Vanessa did an awesome job fixing our furnace after we woke up with no heat. Would recommend.

Excellent service quality received from David and William, which was consistent with previous services received from Arpis.

In response to the owner's comment.

1. A furnace operating inefficiently will cause financial hardship not burn my house down. My furnace according to my regular furnace company is running fine for the needs of family.

2.According to the City of Calgary my carbon monoxide detectors are located perfectly and should there be a carbon monoxide leak due to the furnace, the alarms will go off unlike your technician suggesting we may suffer from carbon monoxide poisoning.

3.My son has asthma. Ever since I stared using a 3M 1500 MRP filter as suggested by his doctor and confirmed with Reliance Home Comfort they agreed it is beneficial to use the higher fiber dense filter. Your technician suggested I change filter to the cheaper one to save the life of the furnace but I advised him my son's health is more important and his response was"OK, its your furnace....". This to me shows Arpi's doesn't care about a person well being. In addition your technician should have been wearing a mask. By him not wearing a mask has put us at risk and that shows he doesn't care about other people's health or thoughts.

4. If the owner and Arpi's really had good customer service then they would have made the effort to call me not to try to prove me wrong online. Arpi's is demonstrating a cover up or cop out. Shameful!

Tech came in to conduct free furnace inspection as per Arpi's offering for health care worker's. Appointment was agreed with Arpi's for 3 PM. The supervisor called saying the tech will be there at 2 PM. I suggested to stay with 3 PM as originally booked and per their engagement rules regarding COVID 19 but if they want to show up early I can try to accommodate. The tech called advising he will be there at 2 PM. I mentioned to him I will be at an appointment and the earliest I will be home will be 2:30. He said not worry and to take my time. I arrived at 3 PM and the the tech was condescending at my timing. "What happened for 2:30PM" he rudely commented. Upon the inspection he tried very hard to up sell. This tech used life threatening examples to scare me into buying parts and services.

While I was down stairs locking up the furnace room he proceeded with his scare tactics on my wife. It is then when I came up stairs and said he needed to leave.

Arpi's practices unethical methods to sell. They also treat people as if they are uneducated.

I will never use them again and have been informing all my friends, family, neighbors and coworkers of the horrible experience I had.

My 40 year old furnace failed on a cool Sunday morning and I contacted Arpi s for help. Frankly, I ve always relied on Arpi s for issues as they had done the install and their phone number was on the unit. They ve always been great. On this particular day Rob N. was dispatched and quickly set to work assessing the furnace as he suspected what might be the cause, but wanted to ensure there weren t larger problems present to avoid service on a non-compliant device. Given its age - this likely saved me a good chunk of money to repair the acute problem only to find major issues elsewhere. Sure enough, he found several cracks in the heat exchanger (a common occurrence for old Lennox units I ve learned. He recommended that we don t fix either the switch or the exchanger (code wouldn t allow us to not replace the much more costly exchanger) and consider a new furnace, something we ve contemplated but postponed for over a decade.

Rob was gracious and considerate in discussing the news and exploring options. He understood my reluctance to also replace a 14 year old, yet functioning, hot water heater and we just discussed possible failure modes and how that might play out in our particular basement (not well!). His patience, sincerity and honesty was extremely welcome when delivering unwelcome news. Ultimately we agreed it was time to replace the hot water heater and furnace based on facts - a very comforting feeling and I want to recognize Rob N. for his help in the process.

That Sunday evening we were visited by an Arpi s sales specialist, Kevin, to explore furnace and tank options. He had a comprehensive knowledge of the options available and was able to guide us toward making the best decisions for our situation. Of course we discussed all entry, mid and high level options and had frank discussions about each and collectively looked to extract the best value from our budget. There was no pressure at all and Kevin even offered to go pick us up portable heaters to keep us comfortable while we considered our options. After our research and due diligence we reconnected with Kevin and agreed on a plan and timeframe.

Alas the true heroes of this review are William and Cam who arrived promptly at 8:30am and worked tirelessly til 10pm trying to negotiate all the hidden challenges, obstructions and head-scratchers posed by a 1960 s split level. They looked for every opportunity to improve exterior aesthetics, re-route things neatly inside and openly communicated all options. We were extremely impressed by their professionalism, the quality of their work and their attitude. For a couple of young guys they exhibited a maturity and problem-solving skillset I would expect from experts twice their age. I can t say enough about the job they did for us! Really appreciative for all their efforts getting us back online and kudos to Arpi s for finding such talented young men.

