Just had my yearly furnace and humidifier servicing done. I was able to schedule an appointment easily. Seth was very timely, knowledgeable, courteus, did an excellent job and explained everything to me. He found that our humidifier was missing a small piece so went to the trouble to find an extra one at the shop instead of me having to buy a whole new unit. He even delivered the piece to my door. I was very grateful and impressed.

We have always used Arpis and have never been disappointed.

We bought a furnace with enhanced warranty roughly 5 years ago. It was installed incorrectly and despite the yearly maintenance at 100$ a pop, they never caught the leak and now there is rust inside the furnace cabinet. I remember seeing the rust and trusting their yearly inspection results. We stopped paying for the yearly maintenance after they admitted that the warranty only covered "some" parts. We had the repair fixed by someone else and will never give our business to Arpi's again.

As they say: send a man to do the job .
Well, Vanessa was this man indeed!

Vanessa done great work, furnace now works for three days from the time of her visit, and all is in perfect order. Vanessa took time to clarify my queries, she walked around the house in a deep snow and frigid temperature to check intakes of the fresh air to furnace and exhaust connection to clear obstacles.

Your company is best in town and Vanessa is indeed a best man and asset for Arpi s.

If more stars could be given then they deserve more. From the first contact with John to the last contact with David and Mike these people went above for the service and professionalism. John informed me with all the ins and outs and what to expect with the job. When David and Mike arrived promptly on time, the first thing they did was drop cloths everywhere, working none stop till the job was done. Upon completion David explained everything that was done to how to set the thermostat. He was very thorough with all important info. The work site was left spotless. I would highly recommend.

Jon and Scott repaired my furnace today. They were punctual, kind, and professional. They kept me informed along the way and left my house sparkling clean, after the repair. They did an absolutely amazing job. I am very happy with Arpi s and their employees. Highly recommended!

Charged me over $300 for about 5 minutes work to fix a wiring problem which was a result of their poor installation. They also incorrectly over billed my credit card for over $30K for which I am still waiting for the charges to be reversed. Never using Arpi's again as there are more honest companies around who actually stand by their work.

Probably, no definitely, the most thorough furnace inspection I have witnessed in 45 years of home ownership. We called Arpi's to have an annual inspection done on the furnace in our daughter's townhouse. It was a first inspection since the furnace was installed 2 years ago. The technician practically disassembled the furnace while cleaning, adjusting and testing every component. A 10 out of 10 for value for money spent and quality of workmanship.

The tech came to my house and it was obvious that he didn t want to be there. Spent 15 minutes yup, we can do that, I ll send a quote.
Never received a quote. I called the office the next day, the receptionist seemed annoyed that I called and explained that she shouldn t be doing reception as it s not her job, then said that the tech wasn t finished my quote yet.
Went with action furnace instead. They seemed happy to help me and wanted my business.

I have dealt with Arpr's in the past for commercial jobs and this was the first time dealing with them for residential. Needless to say they did not disappoint. They did the install as if they were installing it in their own home and the senior tech wasn't settling for less.

Darryl came to install new hot water tank. He was on time, very friendly and efficient at his work. He took the time to show me how to do maintenance to extend the life of the tank and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend.

Our AC wasn't cooling well all last year so I scheduled an AC service before the heat hits and am so glad I did. Our tech Vanessa was capable, professional and gave us several options for making things right. True story: with our air conditioning working again, our family slept so well my boys missed the bus the very next day! Highly recommended and make sure to ask for Vanessa by name.

Not only did they do a great job, they spent the time to explain how it all works and the proper settings and $$$ saving tips.
Well worth it, it will save you in future possible expensive repair costs and energy bills .

My hot water tank started leaking on Sunday. My son turned off the water and the gas, and we determined we could function without hot water for 24 hours in order to save a weekend premium replacement. I have called on Arpi's for my heating needs for many years, so I called the main line at 11am on Monday morning. I talked to Jeff in dispatch, he scheduled me for a 1pm appointment to replace the tank. I was unsure of the tank size so Jeff ensured the plumbing tech had a selection of tank sizes with their appropriate hook up bits. Arpi's field tech, Darryl Barbour, called me at noon on MOnday and siad he could be at the house in 10 minutes if that worked for us. My son was at home, he let Darryl in, and my water tank was replaced by 1pm. Less than 24 hours after it started leaking. Darryl was very professional, and efficient. He also upgraded piping and venting to code as part of the install. The billing was exactly as I was quoted.
And, as my son put it, Darryl killed it!

