Arpi's service tech was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They called earlier to see if they could arrive ahead of schedule and once arrived did a thorough assessment of my furnace. In just over 1 hour they repaired the furnace and ran a diagnostic check.
The only deterrent was I had to wait 3 days to get an appointment, but as the repair was for the second furnace this was just a minor inconvenience.
