I discovered Arpis when I purchased my current home 3 years ago. Previous owners recommend them and their sticker was on the furnace. I have been happy with the past repair and regular maintenance I had received so I didn't hesitate to include Arpis when I became time to get quotes for a replacement. Hands down most professional and knowledge of the 3 companies I contacted. After reviewing the options and price points which were much more thoroughly explained by the Arpis rep (I learned a lot about furnaces/considerations/options) I decided to go ahead with the upgrade. I went with the 90K BTU Lennox 2 stage model EL296 as it offered the best value and fit for my home. Great presale experience.

Installation truely amazed me. They got me booked for install right away. David Wilder and his helper arrived 10 minutes early with my new furnace and materials all ready to go. They finished the install same day and even noticed some duct work that had come apart that I was not aware of and fixed it up. That really impressed me, truely above and beyond. I was fully expecting the "surprise extra charges" at the end for the extra duct work. I was charged exactly what I was quoted, nothing more. David said don't worry about it as the duct piece it required was inexpensive and it was more important to him that the system works properly and that I'm happy with it. Amazing attention to detail, thoroughly inspected and corrected the entire HVAC system, not just installed the new appliances and rush off like others I've heard nightmares about. Thank you Arpis for providing top notch professionals and for honoring your original quote. Thank you David for your hard work and going the extra mile. Truely exceptional, keep it up!
