing to their employees is highly illegal. definitely going to call the labor board on this place.

Had them before and loved them. Just signed up again and can't wait for my next delivery. Everything I've tried from them has been straight up quality! This order, I'm gonna try the oat milk and banana bread :) Greg D. Got me signed up and you can tell he not only cares about what he does, but he actually believes in the product, they're lucky to have an employee like him. Keep up the good work!

Very poor experience. Representative came by explaining their delivery service, prices, etc. Set up and paid for delivery to start following week. We didn't receive our delivery. When we contacted the company, we were told the driver noticed "someone following them picking up the deliveries after they were dropped off." IF this is true, which I highly doubt, wouldn't you think to contact the authorities and report this individual? And IF you had delivered, wouldn't you have taken your empty bottles which is why I seriously doubt you ever delivered but you felt compelled to keep your money. Thanks, but no thanks. Your prices are crazy compared to the stores and the majority of your products you sell are not even your own product.

Great, delicious milk, cream, cheese, yogurt and breads. Wonderful service. Love this company.

We have been serviced by Longmont dairy for over 15 months and are extremely happy with service and quality.

We mainly started this to have high quality milk for our child but have really enjoyed the range of product from coffee, lemonade, breads, cheese and more. Many of the items they deliver are from other local businesses and it is wonderful that we can enjoy fresh local products delivered weekly to our door.

Order changes with the online platform are easy and have great service when calling. One instance in the 60+ deliveries we have had, was there an order error, I called and it was corrected without objection.

Our driver has always been fantastic between accepting order changes from a hand written note to even taking a few minutes to clean up when a bottle was broken on our porch.

The service here during the pandemic has shown why we are Longmont dairy customers.

These people seem to think they are special, they are not. When a person has a huge NO SOLICITING sign on their front door, it means you don't want to be solicited.... period, no excuses. They guys come to your door, ignore the sign, ring your bell, wake up the baby, upset your dogs, etc. WOW! I will NEVER do business with these people.

Excellent customer service! My milk delivery schedule ended up changing, I made 1 quick 10 minutes or less phone call and they credited me immediately for the spoiled food (due to the change in schedule.

Product is always great but here s why I left the review. The delivery driver was at my porch for quite sometime this morning and I could not figure out why. I realized with the strong winds my cooler blew off my porch shattering the empty jugs in the cooler into our garden. The delivery driver cleaned it up, replaced my cooler and everything, given I have a ring doorbell I have it all on camera. He spent almost 15 minutes doing all this, that is what I call customer service.

Product wise, their chocolate milk and pink lemonade are amazing.

There are so many reasons I love Longmont Dairy! Their milk is amazing. Their customer service has been top-notch! And it's so easy to change orders either on the fly or well in advance! And as someone else pointed out, I can save the one thing that doesn't get re-used (the caps) and turn them in for money for a school of my choice! Grade A++++++!!

We have been with LD for over 2 years and could not be more pleased with them. My son had trouble taking to cows milk (at 6 mos) and refused every other kind we gave him, organic and inorganic.
We went to a farmers market, walked by and they offered us a free glass. By the time I turned around, my son had downed the glass and drank two more! They sent us home with a bottle to see how he did with it for a few days and we were hooked.
We feel that their products are safe and healthy for our family. LD is a wonderful company and I recommend them to all of our friends.

A salesperson chased me down from the street to my front door to try samples of milk. When I did and said I'd sign up later on my own, he insisted I do it at that moment. As I signed up, he told me I could skip deliveries any time at my convenience. I did this periodically because I am only one person and do not need three containers of milk every week. I got an email essentially saying that Longmont Dairy can't continue delivering to me because I don't order enough items to support the paycheck of their delivery drivers. I was confused as I was told when I signed up that I could skip at any time. Shady sales people, awful customer service. Happy to no longer be a customer with them, as it wasn't even something I really wanted in the first place.

In this day and age of poor customer service, it is refershing to deal with Longmont Dairy. The milk is great and the two times I have called the office with minor issues, they have been easily and happily resolved. Longmont Dairy makes me happy!

At first when I began ordering here the service was great! Then over time the service began to lack, they were making many mistakes with our order like bringing my standing order when I wanted to skip a week. The other reason I really don't like this place is they don't put an expiration date on their milk ever. Over the holidays I placed an online order for some cranberry white chocolate chip cookie dough and they brought an m&m cookie dough! I have a security camera and they bring the milk at around 2am so in the summer that can spoil your milk just an FYI. Then they tried to blame me for their mistake. Just too difficult for them it seems to get my order right so I'm going back to the grocery store for my milk, and they have glass bottles and expiration dates at the grocery store.

