Are you trying to buy a car? Well you are probably not getting that best deal there is at Alaska Sales and Service. Last week I was referred to AS&S to see a car I was interested in. Haggle for a little while and took it for a test drive. I offered what I thought was a fair price and the typical "song and dance" routine of, "let me take your offer to the back". Comes back with a number and the salesman swears this is the absolute lowest price. Talking about list price, then Internet price, how they have been holding on to the car all winter blah blah blah, this is the price. So I say I will think it over. Next day haggling still not budging. 3rd day I say I just can't do it for that price. So the very next day I look on the Internet and low and behold is the same car I was looking at for $500 less than their absolute lowest price they quoted me.
Now I am not angry at the Salesman, he was just doing what he was told by his boss (probably the General Sales manager), that is the guy that I'm pissed with. So, long story I know, but if you want a good deal on a car or truck... I would probably look at another dealership other than AS&S.

Came for maintenance of my company fleet vehicle. They did not have my appointment on record despite me calling several weeks ago for one. Although they let me drop off the vehicle that day, they did not start working on it until the next day, resulting in delays.

On day of pickup, they had no record of payment by the fleet management company so I had to call the latter party and have them explain everything (i.e. the bill goes to the fleet management, not to the driver). Overall poor communication.

The staff are nice and seem eager to help, but my overall experience was less than optimal for the aforementioned reasons.

I was looking for a used truck in the beginning and Dan the man was the one assisting me. I ended up going a completely different route (ended up looking for newer models) and he suggested me with a 2020 custom chevy Silverado. Showed me a picture and i absolutely loved it! Jeremy and him were so helpful with the whole process even with the car getting shipped to Kodiak. Highly recommend them. So if you ever try to get a car / truck definitely go with Dan.

I've been a customer of theirs since 1989. They accepted delivery a Chevy Blazer that I purchased through the military sales overseas. No one else would. I've been with them ever since and have received outstanding service.

This isn't the first time I was mistreated by Alaska Sales & Service. When trying to gain a better understanding of my vehicles needs I was hung up on by the Service Agent.

The customer service is very disappointing. The only reason I am considering staying in my GMC is my salesman at Alaska Sales & Service is awesome. Otherwise I have been considering upgrading to a full-size SUV with another manufacturer.

I took in my pickup for repair after a collision. Very minor damage. The repairs were not completed correctly. The dent was taken out, but they caused other imperfections in the paint and body. I would not suggest this location for body work.

Haven't had our 2006 GMC into the dealer for a while for repairs. We live out of town so we made an appointment for Monday morning. They assessed our laundry list of repairs and called with professional recommendations. We did most, passed on one. They had our truck running amazing by the end of the day! Extremely professional service, the shop was immaculate and our truck runs better than it has in years. Thank you AK Sales and Service. When we're ready for a new truck, we'll be seeing you first.

I had my wife drop off my truck to get the lights fixed and that was the only thing that needed to get done, being that she dont know anything about trucks your sales people in the service department told her that the truck needed a oil change and tires rotated which was all a lie and she signed for it, talk about taking advantage of your customers,I just recently changed my oil and my tires are still new. I have bought several new trucks from Alaska Sales and I will no longer be doing business with AK SALES...just so disappointed and angry cause they took advantage of my wife and that is wrong, I hope that his little commission was worth it

Buying a new car at Alaska Sales and Service has b...

Buying a new car at Alaska Sales and Service has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. I recently purchased a 2014 Acadia after hours of research online, trying to find the perfect all wheel drive vehicle that would accommodate my growing family. Dealing with my salesman, Chris Cook, was a great experience, as he let me develop the deal based on what I wanted to pay. There was no pressure at all, I had a fair price in mind before I even arrived and they were able to make it happen. No haggling, or back and forth between salesman and manager, I simply came in, took the car for a test drive, signed the papers and was out of there within an hour. But the story gets even better! Two weeks later I was in my garage and noticed a substantial oil leak underneath the car. I was concerned, primarily because I live 200 miles from Anchorage, so I took the next day off from work and immediately drove the vehicle to Alaska Sales and Service. By the time I arrived the next morning, the car had 1200 miles on it and a major oil leak in the timing cover. The engine and transmission would need to be removed to repair this oil leak and this did not sit well with me at all. Knowing that I was extremely reluctant to trust a brand new car that would have had the engine removed at 1200 miles, Alaska Sales and Service immediately took action. The general manager got on the phone with GM corporate and supported me, the buyer, in negotiating a rebate that would allow me to trade the car in and to get a brand new car, same model, same price, same deal. What more could I ask for? But they went even further! My salesman, Chris Cook, is driving the new vehicle out to me in Glennallen to deliver it to my doorstep! Can you believe this service! I was having one of the worst days of my life the week before Christmas, and now everything is better, all because of Alaska Sales and Service. I do not believe any other dealership would go to these lengths to satisfy their customers. Trust the guys and gals at Alaska Sales and Service. They really do care about the customer. Thanks for reading.

