I recently had an air conditioner installed, I worked with Wayne H from sales who was awesome in providing me multiple options, pricing and warranty details as well as patiently answering my questions. Wayne was able to get me a very quick installation date, the installers arrived on schedule to begin the install process. John M and William W were the installers, this team did a great job on the entire installation, these guys are real pros, they were very neat, they were meticulous on all fronts of the install as well as a thourough explaination of the care and maintenance of the unit. Real pride in their work. I would certainly recommend Arpis and this team. Thank-you.