Beware when doin there door delivery service they keep charging you even when you canceled weeks of service being out of town. My card had fraud and shut off and they immediately stopped delivering my 3 year old daughter's milk. So I called and they said owed 80 some odd $ If I paid that I wouldn't be charged anymore and my account would be closed. Kept getting more charges and they have now threatened to take it to collections.( mind you these ladys were very rude and had a nasty attitude). Better off buying from store it's way cheaper. I will give them this the strawberry milk is really good.

Guy for the company was driving through my neighborhood and asked me if I wanted free samples. I said of course I can t turn down free samples. He explained to me that I need to sign up for an account to get the samples and that if I decide to order their products, they deliver them to my door. I asked him why he needed my credit card number and he said it was just for the account to be registered and if I decide to order a delivery, my card will be charged. I asked him at least three times to make sure there would be no fees unless if I order a delivery. He said again there aren t any fees unless if I manually put in an order for delivery. I got an email from the company the next day regarding my account. I emailed and asked them to make sure I wouldn t be charged a fee if I didn t put in an order. They said I won t be charged unless if I put in an order. Sure enough, a cooler with milk showed up on my doorstep. I emailed them and said how I had gotten a delivery and I never ordered anything and wanted to make sure I wouldn t be charged. They emailed me back saying unfortunately you will be charged for this order. I called the office and said what had happened and threatened that if they charge me, I ll dispute the charge on my credit card and they supposedly canceled the charge. The sales person for the company basically asked me what kind of milk I drink and put in a delivery without telling me probably to get a sale or commission. Extremely deceiving. Very slimy.

A no soliciting sign on a door means just that. No soliciting! Stop putting your fliers on doors of people that have state they don't want them. It isn't a hard concept.

EDIT: I just shooed off your door to door salesman about a week after writing this review. If they come back, I'm calling the BBB.

I used their home delivery service for just under a year and loved having the cooler filled every Tuesday morning. The items were always super fresh and tasty! If we weren't moving out of state, I would continue to use them for years to come

Can't drink any other milk now. The delivery is amazing as well.

Greg was so helpful with getting us set up to have deliveries. He even still responds to our questions even though we are set up. His customer service is top notch. The products are so amazing and fresh. My daughter even commented on how good the milk tastes compared to milk from the store. Highly recommend Longmont Dairy.

The milk is always fresh (lasts longer than store bought, and tastes WAY better!!!) The chocolate milk is addicting (it tastes like drinking a Dove Milk Chocolate, again, WAY better than anything I've ever purchased in the store).
The glass bottles are also one of the reasons I am totally converted to this particular dairy's milk - never a plastic-y taste, ever. I can't even do regular store milk anymore. It's worth the extra cost to have it delivered, I discovered. Rather than planning my store trips around when my milk is expected to go bad, I can actually just have my milk delivered, and shop the farmer's markets for fresher stuff in season, making my trips to the regular grocery even less. It saves me time and planning hassle, which has actually paid off in the end.

Been getting milk delivered for several years. Love the glass bottles! Recently they added homemade bread which is delicious. So is the chocolate milk.

The milk and food products are great, but the customer service is lacking. I was a happy customer for several years, but canceled my delivery from poor customer service. Instead of getting 6 bottles of 1%, I received 6 bottles of whole milk. I emailed in the morning and was instructed to call in order to have the problem fixed. The first lady I spoke with seemed put out about me wanting the correct milk I ordered replaced. When I called back, I spoke with a lady who was very nice, and offered to comp my order at no charge, sounds great, right? Super nice!... but later that day the milk was picked up and no new milk dropped off... I called back to see why, and was informed that there was a "miscommunication" and my milk was not going to be delivered, and certainly not for free. You know when people say they are sorry, but they really sound super happy...that kind of customer service:(

Greg D was awesome, very professional. Helped me resign up for Longmont dairy. We choose Longmont Dairy over their competitors because I have a daughter who cannot digest milk from certain breeds of cow.

Some guy just came to our door trying to sell us this stuff. We have a very clear no solicitation sign on our door. I work odd hours and don't want to be disturbed as I may be asleep. Now, even if their products are good, I will go out of my way to tell everyone how this place is terrible.

We used Longmont Dairy for six years, and always had great products and service. That this is a local business with local employees was a plus for our family.