My chevy truck needed a new transmission.
The dealership provided a free car rental for the time my truck was at the shop.
My warranty got me a new transmission and free rental.
Great customer service. They provided update
s of the status of my truck, so felt that I wasnt forgotten in a high volume of car repairs.
My truck feel like a new truck

These guys are the absolute best. I had a drive train and front axel issue and these guys were able to fix it quickly and now it drives better than it ever has, and thats saying something considering the truck is about 20 years old. They also replaced a blown tire and gave me an extra full size tire and rim to replace the donut i had. Highly reccommend if you want something done right.

I purchased a vehicle from here and got a decent deal. Service is terrible once you go in for maintenance though. I would not advise purchasing non GM vehicles from here. You'll have to take it to a different dealer for everything. They only do tire rotations and oil changes.
IE if you buy a dodge you'll need to take it to dodge for flushes ect.. might as well buy new from that dealer. Less hassle.

Dan The Man Starr was a very cordial and personable salesman. He was very accommodating to my requests and if he couldn t answer any of my questions he would research it and come back with an answer. He is very straight forward and honest with his customers. I recommend Dan.

Everytime I walk in, everyone is friendly. I bought my car from here and the experience was good. I knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. They definitely worked with me to make everything smooth!! I recommend the body shop on Dimond over this one !! They dont seem to have there stuff together and if your going to spend the prices they charge the shop on Dimond is definitely better and faster!! I feel the Dimond shop cares more about fixing your car correctly and in a timely manner!

Do not go here! My fiance was having heating issues on her sonic. She took it into them to get checked and tired changed over. They say that they will do all these checks on your vehicle when you turn it in. Well she called me after the appointment saying her car was still having issues. I pop the hood to see the coolant reservoir completely empty. How would a mechanic not see that? She was complaining of heating issues and all they did was clear the light on the dash. It could have blown her engine if it want so cold out. Would never trust these idiots with my vehicle and neither should you.

I'll pass. The lady I worked with was beyond pushy, but had the nerve to be nonchalant. For some odd reason, they were behaving like they are the "end all be all". Nope, I'll take my business elsewhere. All they were worried about was getting my money, but I'm not dumb enough. Lol sorry, not sorry. And after reading all the bad reviews, I'm SO GLAD I didn't buy from them.

This review is for service. Sales could be different, I haven't dealt with them.
I am the foreman at a shop near AKsales.
I had a Cadillac with a bad Body Control Module. After replacement it will need to be reprogrammed.
I replaced the module and took the car to AKsales for the reprogramming and was informed that it would cost $155 and some change, and if the programming failed I would still be charged for their time. I agreed and left. Several days later they called and said that they programmed the BCM, but now the car wouldn't start.
I asked if the had reinitialized the immobilizer for BCM replacement. They assured me that they had and the car had another issue. I doubted this because it ran fine with the old BCM it just didn't have backup camera or taillights. I ordered equipment to program GM modules and went to get the car. when I get to the service department I was suprised to find that my bill was suddenly $210.
thats right, not only where they unable to program the BCM they wanted more money for failing. after a short talk they agreed that the amount we had agreed on was probably the price that should be paid, so I payed the $155, took the car and left.
when I got back to my shop I hooked up the Jbox and laptop and found that they did properly program the BCM, so I went back and selected immobilizer and hit "re initialize for BCM replacement."
the car started. Just one simple step that took me 10 minutes.
I am an experienced mechanic, but I have never had GM training.
why could a GM trained tech not do this?
So, long story short.
If I as an experienced mechanic took a car there for a very simple task, and not only was the task not completed, but they tried to charge me MORE for not completing the task.
How comfortable are you bringing your car to them for service?

