This company did a amazing job replacing our old furnace and AC unit, they were on time and protected the floors in the house, the install is first class (I'm a mechanic and know a nice job when i see it) all the loose pipes from humidifiers were cleaned up just fist class all around.

Placed an after hours call in Christmas Eve after our thermostat / heat stopped working. Arpi s was very responsive. Someone was at our place in about a couple hours and was able to complete the fix smoothly. Also shared some information with us about our system and how to better maintain it for the future. Great service!

was honest to tell me they missed 2 vents and never was charged. One hour and they were done.

Just had them install a new furnace. They replaced a 30 year Carrier with a Lennox. We love it! They did a wonderful job of re-connecting everything and it s so clean and compact now. We added a couple more heat vents in the basement which are helping combat the usual coldness down there, so we re pretty happy! The wireless thermostat is great, being able to automatically heat or cool the house. Kudos Arpi s!

The whole experience with Arpi s was exceptional. The employees were very helpful from beginning to end. Seth did the diagnostics, Kevin sales and Eric and Brock the install. They were thorough, polite and competent. The clean up of the work space was the best I have ever experienced. I called for a repair and in less than 24 hours had a new furnace installed.

Very impressed with the quality of service and work from Arpi's during the set up and installation of our new air conditioner. We received excellent advice from John about the best model for our home and exterior location for the unit. David and William did very high quality work on the installation and provided helpful information about the running and maintenance of the air conditioning. We love having our home at a consistently comfortable temperature thought the day and evening !

The technician was very knowledgeable. He did not try to oversell. Fixed the one part that was dying before it caused more trouble for a reasonable price.

Honestly I am so glad we did our research and went with this company. For starters John was amazing, he did the estimate and actually took his time, he was so so patient with our million questions we had and was always responding quickly, he also was on time right on the dot when he said he would be there. There was zero pressure to book and he gave us many different options and was open and honest. We had about 5 other quotes and just the estimate experience alone made us choose arpis and I can say their prices are on par with everyone else but the quality is above all others so it's a no brainer. They came to install yesterday and it just solidified we made the right choice! They were on time, professional and very respectful of my home. They actually custom make everything for your house unlike other companies so it looks really well done, they took the time to explain everything they did(we had a REALLY old furnace so lots of updating to do) and very clean and tidy(no mess). The gentlemen were super nice as well and a pleasure to have for the whole day(they also loved my dog which is always a bonus haha). I will recommend this company to everyone and anyone who needs furnace, AC or hot water tank or even maintenance for that matter. If I could give more stars I would! Amazing job you guys we appreciate it!!

We had our annual check up on our furnance. Hatem was extremely professional, and very knowledgeable. He also spent time explaining what he had checked and left the furnace room in good order. We were very happy with the service provided.

The service I received was amazing and Jon went above and beyond to not just fix up my furnace and also explained to me how the issues I had can be mitigated and even walked me through it. When things did not work as initially expected, she retraced the various problems points to rule out secondary problems and got things working correctly. After working with atco and installing a new thermostat myself, I had Arpis repair my furnace and they installed a new circuit board system. It was a big job . They were very transparent with costs, competitive with other places, on time and fit me in sooner than others. Part took a couple weeks. Vanessa was very professional and I trusted her assessment entirely. I feel that Arpis is a trustworthy company. Furnace repair is never cheap......

I recently contacted Arpi s because my furnace broke and we were without heat. Kirk was able to show up the same day to assess and provide quotes. He provided multiple options within my desired price range and was very professional and easy to work with. He beat competitors pricing and was able to get us an install in less than 48 hours. He also provided portable heaters for the time being to ensure we wouldn t be without heat.
The install technicians we had were David and William. They arrived on time around 830 and worked through till after dinner time without breaks. The installers exceeded expectations and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service as well ensure they were respectful of my home. They worked through quite a few challenges in the house and were extremely competent and efficient as well as friendly and great with our pets. At the end of the install, they completed a walkthrough with us and pointed out a few things they fixed/replaced that was definitely not expected but greatly appreciated!
From start to finish this was the best experience I have ever had with contractors or technicians coming in to do work at my house. It is evident that the employees at Arpi s care about their customers and are truly committed to providing the best prices and services possible. I would also like to commend Jason and Matt- they were excellent. They went above and beyond, they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were friendly and educated me on the furnace and a/c and explained it in very simple language that I could understand. They kept the work area extremely clean and I was really impressed with their quality of work and also doing the little things well. They even corrected a few small problems that was beyond their scope. I was very impressed with both of them and they are the one of the best of tradesmen I have dealt with- and I have dealt with quite a few tradesmen. They were personable and a pleasure to deal with.

Bought top of the line Lennox furnace 11.5 years ago. Maintained annually by Arpis. Nonetheless, furnace needs replacement 1.5 yrs after warranty expires in spite of expensive maintenance. As a result I have spent over $12000.00 in 11.5 years for furnaces. Why pay for maintenance on top of line furnace if the unit expires anyway?

According to industry standard we should expect 15 to 20 years on a Lennox furnace!

Our tankless hot water was on the fritz. It was minus 30 degrees outside, and we were very worried about not having any hot water. I phoned Arpi's midday, and they were able to be at our home for 3pm that same day. The service was friendly from start to finish and value was very good. We have used Arpi's in the past, and will continue to use them.

Paid nearly $800 for maintenance and they flooded my basement.

