John and Rob did a great job installing our new furnace. Glad to have the heat back on!

The quality of installation was above par.
This is the second time I ve had a AC unit installed by Arpis. Both times I ve been very impressed by the install, the installers are very professional and go out of there way to run the lines and wiring neat and tidy.

Spend more than $200 for this visit and got nothing done. I have to get another company to do the real job. Very poor value.

Recently had my garage heater fail. Brock and his helper came and quickly installed a new one and it works great.

Our main furnace quit working two nights ago. Called ATCO who came but could not do the repair and was unsure what was wrong. Called ARPI this morning and was told that someone would be here between 3 to 5pm. The receptionist who took the call was very professional and knowledgable and polite.

At 4.30, Vanessa Lam came. She did a thorough diagnostic test step by step and explained to us what she was doing. She finally concluded that the board was at fault. She replaced the board with a new one. She again tested everything before closing the furnace compartment. She then tested the thermostat switch to ensure everything was working. She also tested all our CO and smoke detectors. She then explained to us that it would be a good idea to have our two furnaces and air conditioning units checked once a year to be proactive to do preventive work before things go wrong in the middle of the winter.

All in all we would say with confidence that she is the best trades person we have ever come across. She is very thorough, competent, professional and polite. She explained each step as she went along. I would definately have her back for whatever work we may need for our furnaces or air conditioners.

Brock came and fixed are furnace venting. He was very thorough and made sure everything was working properly.

We recently bought a house (about 10 years old), I did some major renovations and I'm pregnant so I wanted to get address a few things: Dripping shower-head, a furnace tune-up and a duct cleaning! All the furnace and air-conditioners in our neighborhood are installed by Arpi's so naturally I just called them.

Arpi's had a special for a duct cleaning so check out their website for specials. I called them to make an appointments for all 3 service requests. Arpi's booked the plumber, the duct cleaning team and tune-up specialist quickly and the CSR coordinated all the logistics. The CSR was very nice and even let me send her photos of the shower-head cartridge so she can make sure the plumber had the right part when he showed up.

What I realized about each of the technicians is they all did a walk through of everything they did and really paid attention to educating the customer - which I really appreciated! Quick, efficient and clean.

They all were professional and one thing I must say - all of them were certified! I asked for a few quotes for duct cleaning and found really cheap deals and realized that the cheap deals weren't really that cheap - extra costs for vents etc. So don't be fooled! Arpi's quoted honestly and their seasonal special included everything and all the vents. Do you research before you take advantage of a groupon deal and make sure they are certified. Anyways just wanted to give a big kudos to Arpi's for getting to my job quickly, being professional, and educating me on what was done and what I needed to keep my home comfort system healthy! Highly recommend them!

Had duct cleaning done one day and the furnace serviced 2 days later. Cody and his partner were friendly and efficient as they cleaned the ducts. Mr. Habte was equally efficient. He checked every aspect of the heating system and offered tips and advice on keeping the system clean and running smoothly.

if you go better hope you dont have to talk or even look at kris moffat he is the worst person that you will ever meet and he is always mean and grumpy and blames his horrible life on other people and trys to make other peoples lifes horrible witch he can do by taking away your possesion or if you just see his face

After initially somehow misplacing my appointment and having to wait 3 weeks, they had a last minute cancellation and were able to come the following day. Arrived on time and did a very thorough servicing and cleaning. Very impressed by the quality of work!