Anne (Saleswoman) and Jeremy (Finance) were awesome and made the whole experience extremely pleasurable for me. They took the stress out of buying and put me in the right vehicle. I felt like I got a great deal and absolutely love it! I would definately recommend my friends and family to Alaska Sales and Service, and in fact, have already done so over this last weekend.

I took my car in for a recall. I was never told who my adviser was. Not even her name. I was never called not even once on my vehicle update or information. I had to call them. I did not find out anything about my vehicle including what the recall was until my husband and father-in-law when in to pick it up. Not a very good way to do business. However, I was set for an appointment at a reasonable time and date and they fixed the recall. I was still dissatisfied with the lack of care the adviser had on communication. They should really consider bringing back the value and way they were when it was family run with all the older crew.

Hey stopped into AS&S too look at a Denali truck wasn't fealty going to buy in Alaska but I got a great deal . Thanks Steven and Nick two great salesmen and thanks to Kevin Gates the Gm real cool genuine guy made the deal happen and got me the truck I wanted these guys really took care of me and my family on this deal . Oh can't forget Mike one of the sales manager's whow made sure the truck got cleaned up before I made my final decision and it wasn't his deal real class in the sales team and I can't forget Lee in finance took the time and made sure I was good on all the information on the paperwork and I can really say I had a smooth transition and would recommend any one of these guys Thanks for giving me a great experience at AS&S great team work

Jake White (Warranty Administrator) really was a BIG help to assist me with having my vehicle serviced under the warranty program. He was receptive to my concern regarding scheduling an appointment for an oil change and then having to wait a couple of additional hours due to "first-come-first-serve" customers showing up for tire changes that day. Jake was quick to provided a solution and was able to have a technician get me right in - they were done within 30 minutes. I had forgotten to mention that the tire levels also needed to be checked (via a message I had received from On-Star) but when I checked later on, I was pleasantly surprised that they had done it. I would recommend, with confidence, AK Sales & Service to anyone if they are looking to purchase a vehicle in the future.

Bought a Doge Ram 1500 recently and Dan "The Man" was a great help in finding a truck that was perfect for what I needed it for. He didn't pressure or try to force a choice on me and was professional the whole time. Great service!

If i could leave 0 stars I would. My 2 yr old Suburban that is still under factory warranty was making a ticking sound and would not go over a certain speed. I drove in and told them my problem. The service dept. Rep would not allow me to leave my vehicle and let them get to it when they could because they didn't have any appointments until a week or more out. They new I barely made it to the shop. I didn't want to drive home and risk further damaging it. However, i drove to South Anchorage Chevy at very low speed and my experience was complete opposite. They told me they couldn't get to it today, understandably, but I could leave it and let them get to it the following day for diagnostics, they diagnosed it the following work day and put me in a rental car at the expense of GM. Mr. Hart provided me with excellent service.

I always have a good experience of customer service and auto repair when I go to Alaska Sales and Service. My loyalty lies with Mike Marchant as my service adviser, you can never go wrong working with him.

I already had an appointment setup for the day may car was when it broke down unexpectedly. I called Mike when this happened. He referenced a reliable and reputable towing company.

My car was fixed that day with issues that had come up, Mike kept me updated on the process of it being diagnosis and what repairs where needed. It was like my car was only in for an oil change and not all day or longer for repairs. Sweet Deal for me!

Thank you to MIke, the mechanic (please let the mechanic know) and Sales.

Had lots of difficulty getting the appointment res...