A salesman came to my home and allowed me to try a sample of milk. He then stated I was not signed up for any program. He stated I would be sent an email offering to sign up for the program if I chose to, but would not be signed up unless I chose so through email. Before he left, I asked him again if I was signed up for anything and he said no, just call to have someone pick up the empty milk bottle free sample. I found out a week later that I was signed up for a weekly delivery program without my consent. This not only is a very deceptive business practice, but illegal by federal law. I hope this is just one bad person and not a representation of the entire company. I felt it was important to post my experience publicly to warn others of this business practice. Telling people one thing, baiting them with samples, then signing them up without consent or knowledge is an open door for a class action lawsuit.

I have been a customer of Longmont Dairy for approximately three years. I can't see me going anywhere else for milk! The milk has always been delicious! Sometimes milk from the grocery store has a strange taste to it but milk from Longmont Dairy has always been consistently good. No funny taste. As for the delivery being early in the summer ... it is so we opted to have the delivery driver ring our doorbell so we can get it off the porch when it has been delivered. I know, 3am is a little early to get up and get the milk but for us, it is worth it.

Just recently started service with Longmont Dairy and I am very impressed! I was so excited to learn that they delivered Silver Canyon coffee which i haven t been able to get my hands on outside of Boulder. Also their French Vanilla creamer is THE BEST I have had - you cannot get it this good from any grocery store. Even just the regular 1% milk is incredible - so creamy and delicious! So glad to be a customer, I ll definitely be sticking around!

Longmont Dairy performs a valuable service, providing weekly deliveries of (mostly) dairy products to one's door. The web site for changing the weekly order is excellent, as are the people involved. For a family with weekly needs for items such as eggs, Tillamook cheese, and milk, the service may be invaluable. I, being single, discontinued because my needs were too spotty.

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your quality product, home delivery, and amazing customer service.M y 11 year old son is very slender and at a recent doctors visit, we learned that he had become dangerously so. It was important for us to help him gain some weight as quickly as possible. It was also important to me that he gained his weight in a healthy way. At a 3W race expo, I spoke at length with Kathy about my son. She suggested protein milk, chocolate milk, noosa yougurt, and your full fat milk. I signed up and we started delivery the very next week. Two months later at a weight check, we learned that he had gained almost 7 lbs in two months....WOW! Needless to say, we are thrilled!! Thank you so much for helping me feel good about the food I am feeding my family.

Oh wow, I haven t had service like this in years! Our order was a little messed up, my daughter called to let them know, and not only were they super nice, they fixed things with a smile and with a gift too! Are you kidding me? NO ONE GIVES SERVICE LIKE LONGMONT DAIRY ANYMORE!!!

I ve been ordering my milk from Longmont Dairy for over two years, and it s so much better than store bought dairy. The taste is phenomenal. The one time we had an issue with the milk, they resolved it quickly. Plus it s so fun to wake up Tuesday morning to fresh milk! Highly recommend.

I was a Longmont Dairy customer for probably 8 years, but then I moved out of their service area. Royal Crest did cover my area, so I switched and have been with Royal Crest for 1.5 years. The bottom-line is the Longmont milk and chocolate milk are superior to Royal Crest and the customer service for Royal Crest is significantly lacking. I am no longer a Royal Crest customer.

Our out-of-town guests would always look forward to our special milk from Longmont Dairy. Royal Crest is good, just not as good. If you have a choice between the two, go Longmont just for taste and quality of product. Compare the two yourself side by side at a farmer s market if you have a chance.

My customer service experience and quality of product delivered was polar opposite between the two companies. My experience with Longmont was top notch. Over 8 years, there were a few reasons to contact them and they handled it appropriately and promptly; no issues. Over the last year and a half, between me and my wife, we have had nearly continuous contact with Royal Crest over the same issues (mainly milk delivered with less than promised expiration dates, some as bad as expiring the day after delivery). But we were shorted items on our order several times, had to fetch our delivery from the street because the driver didn t want to drive up our driveway (presumably), dealt with broken eggs, and of course the souring milk issue. Each time, customer service, indicated they would reach out to the driver to correct the issues. It would be better for a week or two and then once again, we were getting milk that was expiring before we consumed it. Royal Crest promises 10 days minimum which you can easily beat with the grocery store. I was most often getting about 7 or 8 days, occasionally 1 to 3 and occasionally 15 or more. Contrasting with Longmont I easily got 2 weeks with no issues; it always tasted fresher. Not once in 8 years with Longmont did we have an issue with milk going bad.