I ve been an Arpi s customer for as long as I ve been a homeowner and they ve always been responsive. But most importantly, honest! Price is price and I didn t seek a competitive quote because I was looking for a company that would help us make the best decision for our family. It s possible I could have found a lower quote but not Arpi s level of service nor the quality of their people. And after seeing the amount of extra work that was involved and included in the quote, I m confident I would have paid more and been much less happy in the end. Can t stress enough just how great the you all were!

They've kept that old Lennox alive well past it s best before date and I was happy they were able to get us into a modem, efficient system. The team of Rob, Kevin, William and Cam were fantastic and each took time away from themselves and their families to help mine. How can we not recognize this service and experience publicly?? Thank you all!

Service person was very polite and amiable. He quickly found issue, and remedied it. Timely and efficient, I found all personnel at Arpi's friendly and knowledgeable. They know what their doing!! Kudos!

Had my furnace fan turning on and off randomly. Technician came same day / was on time / super friendly and worked endlessly to troubleshoot the problem. Through process of elimination we honed on 1 of 2 things it could be and after speaking to the technician and manager I am a very satisfied Arpi's customer and would happily recommend them to my friends and family.

Very professional, caring staff! They took my old humidifier away for me! And checked the smoke/ co2 alarms. I got the flood alarm too. I felt very well taken care off.

Great prompt efficient service by Darryl and Laurri.
Very pleased and will continue using Arpis. We have had our air conditioner unit installed 2015 by them and also furnace serviced in 2015. This August we needed to have our hot water tank replaced due to age. Very happy with everyone and everything. We trust their knowledge and would suggest Arpis to everyone with confidence.

Service was very prompt and comprehensive. Service rep was very thorough and explained what she had done to address our concerns and questions. Very courteous - and careful to not track outside dirt into our home.

I was in the market for an AC unit, so I decided to attend the Home and Garden show. Came across Arpi's display area, and quickly heard good things from the group I was with. So we decided to walk up and get some more info. We were greeted by John C. and after speaking with him, we left our information and decided to get a quote from them.

John C. came to the house to give us a quote after looking at what needed to be done. He was super professional and friendly. Was very knowledgeable, and gave great suggestions as to what would be the best fit for the size of my house. He also quoted my two Aunts the same day and he was once again super thorough and thoughtful with his suggestions, never giving a sense of pressure to get the best one or the most expensive one, but let us have options for the most appropriate one that best fit our needs. So we all decided to go ahead and scheduled an installation appointment.

David and William were in charge of my installation. Right off the bat they were super friendly and personable, talked me through the installation process and what to expect throughout the installation. Their work was perfect, when they were done, they walked me through everything that was done, where everything was located, their work was neat and seamless, everything had a place as though it was always there to begin with. David and William made the installation process a pleasant and educational experience.

I would recommend Arpi's to anyone, so if you are in the market for a new AC/furnace/hot water tank etc, give Arpi's a call and ask for John C, I am sure he will give you the same professionalism and courtesy he gave to us, and if you are to get David and William as your installation specialists, you could be rest assured that quality work will be done.

Driver of the Dodge Ram plate SYK-383 is an absolute danger to anyone near him. See photos. Cut me off twice and brake checked me. I hope the general manager sees this review and reminds this driver to behave behind the wheel especially when driving a company vehicle.

Robert has been to the house twice. First time to clean the furnaces and second time to replace humidifier. He was polite, respectful and did a wonderful job. Changing the humidifier was a difficult job. It is in a very difficult place on the furnace. He was determined to get the job done and worked diligently to achieve the end goal. All went well due to his calm determination. Excellent job done by a pleasant person. I would recommend him to anyone.

I've enjoyed Arpi's service for years. Their techs have all been knowledgeable, informative and personable. Our latest inspection was by Lee who lived up to the same standards.

Has Arpis install a new water tank for us and they were in and out in no time. A few months later there was a small leak at the shut off valve and they came out and fixed it for free.

We just had a tune-up for our furnace and humidifier done. The technician Vanessa was friendly and did a fantastic -professional job and was very detailed in her work. Also, she answered all my questions which is very helpful to me. I will certainly request her back next time.

