Arpis performed a maintenance on my furnace in March. This season, I was unable to get my humidifier to work. Adam from
Arpis came , quick fix and no charge ! I do appreciate that and Adam was informative , friendly and
Professional !

Showed up @ appointed time - text 1/2 before arrival.

It is spring, but it is snowing and my furnace broke! Called Arpi's early this morning and they said they'll be here around 1pm. We have used Arpi's for a number of years. This spring we requested a diagnostic tune-up on our 2 air conditioning units (which are approximately 10 years old). We were quoted thousands of dollars to repair one unit and we were told it may need to be replaced. We decided to get a second quote and we have since had the unit repaired for under $1000 by another company. Sadly anytime recently that we have had Arpi's give us a quote on anything (furnace or A/C) we have found the technicians are always trying to up sell. It will cost x amount to fix, but for this amount we can add this. It is time for us to find another furnace a/c company.

As usual a great service and good recommendations to keep my furnace as good as it can be.

I recently sold my house and the new buyers had Arpis come do a furnace inspection. Being that I am ticketed journeyman in hvac/r I was shocked and extremely disgusted with the results. As stated by the mechanic my blower motor needed to be replaced as well as the ignitor and the a/c system needed to be leak checked and repaired. And the kicker the interior of my furnace needed to be painted at a quoted cost of just over $3000. I immediately preformed my own diagnostic check on the furnace and ac, as I do each year prior to heat/cool seasons. However this time I documented the entire inspection with pics and videos. I found there to be absolutely nothing wrong with the motor as it was running well under it's specified FLA. I found nothing wrong with my ignitor, it's a hot surface ignitor. Keep in my mind these are both electrical components which long story short either work or don't. I sent pics of these 2 issues to the owner and service manager. I then went and put my gauges onto the condensing unit(something the Arpis tech didn't do) and found my pressures to be exactly were you would expect to see them given the ambient temp. On the techs service report he states he removed collector box and inspected the heat exchanger however when I sent the service manager pics clearly showing that the box had not been removed he sent me a pic the tech took of the bottom of my exchanger.. There is no way that you can thoroughly inspect an exchanger without removing the collector box. I contacted the owner of Arpis and gave her the oppourtunity to address what I would consider to be the most ridiculous inspection border lining on fraudulent findings... I say fraudulent due to the fact that the service manager stated the reason the ac wasn't inspected was due to the fact the coil was frozen and dripping all over the interior of the furnace, however in a pic his own tech took it shows a bone dry interior. I take my trade extremely serious and refuse to standby and allow a company to destroy a fragile reputation that the industry already holds due to fly by night companies. I pleaded with Arpis to make it right... Not give me a discount or money back it was never about that , it's about accepting responsibility for your actions. These pleads fell on deaf ignorant ears I find it hard to put into words what went on so instead I will be posting a video to YouTube that shows all documentation, my videos of live inspection, emails of correspondence as well as a step by step break down of how these guys try to swindle innocent people out of their hard earned money Oh and by the way I had a third party company come in and they found nothing wrong, their report will be in the video as well

Furnace limit switch tripped again (second time this winter), and I wasn t able to reset it (blower kept going, but no burner and heat) on the coldest night. Called Arpi s and they came out first thing to take a look. Adam was very professional, thorough and explained what might have caused the problem. Went through everything with me, and I felt comfortable with the decided repair. Feel confident that this shouldn t happen again. Thanks Adam for taking the time to really assess everything.

Honestly you get what you pay for. This is the second time I ve used arpis, once for a furnace and air conditioner, and just recently a hot water tank. Their experience and professionalism can t be matched, from the front end staff to service and installation.
They ve provided me with expert advise, competive quotes, great service, respectful, and each time the installers have gone above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction by going the extra mile. Hats off to Darryl who just recently installed my hot water tank. Second generation plumber, who works to honour his father and the company he proudly works for. Really nice to see in this day and age I wholeheartedly recommend these folks.

Just had my hot water tank replaced by Arpi s. Arpi s quoted price was a really great value over the other quotes that my wife and I received. He arrived close to the time that we had arranged, and the service was fantastic - very professional, friendly and super efficient. As an added bonus he gave us a walk-through after it was installed on how to better maintain our new tank. I would highly recommend Arpi s to anyone.

I just love these folks! Lee was in to do the furnace inspection/service and the care and attention to detail is second to none... too bad there is only room for 5 stars... I'd select 6 stars!!!

I was quoted 8 - 10am delivery window and they arrived promptly at 8am. They were very efficient in installing the hot water tank. There was minor issue with the water tank that was outside of Arpi's control, and, Daryl, the installer, returned the next day to fix the issue. No issues since.

We needed a Flammable Fumes sensor for our hot water tank. I called the parts department at Arpi`s this afternoon. Marcel and Tyler were very professional with their service and even answered some questions I had about the installation and regarding new technology that recently came out.

