We received Five Star Service from our Arpi's and our Service Technician, Erwin. Erwin showed up early and worked diligently for hours to maintain and repair our air conditioning unit, all while educating me on the maintenance and care of our unit. While Erwin couldn't resolve our leak issue without letting the unit sit overnight, he made extra effort to schedule a next-day appointment to resolve the issue. A stroke of good luck to have found Arpi's and to have the most professional, kind and pleasant Erwin as our technician. I would highly recommend Arpis.