Longmont: Best milk and chocolate milk I have ever had; top-notch customer service; very fresh, long shelf life; felt like valued customer.

Royal Crest: Better than grocery store milk (when you are lucky enough to get it fresh); very poor customer service; unresolved same issue over and over and over; short shelf life; did not feel like a valued customer.

I just started getting delivery and love it. We had milk delivery at home when I was a kid and love the nostalgia of the milk delivery. The milk delivered is so much better than store bought cardboard / plastic milk. There's just no comparison.

I love glass bottle milk and this always tastes fresh. It's easy to skip deliveries, even for multiple weeks. We recently moved and the transfer process was beyond simple. We've had milk stolen from our milkbox on a few occasions and, no questions asked, they either refunded me or delivered milk later that day.

Always dependable delivery and delicious foods. I highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Longmont Dairy until Royal Crest came along. We are saving $2 per gallon now which I am so thankful for. When we cancelled our service with the Longmont Dairy the customer service was awful. When they came to pick up our cooler the delivery driver was extra loud and woke up my whole family. I do not recommend them because of that. Save $2 per gallon and go with Royal Crest.

I placed an order about two weeks ago by phone and called to make sure it was delieverd today but guess what? I was not in there system and now I have no milk, eggs, orange juice. I am better off going to the grocery store and buying organic milk. ect. Either they have some real ding bats recording their orders or their IT support really stinks.

We have been loyal customers for over eight years and have never been unhappy. Their customer service and outstanding product make ordering from them a no-brainer. Highly recommended!!!!

This is the freshest milk I have had since I worked for a dairy many years ago. I have had it delivered to my door weekly for many years. It is simply the freshest available.

When a person has a sign on their door ,that is quite large, that says no soliciting ,no flyers and no leaflets you think a business would respect that.Not this company. If they cannot follow a simple sign, makes me wonder how conducting business with them would go?

We are big fans! This company adds a personal touch to their service and you really get the local business treatment. There have been a few minor mistakes but were resolved quickly and without fuss. The personnel are pleasant to deal with if you have questions and the delivery folks are too. Great product, great people, and good prices for what you get.

We love the quality of all of the products offered and especially enjoy the seasonal flavors! We have had the same Milkman for over a decade now, he is so quiet he never even wakes our pup with those early morning deliveries! The ease of ordering and changing my standing order online is another plus - and our delivery has always been correct. For us Suburbanites, this is one of our special Farm to Table opportunities.

No clue about the milk. Don't intend on trying it anyways. My low rating is for the fact that we have a no soliciting sign directly on our door. Now I will say the guy didn't knock or ring the bell he just left the flyer... BUT, I have him on my security camera standing at the end of my driveway and taking a picture of my house. Why on earth would a milk delivery service need a picture of my house? Dont come on my property again.

Delicious milk! Love having the milk in glass bottles! It shocked me that even my 2 year old even can tell the difference in taste and will ask for "glass milk" repeatedly if I try to pour him milk from a plastic grocery store milk jug. The chocolate milk and whipping cream are delicious also! Thank you, Longmont Dairy!

I will never go back to store bought milk again. The difference in taste is astounding. We have our milk, coffee cream (half and half) and orange juice delivered every Thursday. I highly recommend the eggnog during the holiday months and pink lemonade in the summer.

I love Longmont Dairy. I have been a customer for 10 years. They have great customer service and the milk is so good. I love glass bottle milk. They offer other dairy products as well. Everything is always fresh and delivered as requested. I love that they offer money to schools for the Milk Cap program.

Hello I am a boulder native I am a young adult and wanted to share my experience working for these guys. I applied through an add on indeed that promised 20 and up for night time driving. Only Delema is it's at night but me scrappy for Penny's I set an interview. They told me the driving position was taken and there was an opening in the ware house pay cut forsure but it worked better for me. It being during the day. The catch was they hired me on temporary to see what I could do I was getting paid half of what I was promised and worked a 7 hour shift without a brake or any contact with someone who could tell my why I couldent take lunch but every one else was. I shrugged it off and worked the hole shift. I was told ide get a call and a week and a half passed and no call finally the hiring guy contacted me back saying sorry he dident contact me back and unfortunately the warehouse was full so I said okay thanks and was re you dy to end the conversation when he said there was a driving position available. I said ide love to but I really need a job and I cant do this again he said it wont and to make a long story short it did once again the driver was rude and manipulative. I was getting paid 7 an hour for this and worked a full night shift it then took 2 and a half woken for them to contact me and send me my 2 day check via mail. Long story short this place is shameful it uses people that are in dire need of work and manipulate cheep labor and uninsured temp shifts. If you look on indeed for dairy Crest they still have the add up and have had it up since last fall. I understand this will not change alot but If it werent for family this place would have made me homeless. Fake milk producing jerks