I struggled for a few hours on my own and had to call in the pros. Ryan came out from Arpi and what a fabulous guy to deal with. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and efficiently and fixed my furnace in less than an hour. It was a circuitboard that was broken and you had one in stock. Great service from start to finish!

Darryl was in and out within an hour for a hot water tank replacement, it was inexpensive, he was knowledgable and friendly. No hassle despite that we live in a townhouse with very tight corners

I just had Arpi's out to install 2 new furnaces. It was 3 day job and the crew was on time and knowledgeable. It was very technical work that involved re-venting the new system and this was accomplished with a great deal of the original infrastructure. I am amazed at how quiet the new system is and I feel confident that Arpi's will support me if needed in the future.

As usual, another great experience with Arpi's. They installed the new furnace 4 years ago and have been out each year for the annual maintenance. This is the second time Mr. Habte was out and he does such a great job. It's not very often you see someone wipe down the furnace when they are done. You can tell he cares about his work.

James was efficient, polite and fixed our A/C unit quickly.

I just got back from a trip where weather was 25 and came home to Calgary to weather at -25. To make things worse, the furnace broke down. Called Arpi's and was fortunate to get appointment next day, avoided paying OT.

tech Adi was super quick , nice and friendly. On and out in a breeze. Pressure valve was defective.

The technician, Seth, arrived on time and was wearing a mask. The purpose of the visit was me inquiring as to whether my dryer vent could be moved. As it turns out, it cannot be moved but he was thorough in exploring options and providing explanations.

Very thorough inspection. Technician did a great job in going over the report after the inspection was completed.

Arpi's saved us a lot of money on service and tech calls. Really supportive of people who want to fix things ourselves and ensured we were successful in doing it.

I woke up to a very cold house this morning as the furnace stopped working some time in the night. I called Arpi's first thing as I have used them on a couple of occasions in the past and did excellent work. The lady that took my call was very friendly and was able to book a technician to come see me in just a couple of hours which was awesome. Darren, our technician, was not only on time but a few minutes early and he was quickly able to get to the root of the problem (which ended up being a pressure switch) and got it fixed quickly. While he was hear he did an inspection of the furnace and was able to explain everything to me in an understandable way. Darren was awesome and I would recommend Arpi's to anyone.

My furnace kicked out last night, called Arpis and had a tech out in 10 mins! Mike did a great job, thanks again

Hatem from Arpi s was professional, personable, and timely, in addition to going above and beyond (he not only serviced the furnace, but also checked on the humidifier and explained all of the work he had done). He was also very attentive to Covid protocols. We couldn t be more pleased and really appreciate the consistently excellent service we have received from Arpi s.

John and Alex installed a Rheem on-demand heater in our home. Everything from Arpi s was fantastic from the first call with customer service, the on-site quote, and the awesome install that utilized the space very well. Really impressed. ARPI s technician was really focused and professional. Before leaving she took the time to ensure I understood how to relight the pilot light if necessary. And the best part was the price was almost half what the competition quoted.

I'm very happy with Arpis and there team. Brock and Mike did a great job with my AC install.

So happy with my follow up tech visit with Jeff. He called ahead, showed up on time, and was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Jeff gave some amazing advice for heating and cooling my home, and showed me how to fix the clogged hose on my furnace. Probably the best service call I have had in a long time, and I would absolutely recommend Arpi's to my friends!

I've honestly never written a review before, but felt compelled to in this case as my experience was so unexpectedly positive. I had been struggling to DIY repair my Lennox G61MPV furnace back to health ahead of winter by replacing a failing inducer motor and low pressure prove switch, but still had a fargin 2+3 error code flashing red.

I couldn't find any obvious venting obstruction, so I decided to make my first ever call to Arpi's - insisting on 'an actual Lennox expert' as I'd already been through the lower ranks with another service firm. With a 2-week ETA to book their most senior resource, Arpi's offered to send another senior technician out within the hour; an offer I was grateful for.

Seth V arrived (early!) and promptly located a balled-up paper towel deep in the exhaust piping!?! I can only suspect it was placed there by a prior technician to drum up business, but don't get me started.

