Nobody wants to have to replace a water heater and a furnace at the same time. But if you have to (or you just need one or the other or repair), Arpi's is definitely a great company to work with.

Pricing wise they were very reasonable and the cost of the job came in exactly as quoted. They explained exactly what needed to be done (in my case an update to venting was also needed) in a way that was easy to understand and logical.
The day of the job they showed up on time and reminded me of the plan and how long it would take. Both technicians were super friendly and professional and worked very hard throughout the day, giving me periodic updates as to their progress.
When the job was done they went through everything thoroughly with me and left an easy to follow guide of what i needed to do to register the product for warranty and have the city inspect. They also did a thorough clean up job. The whole process was as painless as can be!

I had used Apri's once before to repair an issue and although that transaction was brief, it did make me appreciate their professionalism. I'm happy that for a bigger job they were just as consistent in their product and service offering. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help with heating, cooling or plumbing needs.