We have been using Longmont Dairy for years. The milk is amazing and the service is beyond incredible. Today we woke-up and for some reason there was no milk :( -- I called and a wonderful woman answered immediately (what? no computer prompts??!!) turns out we had an old cc# and email address, whoops!! I updated the info with her, and she told me she would let me know when we would see our order (probably within 24hours). Here is the kicker!!! I just looked outside and our milk was being delivered, I haven't been off the phone with her for 30mins!!!!! Holy COW!! AMAZING SERVICE. LOVE Longmont Dairy!!!!!

Great products, love the chocolate milk and their orange juice. Never had any issues with delivery and their website is great. Only reason i went 4 stars is because they dont offer full gallons, just half or quarts

Came to our house today and gave us free samples of their milk. It tastes fresh and my daughter loves the strawberry milk. The guy who came to our door was so friendly and not pushy. We were not hesitant at all to sign up for fresh milk. Their products are from grass fed cows with no hormones or antibiotics added. They are local and deliver right to your door.

We have used Longmont for years and have loved the service. That being said, out of all of the other companies we used for weekly or regular service they are the only one that has ever had a rep come by and say thank you. A couple of weeks ago Greg D came by the house with some products to try(most of which we had not) and to say thank you for being a customer. In my book that says a whole lot about how a company is run. Thank you for always doing a great job, we will be customers for life!!!

Longmont's chocolate milk is a treat for those of us recalling childhood, but when we began hosting a high school exchange student from Brazil the chocolate milk was a link to home for him. His standard breakfast before school was always a glass of chocolate milk with a side of buttered toast. We just by chance had a quart of chocolate milk from Longmont on hand and were able to make our student feel more at home than he had hoped. Needless to say we have doubled our chocolate milk order!

Geoff is great.... product is excellent....rain, snow or shine, I always have staples at the house. The milk keeps for a long time as well. I will never willingly drink grocery store milk again. 5 stars if they bring back peeled hard boiled eggs!

SO impressed with this company! As a pregnant mamma with an 18 month old, we go thru 3 gallons a week. These kind hearted people deliver to our home a SUPERIOR product. Their whole milk has produced quite the chunky, healthy,glowing toddler,as well as keeping my growing baby (en eutero) full of quality nutrition and calcium.
Their customer service is outstanding, and the delivery of the eco friendly glass bottles is on point all year round. Their honesty about the treatment of their cows is full of integrity, and I would HIGHLY recommend Longmont dairy to any avid dairy consumer. I even make yogurt out of the whole milk- delicious! Always produces a fantastic product,and is also tasty to drink plain. Thank you, Longmont Dairy!

Love Longmont Dairy! We were so excited to have milk delivery when we moved to Colorado 2 years ago. We originally signed up with another delivery service, but quickly switched to Longmont after trying their milk. My kids love their regular and flavored milks, as well as their juices. The glass bottles are great and really do affect the taste of the milk. The eggs, cheese, and yogurt are just a plus. I've never had an issue with customer service, and being able to make order changes up to the evening before, or skip deliveries, is very helpful. Also, when my kids wanted to taste the Longmont samples at a recent Farmer's Market (because they like it that much) I had to fess up that we already get Longmont delivery. The lady was super nice, thanked us for our business, and gave me a nice clear glass Longmont Dairy mug for free. Sadly, I fear Longmont has created some "milk snobs" in our family.

Been getting milk from them for years. Got a horrible tasting bottle today, called them and they said that they had had phone calls from a production issue two days ago. Why did they keep delivering bad milk instead of halting deliveries ?

I am a big fan of the glass bottles and, in addition to being superior from a taste perspective, it is amazing how many plastic gallon jugs we haven t added to the landfill! After 5 years - close to 1000 for one family!

Their website is very simple and easy to use so easy to adjust deliveries if you need to skip a week or two. We very much appreciated the response during the initial weeks of the COVID pandemic and did not have any interruption in service.

A Longmont Dairy delivery guy just got out of his truck and catcalled me as I was walking my dog in Boulder, telling me I'm "cute." Apparently the delivery staff is lacking etiquette training and utterly unprofessional. I've never ordered anything from this dairy so I can't comment on the quality of the product but I will avoid purchasing from them on ethical grounds.
