In September 2020 I contacted Arpi's to have a service tech out to do my boiler maintenance. The Company sent out James Neale. I was very impressed with James he was punctual and when he got to the house, I live SW of Calgary , he looked and acted with a very professional manner. The work on my boiler went very well and I was very satisfied. James was happy to answer my many questions with a lot of patience. I ask a lot of questions. James was following covid protocols and made me comfortable with that. In the end I was so happy with James's work and demeanor that I had him back to do work I had been putting off.
All in all I was very satisfied with James the Tech and the folks I dealt with at the office. I would deal again with Arpi's and in particular would be happy to have James Neal back again to do work at the house.
