This is the second chance that I decided to give your service department and I will not be back. Aside from all the issues with the first time I gave them a chance, this time you did another poor job. I brought my brand new Sierra AT4 Duramax in for the first oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection and def refill. I mentioned to the service advisor that I wasn't sure how the def fill worked, if it was included or not. He said "yes up to a certain amount" I told him it was almost all the way out and I needed it topped off completely. Waited my 2 hours for an oil change, was told everything was done and def was "topped off" by the service advisor. Got in the truck and the def gauge had 2 out of 8 bars, meaning they put in about 2 gallons. That might be all that is included with the first free visit, however the owner's manual explicitly states the def system should be fully filled each time. In addition I requested it to be filled fully. I tow a trailer and doing that drains the def system fairly quick, now instead of having roughly 5000 miles I have maybe 1000 before I have to fill the tank back up. When I got home I noticed they had spilled def fluid all down the side of my truck, all over the def cap and in the entire fuel door area. I get some may spill when filling, but why on earth would you not wipe it up? Come on guys, considering what your dealerships are charging for these trucks you would think your service techs would treat them a bit better. As convenient as your dealership is I will be taking all my service needs to the valley dealership, which is way out of the way but until your techs learn to care a bit more about the vehicles they work on I will not be back.