The service manager and I had come to an agreement and was refunded the money spent. I will say the costumer service was good to deal with and understanding of my concerns.

Ross and his crew were organized, efficient and careful with the installation of our new furnace. The installation had its challenges which they handled skilfully. They were deliberate and tidy and we were very pleased with our experience with them and would not hesitate to recommend Arpi s.

Was told by another contractor my gas valve was leaking and parts were not available. Rob from Arpi's came and had a look. Parts were absolutely available but first he suggested the heat exchanger be inspected to ensure replacing the gas valve would be worth. (furnace is 30 years old!) While he was checking things out he noted that my humidifier was not vented properly which explain the nasty smell that would occur randomly. Rob was here on a Friday, technician was here the following Monday. Great news on the heat exchanger, gas valve was replaced and humidifier was revented properly same day. I am very happy I got a second opinion. Once my old furnace gives out, I know who I will be calling to replace it. Thank you Arpi's!

Received a call plus a text outlining arrival time. Work was completed professionally, and quickly. I would recommend ARPI's service to anyone who needs it.

Emergency main shut off valve was so corroded when we went to turn water back on it broke after a faucet replacement. The Arpis serviceman told what I needed to do as far as booking an appointment with City for repair. In the mean time he restored our water back on. Will be booking a setvice time to replace whole valve. When city comes out to turn water off. Very friendly and very fast. Did not mind paying after hour prices. Such good service.

Arpis is not a company that you need to question when it comes to your home comfort needs. On Oct 5 2019, the Arpis team came out to replace a 47 year old furnace. My mother in law was extremely fortunate to be the nominated winner of this years Feel the Love Program. This is a program where the Arpis team donates their time to perform the installation of a new furnace, and Lennox industries donate the furnace it self. They come together to help a family in need. From the initial quote with Jeff and Kirk, the service was informative and thorough. We did not feel pressured or rushed in anyway, and although the house is quite old, and we were scared that it would be challenging, they were confident and went over and above to make this possible. The guys were friendly, funny and went over the top to insure they didn't miss a step. On the day of the install, a full team of Arpis employees arrived on time and ready with smiling faces to give the gift of warmth. They all volunteered their time to be there just for her. Not only did they help on their own account, they even helped with additional tasks in her yard that she was unable to do. Even the owner of the company Julie came down just to meet us and say hi. All our family and friends were more than grateful for this program and that these two companies offer something so wonderful. Thank you again to all who made thus possible. Truly an amazing experience.

Called Arpi's to do a furnace and air conditioner check up. Were polite on the phone when booking the date, arrived on time, worked hard, were respectful in my home, did a good job, and took the time to explain. Pricing was reasonable.

We were very pleased with the service and professionalism right from the start. The in home consult, quote and then the install were all good experiences. The installers were friendly, cleaned up after themselves and reviewed with us everything we needed to know. The final price was exactly as quoted... No surprises or hidden costs.

This is my first time buying a hot water tank, being green I called 4 companies to find out what they offer for pricing & installation. I found Arpi's to offer nice pricing that includes installation & removal of my old tank. Akhasa helped me. I found her super friendly, bubbly and very helpful. Took her time to explain details about this service & differences in size for the hot water tank & tankless compared to the others, they weren't as detailed and/or helpful. I got busy with summer and 3 weeks past, good thing she sent me a quote so I had her info because I forgot who I talked too like a typical customer. I called and emailed in a panicked, and told her my tank leaked leaving me with no hot. After several calls, she was able to schedule me in for next day installation & take away. Technican Jordan, was good, properly installed new tank & take away the old one, super happy with their service! Boy it was sure hard to have no hot water for a day & half. For a company to provide me with fast, prompt service during an emergency, I would highly recommend them.

We have used ARPI s on a number of occasions for our own home and rental properties. They are the only company we will go with. We have tried others but had some pretty poor experiences. If you want professional, quality work done, go with these guys. They aren t always the cheapest deals you can find but the work is done right! Have had furnaces cleaned, a water heater replaced and an air conditioner installed by ARPI s. All quality work and have lasted years. We just had our furnace cleaned. Having asthma I was struggling with my breathing. After they cleaned I could breathe normally again. Thank you!

