A few weeks ago I requested Arpi"s perform a Preventative Maintenance check on the furnace they had installed in 2015.
They booked an appointment for January 11th. and sent me a reminder email on January 10th. saying the tech would be at our house between
10 and 12 on the 11th and the tech (Robert) arrived at 10:20.
The interior and exterior checks were all performed within an hour with one faulty furnace part being replaced under warranty. The area around the furnace was left neat and tidy and before he left, Rob demonstrated a water leak detector that can be positioned on the floor by the water heater or washing machine and emits a loud beep if it senses water flowing across the floor; we purchased the detector.

Always very happy with Arpi's service and will continue to deal with them
for preventative maintenance checks any emergency furnace repairs that may be required in the future.
