Have been dealing with ARPI's for more than 8 year...

Have been dealing with ARPI's for more than 8 years since they installed a new furnace and Water Heater for us back in 2011. Two of their technicians Rob and Hatem were in today for an annual service/tune up. I appreciated the fact that they arrived on time, explained all the work that they were doing and why they were doing it, and were quite professional in their conduct.

They have always honored the warranties with no hassel.
