I have been troubled by my furnace since I purchased my home. Previous owners having done some work and mickey moused things here and there. Finally able to afford to get it looked at and upgrade to the smart thermostats. After Rob came out and assessed things, their tech Vanessa came and worked on it. Things were a bit more troublesome than initially thought but Vanessa explained what her process was, what her plan was, what she was finding and what she was doing. She was amazing! Didn't try to up sell anything, didn't take shortcuts. Charged me for not only what they estimated but less as she wasn't able to do all the work and the fix will ultimately need some different parts/work. In the meantime she got the system up and running! I have never had such a great experience. Not treated like a dummy or irrelevant. Highly recommend her and Arpi's this time!