The work team showed up on time and got the job done with minimal disruption to us. Very professional, explained everything to us, cleaned up after the job was done. Met our expectations. Would recommend to others.

After 3 service calls, unnecessary replacement of a pressure switch and a thermostat and $590 spent, I lost confidence in Arpi's ability to solve the problem. One service call from Direct Energy and the problem was fixed at a cost of $650. When I complained to Arpi's about the unnecessary replacement of the pressure switch, they informed me they would warrant the unnecessary part for 1 yr. ????? Their approach to the furnace repair resulted in an additional week in a cold house and the loss of $590.

Mr. Habte, Arpi's technician, serviced my furnace and was very thorough, took the time to explain everything that we had questions about and was very respectful.

Service provided was on time and excellent quality. Serviceman (Hatem?) was courteous, prompt and thorough, and described exactly what he was doing and why. These guys are our go to furnace and AC service!

The service tech was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The A/C troubles were resolved quickly and he explained next steps in terms of maintenance and monitoring. I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of service we received from Arpi's.

After my old lady of a furnace (a mere 43 years young) started acting up, I had Arpi s come out and diagnose. The tech was very professional and quickly found the problem. I also had him do an inspection. He patiently video ed the heat exchanger very thoroughly while I watched. The rust and decay were alarming. The way forward was clear. Time for a new lady. ARPI s crew did an excellent job of the furnace replacement. Did the hot water heater as well. Everyone from the initial tech, the project manager John and the furnace replacement crew were nothing but professional and respectful throughout. Their advice was clearly experience based, no BS. I will have them back and recommending them to family and friends.

Recently had a furnace and hot water tank replaced by Arpi's. I had a few other companies come in for quotes, and found them all to be extremely pushy about closing a deal. Craig came by shortly after I had made an inquiry and it was night and day! He just seemed so much more knowledgeable than everyone else and understood that I would need to consider all options. He was great at explaining everything to me and breaking down the additional costs that might occur, so there were no surprises if I chose to proceed with them. The installation date (a 24 hour turn around!) was seamless. They were extremely quick and clean and I can't believe the difference the new furnace makes. Couldn't be happier with the whole team, they really are a gold standard in HVAC!

I have had Arpis Industries Ltd. replace two of my furnaces in the last couple of years - most recently a second floor furnace and thermostat. I would give them a rating of 4 out of 5. The furnace install was done quite well although I did have to clean up after them.

When they installed the thermostat the first one was faulty and had to be replaced the next day. My second floor furnace was shut off overnight as it wouldn t communicate with the thermostat and was pumping out hot air unnecessarily. (It was a good thing that it was a relatively mild evening) They don t appear to be as up to date as possible on the installation and set up of wifi etc., of these thermostats. I had to do some searching on my own to get the thermostat working the way I wanted it to.

I just want to say that we were having trouble with our furnace as there was no heat coming from our furnace so I did some troubleshooting to get the furnace to go back on but it didn t come on, so I called Arpis 24 hr emergency line as it was now after 10 PM & we needed heat and my furnace was still under warranty. The technician Adi Garibovic called me back & said he was on his way. When he arrived, he checked it out and could see the problems with the furnace. I must say, this technician went above & beyond and explained everything that was going on that caused the problem with the furnace. He changed the necessary parts and It was up and running again. Adi is such an awesome technician & very professional and thorough. He was the guy for the job and got it done.And I must say, Having the warranty through Arpis saved us a lot of money as we saved on these expensive parts and for the after hours service call as well. I would recommend Arpis to you as they follow through and provide customers with quality service. My experience with Arpis and the tech was awesome and I would recommend this company as they walk the talk and genuinely prove that customer care is their priority. May 4/2019

My old furnace quit working so I decided to call Arpi's for a new one. I was really impressed with the young men that came to put in my furnace. Tim and Eric were on time, they did great work and were very pleasant. I highly recommend these guys.

All in all the service was great. Vanessa the furnace technician was very polite and explained everything that was done and what is needed to keep the furnace in top working condition.

We had Habte come for a 15 point inspection. Not only did he complete it while explaining the current condition of our furnace but also fixed a problem that we had with our humidistat. Giving us all the options and prices for the job. He made little tweaks here and there improving the overall function of our furnace. Left the room clean.

Habte really went above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure our furnace was working properly and that any concerns or problems were addressed. He also warned us of upcoming maintenance and things to keep a eye on.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, we hope we have him again next time as he couldn't have done a better job.

Used Arpi's for 18 years now to service my 20 year old furnace. They are prompt, courteous and take the time to explain what they are doing and why. Last tech Seth was very personable as are all the staff I've dealt with. When it's time to replace the furnace I will certainly call Arpi's.