Anyway, we have heat again and with nearly 2 feet of snow falling here on October 3rd, just in time too! Thank you Seth (and Arpi's)!

Got my furnace replaced by Arpi s today and I couldn t be happier with the service! Robert Forseth provided the quote (sales) and David Wilder and William Weinrauch installed the furnace. Robert was professional, informative, and sold me the perfect furnace for my home; he made sure to answer all of my questions. David and William were exceptional! They were punctual, extremely hard working, and took pride in their work. You rarely see that work ethic these days. They left my garage/furnace room cleaner than it was before they arrived! Professional and friendly even while working in an extremely cramped furnace room. Would give the installers 11/10, if I could. The new furnace runs like a dream. Highly recommended!

Technician, Fikreyesus H. came to service our furnace.
He was very professional and did an excellent job of the yearly maintenance.
He explained what procedures would be done.
Any questions that I asked were answered in an easily understood response.
He arrived at the scheduled time and he was very friendly.

Of course our furnace died when it was minus 35. I called Arpi s around 6AM and someone was at my house within 3 hours, had heat by 1PM! No extra money for the emergency call either. Just a talented and professional service man. This is the second crisis in 7 years and I ve called Arpi s both times and will do it again (if i need to!).

As usual Arpi's exceeded our expectations. Their man Darryl was on time, friendly, neat, helpful and proficient (a true professional). He replaced our hot water tank in under an hour...Great Job...Great Price...Great Value...

Top notch service. We called about our home furnace not working after supper, and Lee the technician was here quickly, diagnosed the issue accurately, and went the extra mile (literally) to save us money and get us the right parts to get us some heat before bedtime. Just in time for a snowfall. I d highly recommend these guys - and I have a technical background working with commercial HVAC systems. Keep up the good work guys!

Great Service! They asked the right questions to resolve some cold spot issues in my home. Questions the competitors didn't ask!

Noticed a small natural gas leak on my pipework near my gas meter that arpi's had worked on when installing a tankless hot water unit. Had atco come by and look at it and the service man said a pipe had just not been threaded quite enough in one spot. Called arpis and they're saying i have to pay a dispatch fee of $80 at minimum and possibly the cost to fix it, absolutely not the way to do business. Will be going elsewhere in the future.

I would like to thank David Dacey Jessie and his crew for the excellent job they did installing my new combi boiler. They worked tirelessly for two days with a final result of 10 out of 10.

I was very impressed with how efficient and conscientious Darryl and Scott were. They arrived early, which was great for me. Darryl instructed me on how to maintain my shiny new hot water tank, and the whole process from beginning to end was wonderful. Liz, the office lady who booked the installation, was very informative and helpful. One major thing i appreciate about Arpi's is Liz told me right up front the cost of the work. Other places I called all wanted to send a technician over to give me an estimate. I have better things to do with my time, especially when I don't have hot water. Thanks Arpi's!

Ryan, the technician that serviced our account was outstanding both in his punctuality in ensuring we knew exactly when he would arrive to explaining exactly what work was being done and possible recommendations for the future. A true professional.

Our air conditioners were installed within less time than expected. The team was very professional, and knowledgeable. The site was cleaned thoroughly and at the end I received a walk down of everything that was done and instructions as to how to maintain the systems. We are very happy with the work completed.

I just had my furnace replaced by Arpi's after having two other quotes done. The quote done by Arpi's was way more thorough and professional, and in the end was a better price too.
The install was done on time and the work done was excellent. The installers used hall mats, were very careful taking equipment in and out of the house, and they took pride in their work. The clean up job was perfect.
I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend this company to get your furnace replaced.

The main tech was training someone during their visit, but both of them were professional, kind, and knowledgable. The trainee could have easily passed for the main tech.

William and Dave showed up on time, were professional and very friendly. Some unexpected glitches occurred with new technology, and they were patient and persistent until every last issue was resolved. I would happily recommend them both, and Arpi s as a whole, to any one requiring service.

I am always happy with my service from Arpis but I DREAD calling. The woman who answers the phone seems like she hates people, hates her job and hates life. Rude. Makes it seem like she's doing ME a favour to book an appointment. Sighs like a snotty teenager if I ask her to repeat something. The absolute worst to deal with. Their field staff is so friendly and pleasant and knowledgeable, but they need to find someone with people skills to man the phones.