I noticed in the morning that furnace was not heating. I called the company past 9 AM. Service was scheduled between noon and 2 pm. Technician texted when he was on his way and arrived at noon sharp. The service was fast, efficient and technician was very kind. Highly recommend them.

Had Jason Paul service our boiler.He was very professional and provided lots of information as to our system. I really appreciated the knowledge and therefore the ability to make well informed choices. It was a great experience. He was training another person and they were both very professional, prompt and kept the work area very clean and tidy. Would recommend this company any time.

Quality work by skilled technicians. I moved into a new home and used Arpis for multiple plumbing fixes, HVAC humidifier cellanoid replacement and furnace cleaning. The technicians at Arpis were all excellent and clearly more skilled and knowledgable that their competitors I called for over the phone quotes.

I booked an appointment for 11am. At noon I called Arpi's to ask when my repair man was showing up, I got the response that my appointment had been bumped to noon and that my window was now noon to 2. #1, if you are going to change an appointment time, you should inform the person that booked it. That's why I gave you my contact info. #2 I should have been informed of the 2 hour booking window when I made the appointment. Also $425 yo replace a pilot light? Is it made of diamonds?

Irwin was the best Arpi s tech we have ever had. Have since he was here today, we have booked vent cleaning.

John McLaughlin from Apri s installed a downstairs furnace for us last Dec and he did a great job, everything went very well and the installation itself looked so neat and tidy. To top that off he left the work space tidy as well. John and his co-worker were very friendly and polite and he explained how the pipes were going to be run and what would be removed from the old furnace to accommodate this new furnace.
We knew we were going to have the upstairs furnace replaced as well so we requested that John be the one to come back to do that as well. Last week John came back and again the work he did was excellent. Very professional, helpful, personable and a positive reference for the company he works for. Thank you John.

Had to post something to pat them on back after great service today. Been a customer for over 10 yrs. Two homes,two furnaces. Have to say I went back to them when I sold and moved to new place because of their service. Their price was good but lots of outfits offering deals that may match or even beat but an install is just part of the deal. If they don't back up their work and hardware you made a bad choice. Any install can have a few mistakes and parts can fail or wear out no matter what brand or outfit selling them. I had a couple issues with first H.E. furnace from them but after one phone call they quickly sent someone out who confirmed and made it all perfect no cost to me. They always came on time for service, did good work, did not try and sell me anything and were very professional always. So I shopped around a bit and ended up using them again on next home that required a whole new system. Had a pressure switch fail twice now a couple years apart, they showed up fast and replaced no cost. No blaming us or trying to ignore us, they just show up, verify it's bad, replace with a new one, test it and finished fast. We do the annual maintenance which is not expensive and that gives us 10 or 15 yrs of reliable expense free repairs. Not sure what else you could ask for. We do our end of deal and replace filter twice a year and make sure outside exhaust/intake are kept clear so we don't cause issues and that's all they need to not deny coverage. No diff than your car, maintain it. If you don't you can't expect free repairs to offset your abuse.

I had an A/C unit installed for my house. The install became complicated by the original poorly designed zone system. Arpi's tech Habte Fikreyesus was amazing to deal with and spent a tremendous amount of time figuring the best way to make our furnace zone system work with the Arpi's air conditioning unit. He even came back the next day after a job to check on the install to make sure it was working the way he intended. It's been along time since I've meet someone that has an amazing dedication to his craft! Thank you Habte!

Fast and safe delivery of service! We have an older model furnace and the repair guy had all the parts on his truck. All done in about an hour. No pressure to buy a new furnace, which a lot of other companies do...

Had our hot water tank go. Scott from Arpi's came out and he was friendly and efficient. Diagnosed the tank problem quickly and gave us some tips to help prevent in the future. Water tank was up and running again in less than an hour. Left our house exactly as he had found it after - if not for the hot water you would have never known he was there.

Arpis was great! My furnace was having some serious issues and was hard to diagnose, so the tech had to come back on 4 separate occasions however Danny was efficient, timely, knowledgeable and got the job done! I am very satisfied by their service and will continue to use them. My furnace has been working great since, and I really appreciate all the hard work they did to get it fixed and how easy they made it for me.