Had lots of difficulty getting the appointment rescheduled due to customer service representative not returning emails. Had to schedule a separate appointment due to incompetence. Upon arrival to the service appointment, what I had asked to be scheduled for was mischeduled & had to be fit in. The service representative told me he would tack on a free alignment check & engine filter replacement instead of charging me, due to the error along with my oil change. I waited in the wait area for my vehicle & he comes out to tell me that they didn't have me scheduled as a wait for vehicle. I assured him I would indeed be waiting. I watch my vehicle go up on the rack from the waiting area. Shortly, it's done with the oil change. A new service representative comes out & tells me my vehicle is done. I asked about the alignment check & she tells me that's not listed in her paperwork. I told her I had indeed scheduled for that & spoken with my initial representative about it, then she made a comment about having to wait for a certain person. I told her that I would be willing to wait & she asked if she should bring the vehicle back in. I said yes. Within 10 minutes, she is back telling me the alignment was good. I told her that I disagreed as the vehicle pulls hard to the right when being driven. She got snippy & handed me my paperwork & then walked away. I paid & left then went straight to South Anchorage Chevrolet to have them check the same things. Interestingly enough, the alignment was confirmed to be off, nor had the engine filter been changed. Had to pay for them to fix the alignment that Alaska Sales Body Shop had supposedly fixed back in February after an accident that had occurred back in December of 2019. Also had to pay for the engine filter to be replaced as it hadn't been replaced since I purchased the vehicle back in July of 2019, yet I had had a previous oil change done at Alaska Sales Service department in April 2020 & was assured then that it had at least been looked at. The South Anchorage Chevrolet service technician stated that it was clear it had never been looked it in the 14 months I've had the vehicle. Very unimpressed with Alaska Sales at this point.

Update: as I was driving to work after picking up ...

Update: as I was driving to work after picking up my car, it was lurching and smelling awful. This was something new - it had not done this at all before I took it in. When I got to work and popped the hood, the oil cap was not on!! Luckily it was sitting on top of the compartment and hadn't been lost, so I had my partner bring me some oil to refill and then we replaced the cap. But oil had been splattered all over while driving!

Terrible customer service!! I had previously been given the run around and never received calls back, when told I would, regarding winter tires for my car. Finally was able to get answers, and also had repair work needed. When I set my appointment I was told financing would be available for the total cost of the repairs and tires. The day I dropped my car off, I got the phone call around 4pm with the grand total, waayyy more than I was prepared to pay, and then informed they DO NOT offer financing to pay for service! I was driving and told the person I would have to call him back. When I called back about 5pm, I told them we would have to hold off on the tires after all because without the financing we could not afford everything, only to be told that the tires were already on!!! I never authorised anything, but they are saying I signed off on it simply because I had tires on hold for my appointment!! Absolutely livid. Will NEVER come here for anything ever again!! And I recommend anyone avoid this place at all costs.

They have been changing my wife's oil, and using the wrong filter. When I brought it to their attention, they said they would talk to Ford about what could have been damaged. No communication from them since that happened, over a month ago. Ridiculous customer service.

Our vehicle was sent here from Fix Auto for some repairs, our vehicle was a stolen/recovery. We took it to them for a sticky gear shift, We got the pleasure of dealing with MIKE, who told Fix Auto that the sticky gear shift wasn't due to it being stolen and ran into a snow bank it was due to the fax of not being taken care of and the age of the vehicle which is a 2005. So MIKE "fixed" the sticky gear shift and gave it back which insurance paid him for, but we had to take it back two days later because the sticky gear shift wasn't fixed. So MIKE worked on it again and came to the conclusion that there was nothing wrong with it, and then made Fix Auto pay for him to look at it again even though he got paid not to fix it in the first place. Even though it still sticks. Would not recommend working with MIKE.

$980 for one rim! $170 to do a diagnostic that resulted in saying we need a new rim. My wife hoped our extended warranty would cover something but it didn't. We're taking our buick anywhere else but here, starting with a whole new set of rims for about the same price.

I worked with Dan the Man and he was great! Personable, fair negotiation, and he cares about his customers. It was actually an enjoyable experience buying a car for once which I didn t think was possible! Well done and I hope he is working here when we are in the market for our next vehicle!

Bought a 2013 Chevy Equinox, My salesman was Mike Vea, It was the 1st time that he helped me as I have bought a new gm about every 1.2 years from both Chevy dealer in town and He is the best salesman I have had. He went out of his way to help me. The car had to go to the body shop and he deliver the car when it was done and the day I bought it he deliver it too as it was a surprise for my wife and I could not get her to leave the house without telling her about the car and he offer to do it. I will be using him from now on, Great job AK Sales and service, The finance guy (Tim) was great too, you got a great staff of very good people their. Thanks to all Mark Withey