I bought a Lennox Furnace at Costco and had Arpis install it. I was very happy with the whole experience. The furnace installers were great! Tim and Kale explained everything to me and did very neat work. 5 stars for these guys!

Very pleased with Arpi s service. My furnace stopped working at 9pm on a cold night so I was worried we d be in for a rough evening. Seth was over in 30 minutes and quickly identified and solved the problem. After the issue was fixed he took the time to do some other checks and explained it all the way through. A little over an hour from my phone call to the work being done.

Excellent service for annual boiler maintenance check. Very knowledgeable and professional. Called before arrival and arrived on time.

Had 3 leaks on my AC unit after only 2 years from installation, poor workmanship caused it to fail, and then they want 1200 to fix it. Would not recommend them to anyone

Needed a furnace cleaned asap and everyone was two or three week wait time as it's high season. I explained to Liz at customer service our situation and she was able to find us a last minute cancellation to fill. Miracle! Chris and Igor came within an hour and did an experienced and complete clean of a very dirty furnace. Invoice was all electronic and came out exactly as quoted by Liz with no surprises. We recently had our tankless water-system fail. It was a modern day inconvience not having any hot water. We contacted Arpis and Kirk came out today to do the assessment and provide an estimate. He was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. After we discussed the issues and possible replacement units he was also able to arrange a temporarily hot water tank system for us until our new system is installed early next week. Being a Friday evening we were very appreciative when he arranged for Darrell to come out this evening to put in temporarily hot water tank. Darrell arrived promptly and had the system set up in no time. Darrell was also very professional and courteous. I have to say I was impressed that he covered the wheels on the dolly. He was very diligent and mindful to clean up any mess made. We were really pleased with the service received today and we are looking forward to a hot shower in the morning.

Nothing short of amazing. Great service from Kirk who came to give us our quote on the work as well as the 2 installers. They really went above and beyond on the install moving ducting to make better use of our furnace room space, adding a cold air return and even completing a poorly finished bathroom fan hose plus a lot more without added cost. Friendly, knowledgeable and they cleaned up perfectly! Highly recommend.

Our 12 year old water heater just bit the dust. We called Arpi s because they installed the old one and we knew we could trust there service.
We were not disappointed.
Sam, our serviceman was prompt (he called to tell us he was on his way) friendly, polite and professional.
He kept us informed as how the installation was progressing and once it was completed, took us through what was done and explained the operation and general maintenance of our new water heater.

I had an emergency at home with my furnace and they responded quickly to my request. Service was very courteous and professional. 100% recommended.

My furnace began to make unusual noises during the frigid February weather. I decided to call Arpi s for furnace service because I was unhappy with another furnace company that had cleaned the furnace last year. The technician from the other company used high pressure for me to buy a new furnace and incorrectly identified a faulty part (as later verified by an ATCO check). I can say that I am extremely impressed with the service I received today from Arpi s. Steve Vermette arrived at the scheduled time and called prior. He showed me what was wrong with the furnace and clearly explained everything and the pricing for parts. All costs were upfront before proceeding which I greatly appreciated. The necessary parts were in stock and the furnace was repaired in a few hours. Steve did an absolutely tremendous job. I highly recommend Arpi s.

Excellent customer service, got the new furnace, hot water tank and AC installed yesterday and today, took 2 days, but way worth it, the installer is very professional, have all the knowledge, and very tidy and take care of installation, and make sure everything is done it right before leaving and showing me everything that I need to know about my new furnace, hot water tank and AC unit, they also cleaned up the place like it was prior to the install before they leave.
Already using the ac tonight, very comfortable, I'm sure we will be a very happy family to enjoy the cool air this summer.

Great service and customer experience! Adam did everything he had to do and went even beyond of what was required. Identified some issues that weren't identified prior and solved some of them on the spot. Provided all the explanations required and made sure that i understand the impact. Great service!

Robert from Arpi's has done excellent work on our furnaces. He came quickly for an emergency call to one furnace going again. Returned to tune up and do maintenance on the other one.

ARPI's was very accommodating in providing both a quick quote as well as installing on a Saturday after my furnace unexpectedly died. Thanks to Brock and Matt who were professional, courteous and efficient with the installation.

Spoke with Arpis on 2 occasions over the past 2 weeks. The first time they provided excellent information on how to solve an issue with my thermostat over the phone at no cost. The 2nd issue they came and resolved quickly and professionally.

Leon was very professional and fixed our issue. He also took the time to point out some smaller issues that needed attention and dealt with those also. He also made a few helpful maintenance suggestions for me to look after. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

I was very pleased with Robb s work this morning. He did a thorough job explaining to me what he was doing and what he had checked. He replaced a part that was needed and explained what I could expect within the next few years for repairs on our old furnace. I appreciate the professionalism and that he took the time to explain what was going on - as a first time home buyer this was so appreciated.

I will definitely use this company next year and in the spring for our A/C unit check.
