I have nothing but amazing things to say about this buisness. Needless to say I had 4 companies come in to quote us on a replacement furnace. Each of the companies carried from complete salesmanship to good quality representatives but high prices. Arpis was the last one we had come in. John was amazing and answered all my questions with honesty and integrity. He was able to accommodate all my requests and gave me quotes on a few different units . Even after that I was able to call with questions I had afterwards (even after 5pm he was more than willing g to help with my questions). The day of install was smooth and seamless. The installer Clinton and his co worker were polite and got straight to work finishing a furnace install in just 4 - 4.5 hours when I was sure it would be an all day project. They tested everything out and when everything was good to go they called me down to give me the run down of the new unit. I would 100% use them again for their service and prices. Good job guys!