This is the second chance that I decided to give your service department and I will not be back. Aside from all the issues with the first time I gave them a chance, this time you did another poor job. I brought my brand new Sierra AT4 Duramax in for the first oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection and def refill. I mentioned to the service advisor that I wasn't sure how the def fill worked, if it was included or not. He said "yes up to a certain amount" I told him it was almost all the way out and I needed it topped off completely. Waited my 2 hours for an oil change, was told everything was done and def was "topped off" by the service advisor. Got in the truck and the def gauge had 2 out of 8 bars, meaning they put in about 2 gallons. That might be all that is included with the first free visit, however the owner's manual explicitly states the def system should be fully filled each time. In addition I requested it to be filled fully. I tow a trailer and doing that drains the def system fairly quick, now instead of having roughly 5000 miles I have maybe 1000 before I have to fill the tank back up. When I got home I noticed they had spilled def fluid all down the side of my truck, all over the def cap and in the entire fuel door area. I get some may spill when filling, but why on earth would you not wipe it up? Come on guys, considering what your dealerships are charging for these trucks you would think your service techs would treat them a bit better. As convenient as your dealership is I will be taking all my service needs to the valley dealership, which is way out of the way but until your techs learn to care a bit more about the vehicles they work on I will not be back.

Body work looks great! Took a out a month because ...

Body work looks great! Took a out a month because after the original fixes they found they had to replace another part so that took time to order etc. Which is good. Upon getting my car I noticed a strong acetone or fuel like smell. It wasn't good either way. There was also what looked like dirt smeared all over the vehicle's interior. It was in the vets, all the trim, under the seat, on the seats and floor. But the floor mats were clean (and directly underneath them). I took it back to get fixed. Later that day I picked it up, the vents looked a little better. There was something dried up (looked like someone spilled something) on the floor mat. I turned the vents on and a cloud of dust or something spewed out (after I was told they ran the vents to try and get rid of the smell. I laughed in surprise that someone was actually paid to make more of a mess of my interior. The manager said it was a silicone based cleaner. It looked like it was just sitting out and got brown dust/dirt on it for sitting in a shop for awhile. I spent about an hour vacuuming it out at home which removed much of the smell so I don't buy the silicone based story. Don't expect much on the interior. I am just surprised whoever "cleaned" it is actually employed as a detailer. When I vacuumed the seats and floors it came out pretty easily and there is an extreme contrast between a vacuumed and non-vacuumed spot which tells me they didn't vacuum at all. You can see this in my photo of a vacuumed seat and one vacuumed circle on the floor. Just sad haha. I gave it a 3 star because there is no 2.5 for half a job. Plus, the manager I spoke to was extremely understanding and nice. He may be unaware of what is actually done in the detailing portion.

Since buying my truck in July I've brought it in f...

Since buying my truck in July I've brought it in for 2 issues. Both times, nothing has been covered by my bumper to bumper warranty that I was supposedly getting with the Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. This time there is a shudder in the transmission, meaning something is wrong with the transmission. Being that something is breaking or broken in the transmission I assumed the warranty would cover it. But the tech said that a transmission flush was not covered and that was the first $300 dollar step to finding the issue. So I asked if the transmission was blown would it be warranty and they said yes, but it is clear to me that your dealership would rather let the transmission blow out than to cover a flush that could fix the issue and save it under the warranty before it goes out costing thousands of dollars.

The other big issue I have is that I bought the truck with 31,000 miles on it. The first time I brought it in for something minor they told me that I need my 30,000 mile tune up and it would cost $1,200. Seeing that the dealership owned the truck at 30,000 miles the tune up should have been performed when Alaska Sales and Service owned the vehicle, especially since it was a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. It was clearly not done, as I ran out of windshield washer fluid 2 days after I bought it and that's on the checklist they gave me for the 30,000 mile tune up. Since I have to pay for all of the repairs to be done anyways, I won't be bringing my business back to Alaska Sales and I sure as hell won't be buying any personal or my company fleet vehicles from you anymore either.

I was eyeballing a truck on their lot for some time. I contacted them several times over a couple months. I was greeted with friendly responses every time. They worked with me and gave me a pretty fair price on the truck so I made the purchase. My experience was hassle free. I came in as a preapproved buyer so I'm sure that made everything smoother. The sales manager was to the point without any B.S. The salesman Calvin that helped us was professional. Jeremy in the finance department was a great guy with a great personality. Jeremy was professional and knew what he was doing and gave many helpful tips. When the time comes to make another vehicle purchase, Alaska Sales and Service in anchorage will be my first stop.