We had Arpi's in for maintenance and duct cleaning on Monday. They were there for six hours and they did clean the ducts but said they needed to make some repairs to our humidifier but did not have the parts. They were going to bring them and install them on Wednesday. The repairman on Wednesday (different than on Monday) said that the part he was told to bring would not work and he would need to leave and get a new one. He returned with the new piece and installed it. By Thursday evening we realized that the fully-finished room beside the furnace room was flooded. The carpet is ruined and likely the drywall too. We called their emergency line but were told that since we had turned the water off to the humidifier there was nothing they could do and they would call back in the morning.

For years we were suffering with the old inefficient furnace provided by the builder. Our house was always cold in winter, however the furnace has used a lot of gas and electricity running below 60 or 50% efficient producing horrible noise and low quality air. It just has represented a torture.

I decide to change my 12 years old furnace, I search to find which one was the better brands and I found Lennox was in the top, I got a quote from ARPI'S and the review made to my home and quote from Wayne was really good and his professional was really nice, fill all my expectations, I got quotes from other places and the better price was from ARPI'S , even I check possible price in internet and ARPI'S was the real estimation. At the moment the replacement started ARPI'S technicians work for around 8 hours, no stop for almost anything, answered all my questions, even help me with some staff I didn't know about the new furnace. The new Lennox furnace SLP98V is really quite, now the environment inside the house has changed, I can keep really warm all home between 21 and 23 deg C. Lennox machine is really what it promise.

After the installation of the new Lennox furnace by ARPI'S our house is warm, the air is pure, this furnace is very quite and use low electricity and gas because is high efficiency. The environment inside the house is the core, because if you breath pure air, you can keep health of your lungs and the right temperature in winter can help you to believe that winter could be synonymous of happiness.

I was blessed to be the recipient of the " FEEL THE LOVE " program, by Lennox. Arpis volunteers installed our new furnace and assisted with things around the house and yard.
About 20 volunteers arrived, promptly at 8am, clean yard, garage and did some chores around the house, as well as furnace installation.
Everything was done by 2pm. All clean up was completed and crew were kind, helpful and knowledgeable.
Everyone went above and beyond to take care of all that was needed.
So very grateful for the new furnace from Lennox and the awesome group of people from Apris who did everything.

Robert (Arpi's technician) was professional and on time. It was a great experience and we are happy to have heat.

I called after hours on a Friday when our hot water tank pilot light went out and would not relight. Arpi's technician, Jason, called me right away and tried to assist over the phone, even FaceTiming to show me what to do. When it was clear that the tank should be replaced, Jason showed up the next morning and by noon our new tank was installed. Excellent service!

The lady who answered the phone her name is collet she is so aggressive and rude and give wrong information about the payment (she told me that I should pay 79$ and 115$ for every hour ,but when the technician came , he told me that I should pay 397$ per labour even he won t stay for an hour) and when I spoke with her that the technician want more money,she told me if I don t want to pay she will report me and tell the technician to take the part out and leave (she didn t even apologize about her wrong information or her rude attitude,she only said that she is not a technician)then I spoke with the manager and he was so nice and understandable and he solved my problem.

My furnace quit at 11:15 but I didn't know it until after 12:30. I called then and they said they would try for as soon as possible. Mike arrived at 2:15 and had it up and running within the hour. I am grateful for the office staff who got me scheduled so early and for Mike who is a very pleasent young man. He kept us informed of the situation and explained what had failed. Arpi's also did the original quality installation.

Horrible services never showed up for a late night emergency hot water tanks fix. No follow-up either.

Arpi's was not able to fix my infloor heating problem. Two different technicians came out a total of 5 times to try to fix it and were not successful. In frustration I called in another heating company and their technician fixed it very quickly the first time.

We had an AC unit installed on our older furnace by John M and Rob G. They arrived at the planned time and commenced installation. They were tidy in all their activities and made sure to protect flooring and furniture. The install required access holes in the basement ceiling. Both holes were expertly cut and faux access panels installed, the result was the best that could be achieved . All sheet metal, power, piping and plumbing was neatly and expertly install even though the work space was very limited.

The unit has been operational for 3 weeks and there have been no problems or issues.

I would recommend John, Rob and Arpi's for HVAC products and installs.

Our service technician Jacob was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable with his work. We had him inspect our AC unit after it was damaged by the hail storm. I asked a lot of questions and he was easily able to answer all of them. About a week after, we ran into an issue with our thermostat. This was not at all related the the AC inspection the week prior. Jacob, was prompt and was able to quickly identify the issue we were having. Our issue was quickly resolved and everything is up and running again. Thank you, Jacob for your great customer service! We definitely won't hesitate to call Arpis with any future inquiries. :)

My hot water tank broke down and I called several places, decided to go Arpis and I must say this is the best service I ve ever had from the plumber ,and I had a few .The plumber that came out his name is Darryl Was absolutely amazing went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working properly told us how to clean the hot water tank, I will only use arpis for all of my Plumbing needs. This was Amazing service from the first contact at the home and garden show with John to the finished install by Ross & Terry. We purchased a new furnace and AC unit, the work looks so good and everything was explained in detail. I had 1 concern during install and they solved the issue in an instant. This is the team to hire if you need a furnace for sure!!!

I have had very bad luck with my furnace and central air conditioning in the past year. Several components have broken down and have required repair. I've used Arpie's for the bulk of these repairs. One technician had been out more times then he would like, but to no fault of his own. James has been wonderful in taking the time to fix my heating and cooling needs, he is patient, and explains how things work, and gives an explanation of why things may go wrong/break.

He also takes the time to explain how I can prevent future issues.

If you are located in NW Calgary, I recommend requesting James as he is very friendly, and does an excellent job.

I had issues with my Lyric thermostat and Kent showed up. He was the one guy who knew about the connection and wiring of the thermostat. He explained how the humidifier was wired. Went out of the way to check other items too. Great service.
