Arpi s Industries in Calgary is a joke! I wouldnt give them 1 full star; bought an AC unit from Arpis, worked great.. 6 days before the warrenty is up; the AC unit decides to not blow out cold air.. so call Airpi s talk to Jim on the phone tell him what s up; he get my contact info and informs me that this unit is still under warrenty.. to inwhich he says we can get a service technician out to see what s up (since its under warrenty, this would be free of charge).. the worker whom I couldnt understand his english checked the pressure of the AC unit said was fine, and legit did not check thermastat or furnace.. takes his tablet out and says ok; thatll be $131.25... he didnt do anything, and charged me when Jim at head office in Calgary told me it was under warrenty for this!! The service guy on top of that was 45 minutes late...They took advantage of a young female; they may as well sell used cars!! Complete joke; they do not follow warrenty and what was said over the phone and took place did not happen. Terrible service and shady people that are all about $ and not service!
45 minutes late, $131.25 charge for checking the pressure of the unit and at my house for 5-7minutes. And terrible service and lack of communication, no thanks!