I would never recommend anyone to this place. I filled out the contact information requesting information on a specific car and I received an email from Hoang Le first this person was apologetic for the late response then asked if I wanted information on the vehicle ( which is what I thought the request I sent in was for) I responded with yes please. The person then responded with well I am tied up so u will get it to you as soon as I can. I'LL TAKE MY MONEY OVER TO CHEVROLET OF SOUTH ANCHORAGE..I know they are not too tied up to sell a car to me and not make me feel like I'm an inconvenience.

Mike Marchant in the Service Dept. has been a great help with my Cadillac DTS. He always gives honest advice and sometimes fixes my problem by doing quickly something that I could not do otherwise and saves me an expensive alternative. He is great and I am very thankful to him. Also Tim the mechanic did a nice job. was there Monday 5th October to service my car and change the tires and a few other items.

Contacted AK Sales, Service department multiple times over the span of 2 weeks attempting to get a specific test done for my Insurance. Every time I was greeted with Service Staff members being extremely rude and one even yelled at me. I was redirected multiple times between their service department and their body shop because the service department did not want to do any work when looking into the issue. I attempted to speak to the supervisor and was yelled at more and then forwarded to an incorrect number and was hung up on. If you are looking for good staff that will help you, I would suggest going to Chevrolet of South Anchorage and avoid AK Sales and Service.

We were told living on a island in Alaska their would be no problems with taking it to a shop here to getting warranty done wouldn't be a problem. Now that it is time to have recalls done to vehicle Alaska Sales is saying we have to bring it to dealer, even though we have the extended warranty. Not happy at all with warranty department at Alaska Sales and Service.

Melissa in the service department was very pleasant and professional. She checked availability of the requested parts, quoted me a price and scheduled my appointment for repairs. On arrival, I received a warm welcome, she confirmed the work order and escorted me to the waiting area. When the work was complete on my vehicle. I was concerned that it wasn t done as previously discussed. She then accompanied me to my vehicle and all doubts deminished. Excellent customer service. If Melissa represents the high quality standards of Alaska Sales & Service, you ve gotten a lifetime, reoccurring customer. Along with all my friends and family

My husband and I have purchased 2 vehicles in the last 2 weeks from AK Sales - one from Mr. 'T', and another from Braun - they were both fantastic... not pushy, and very informative about the vehicles on hand. The finance guys are really good, very personable and did a great job with our paperwork. We will definitely be returning for our next vehicle purchase.

Alaska Sales and Service Anchorage, is very well equipped with the tools necessary to take care of you the customer! They have a robust selection of new and used inventory that makes you feel like you don't have to drive to 10 different dealerships to buy something you can just get it here. The environment was very professional and upscale! My sales associate, Michelle was very polite, professional, courteous, and patient with me. Michelle was very charismatic at her job which made me feel better about my purchase. I highly recommend these folks for your next vehicle purchase or vehicle service.

I just purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra 3500 flat bed 4x4. the service I received was excellent, the salesman was knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure I got the best price for the truck. He also took a little extra time to find out if we qualified for any additional discounts. (which we did thanks again for that BUFF!) The main suggestion I have is this - I set an appointment for a 10am oil change, but every customer is first come first serve, so the dealer services walk in customers for their oil changes as long as their cars were there in line before me - so I waited 2 hours for my oil to be changed. If I took to the time to schedule an appointment, that appointment should be honored instead of just putting me in line with those who simply did a walk in and arrived prior to me. If I had known this I would have just come in earlier - I'm honestly not sure why I would bother scheduling something.

Not very good at keeping their appointments.I had an appointment for maintenance scheduled more than a week out, dropped off my car the night before the appointment, only to have them tell me that they couldn't do the maintenance... At 2pm right before I was supposed to pick up my car. They take forever in general. Go somewhere else if possible.

This company is not trust worthy at all. I tried to purchase a SUV there two months ago. I test drove the car for 2 months (literally) because they could not get the financing secure. I had put 7,000 down on the SUV. After all was said and done I was told I would get the $7,000 back if for any reason they could not finance the car. I took the car back after two months in perfect condition. However I've had to yell and scream and beg to get my down payment back. It was unbelievable - I had plan to purchase a new car and with my $7,000, but because I was not issued my $7,000 back immediately I was delayed in purchasing a new car. I would not ever do business with them again. You can not trust them.