I'm a first time home buyer, and I had my hot water tank replaced by Arpis this week - very pleased and satisfied by the service. Booking on the phone was straightforward and well-explained by the agent I dealt with. Darryl, the technician, arrived on schedule and was knowledgeable, personable and efficient in replacing the tank. He even took a look at a small issue I was having with a gas fireplace in my house and helped me fix the problem, even though this was not part of the quote or cost I was paying. Highly recommended, and I will be using them when I get my furnace serviced this fall.

They were super kind and very clean, I am very happy to have a furnace that work's properly now. They even helped me move a heavy book case to another room. Had the most wonderful install last month done by David and William, they showed me how I can maintain my humidifier and what filters are best for my new furnace. Really happy with the overall service provided.

Recently had a new furnace, hot water tank and AC purchased from Costco installed by Arpi's. John and Rob did an excellent job of doing a nice clean install in a tight furnace room. The second thing they did after looking at the job was to lay down flooring protection. They kept the work area neat as they went and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. The work was completed well within the 2 days expected for this type of replacement. They were pleasant to work with and did a professional job - they obviously take pride in their work!

Needed a new furnace in minus 26 weather. John and Allan arrived right on time and got to work in our freezing basement with efficiency. Very pleased with the job and I definitely recommend Arpi s. They even supplied heaters to help keep the house warm and that was appreciated.

We just had a new Lennox furnace installed this month, November 2016 using Arpi s. They arrived on time, were very friendly and professional. They covered the carpets and stairs with a drop cloth which we didn t expect but very appreciated. We also purchased a Nest thermostat and had them install it. The entire install went very smoothly. Even the quote stage was done very professionally and friendly. By 3:30 pm every thing was done and working. We would definitely recommend Lennox and Arpi s R/V

Our furnace went out overnight. My wife called Arpi's, they were able to send someone between 3 & 5. The tech got to our home at 230, acessed the problem, needed to go get a part and as the furnace is a Kenmore(Sears) it wasn't all that easy. Had our heat back by 530. I dont know if it was a good deal or not, I can't comment I didnt care heat out in winter in Canada just get it back on!!!! but that being said I believe the price was reasonable.

Absolutely great service and reasonably priced as we have two furnaces in our home; Polite and knowledgeable technician (Hatem) - thoroughly explained all of the key concerns and questions we had - best service we have ever had and we have been dealing with Arpi's for years. Our furnace packed in on Wednesday. We contacted Arpi s, and after doing a temporary fix to get us through, on Friday John and Dillan were here first thing, as promised to install a new furnace. They did a great job not only with the install, but we re so careful and clean getting the old furnace out, and new one in. They put down 100+ feet of protective floor covering all the way down the entire back stairs and carpeted basement. Very impressed. Our furnace room was tidier when they left than when they arrived. Furnace works great, service was even better.

Very satisfied with the staff at Arpi's. I had an issue with a service call, I called back Arpi's and talked to Damien. He did everything and beyond what he could to help us with our situation and resolved the problem that same day.
Nowadays it is very hard to get that type of response from an individual.
For that reason, if we need service on our Ac we will call Arpi's.

My furnace stopped running before Christmas, I had a guy come out( I wont' mention the company as I expressed my issue with this company) and all he did was re-start the furnace and change my filter for $155. Then he proceeded to tell me I had major repairs to do in the near future, replace the heat exchanger and inducer motor and quoted me btw $900 - 1200 for labour alone, parts were covered on warranty but would have to pay upfront first for those parts.
Then my furnace crapped out again on the coldest day Jan 29th, I booked Arpi's and was lucky to get a technician that day! Leon from Arpi's came over and fixed my furnace, fixed a leak and replaced the pressure switch and fixed the dual speed blower which was only working at a low speed for $270!!! Moral of the story folks... always get a second opinion, yes my furnace was not installed properly, who knew I only bought this house in June & passed inspection. Leon took the time to probe everything, took out tubes or wires that were not needed. Always go down with the technician and watch what he is doing and ask questions!!
End of story.... Arpi's is awesome and I will be calling them again when I need to do the yearly maintenance. Ask for Leon!! I am :)
